Description
[希土類磁石の作製]
Nd:30%,Dy:1.8%,Al:0.2%,Co:0.5%,B:1.0%、残部Feからなるインゴットを粗粉砕した後、ジェットミルを用い、窒素雰囲気下で平均粒径が4μmとなるまで微粉砕を行い、希土類磁石の原料粉末を得た。次に、得られた原料粉末を、分留点が200〜250℃である合成油と混合した後、この混合物に対し、原料粉末濃度91%で60分の混練を行った。得られた混練物を、上記の合成油を加えて希釈し、原料粉末濃度が70%であるスラリーを調製した。
スラリーへの超音波の印加を行わなかったこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして希土類磁石を得た。
[特性評価]
Claims (5)
- 希土類磁石の原料粉末及び油を混合したスラリーを供給するスラリー供給部と、
前記スラリーを成形する成型機と、
前記スラリー供給部から前記成型機に送られる前記スラリーを振動させる振動印加装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする希土類磁石の製造装置。 - 前記振動印加装置は、前記スラリーに接触して当該スラリーを振動させる振動子を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の希土類磁石の製造装置。
- 前記振動印加装置は、超音波印加装置である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の希土類磁石の製造装置。
- 希土類磁石の原料粉末及び油を混合してスラリーを製造するスラリー製造工程と、
前記スラリーを振動させる振動印加工程と、
前記振動印加工程後のスラリーを成形して成形体を得る成形工程と、
前記成形体を焼成する焼成工程と、
を有することを特徴とする希土類磁石の製造方法。 - 前記振動印加工程において、超音波を前記スラリーに伝達させることにより前記スラリーを振動させる、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の磁石の製造方法。
