Description
・急速な書き込みが可能でなければならない。
・高度の空間解像度が達成されなければならない。
・使用するのに極めて簡単でなければならない。

・レーザーを印加することにより生成するマーキングは、好ましくない条件下でも、そして大きな距離にわたって誤り無く読み取り可能である充分なコントラストを有しなければならない。
・耐熱性は高く、例えば200℃以上に達しなければならない。
・良好な耐候性、耐水性、および耐溶剤性が望ましい。
裏打ち層(好ましくはPET) 12μm−240μm、特に100μm−200μm
接着剤(好ましくはアクリレート) 5μm−45μm、特に25μm−35μm
第1の顔料層 1μm−10μm、特に2μm−5μm
第2の顔料層 1μm−10μm、特に2μm−5μm
第3の顔料層 1μm−10μm、特に2μm−5μm
本発明による裏打ち材料としての使用に意図されているフィルムは、透明および/または半透明であり、そして少なくとも破壊に導くレーザービームのいかなる吸収も避けるように設計されていなければならない。特に、この裏打ち材料は、530〜1064nmの波長範囲内の光を吸収しないことが望ましい。
・ヒドロキシカルボン酸タイプ(ABポリエステル)、および
・ジヒドロキシジカルボン酸タイプ(AA−BBポリエステル)。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの裏打ち層から製造され、前記裏打ち層の下側の少なくとも一部の上に第1の接着層が存在するコンポーネント上に耐久性書き込みを施すための多層レーザー転写フィルムであって、第1の接着層の所在個所である前記レーザー転写フィルムの裏打ち層側上に、少なくとも部分的に存在するレーザー感受性顔料を含んでなり、そして前記顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度が変わる、少なくとも2つの顔料層が存在することを特徴とするフィルム。
- 2つの顔料層が存在し、そして特に裏打ち層に更に近い第1の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度が第2の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 3つの顔料層が存在し、そして特に裏打ち層に更に近い第1の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度が第2の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度よりも低く、そして次に第2の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度が前記外側の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- キャリア層に最も近い第1の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度が0.25重量%と0.75重量%、特に0.5重量%の間であり、第2の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度が0.75重量%と1.25重量%、特に1重量%の間であり、そして、また、第3の顔料層中のレーザー感受性顔料の濃度が1.5重量%と2.5重量%、特に2重量%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 前記顔料層がガラスフラックス顔料、吸収剤、およびレーザー感受性顔料を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の少なくとも一つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 前記顔料層のマトリックスが同様に第1の接着層の接着剤から構成され、それにより第1の接着層と前記顔料層が単一の均質層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の少なくとも一つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 第2の接着層が外側の、特に第2の顔料層に塗布されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の少なくとも一つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 使用される裏打ち材料がフィルム、特にポリオレフィンベースの一軸および二軸の延伸フィルム、すなわち延伸ポリエチレン、またはエチレン単位および/またはポリプロピレン単位を含有する延伸コポリマーをベースとするフィルム、および適切な場合にはPVCフィルム、PETフィルム、ビニルポリマー、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、ポリカーボネートをベースとするフィルム、極めて特に好ましくは透明なフィルムを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の少なくとも1つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 使用される接着層が天然ゴム、PU、アクリレート、またはスチレン−イソプレン−スチレンブロックコポリマーをベースとする自己接着剤を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の少なくとも1つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 前記裏打ち層と前記接着剤が透明であり、そして/あるいは少なくとも分解に導くレーザービームの吸収がない程度に半透明であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の少なくとも1つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- 色顔料および金属塩、特に金属酸化物,さもなくば種々の顔料とガラス粒子との混合物が境界層の中に導入されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の少なくとも1つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルム。
- ガラス、セラミック、および/または金属に耐久性書き込みを施すための請求項1〜11の少なくとも1つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルムの使用。
- コーティングまたはプラスチックスシートに耐久性書き込みを施すための請求項1〜12の少なくとも1つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルムの使用。
- 請求項1〜13の少なくとも1つに記載の多層レーザー転写フィルムの打抜き加工ラベルとしての使用。
