Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a package that accommodates a small article such as a button-type battery for sale or carrying.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Small button-type batteries inevitably have a small battery capacity and are sold in a single package so that they can be quickly replaced when they run out. Provide. When carrying or storing, a small button-type battery, if it is a single battery, is so small that it is often lost in other articles or lost. In addition, a short circuit may occur due to contact with a metal object, and the battery characteristics may be greatly deteriorated. A plurality of packages may be carried or stored, and a single button battery may be taken out as necessary. Configured to be able to.
[0003]
For example, the package shown in FIG. 6 includes five button-type batteries in one package, a mount 104 constituting the package 100, and convex portions individually covering a plurality of button-type batteries arranged on the mount 104. Perforations 102 and 103 are respectively formed on the cover 5 formed with 106, and the button-type battery can be taken out one by one by separating from the perforations 102 and 103 (Patent Document 1). reference).
[0004]
Such a structure that can be taken out from a plurality of products packaged by separating the package from the perforated line can be seen not only in a small button battery but also in a medicine tablet etc. In the above-described conventional structure, by providing a shift in the formation position of the perforation 102 of the mount 104 and the perforation 103 of the cover 5, the package body may be inadvertently folded from the perforation during handling such as transportation. Improvement of mechanical strength is prevented.

However, the structure of the above prior art is effective for improving the mechanical strength of a package in which a plurality of small products are packaged and taking out the small products one by one. There was a problem that the handling of the product was difficult to solve. For example, when the small product is a small button-type battery, an operation of loading the taken-out button-type battery into the device is involved. When a button-type battery with a diameter of less than 8 mm is used, it is difficult to handle with a fingertip, and it is difficult to load a miniaturized device. .
[0007]
Air batteries, which are examples of small button-type batteries, are often used for hearing aids. Especially in ear-hole type hearing aids, miniaturized air batteries are used, which is difficult to handle. Since the person is an elderly person, a configuration for facilitating the handling is required. Since the air battery 50 uses oxygen in the air as an active material, the battery can has an air intake hole, and the air intake hole is sealed by a seal until the air battery is used. Therefore, when an air battery is loaded into a device such as a hearing aid, an operation of removing the seal and opening the air intake hole is involved. The operation of peeling off the seal becomes more difficult as the air battery becomes smaller, and it is desired to improve the ease of handling.
[0008]
In addition, the seal that seals the air intake hole of the air battery needs a packaging structure that prevents the air battery from being peeled off until it is loaded into the device. When the seal is peeled off or dropped, the electrolytic solution evaporates and dissipates from the air intake hole even when the air battery is accommodated in the package. Will become unusable. Moreover, even if it does not come off or fall off, if the state of bonding of the seal to the air battery is lowered, the sealed state in which the air holes are sealed is lowered, leading to deterioration of battery characteristics.
[0009]
Therefore, when the air battery is accommodated in the package, it is easy to take out one by one and peel off the seal, and has a structure that can be easily loaded into a small device such as a hearing aid. It is required to have a structure in which the seal does not peel off due to vibrations or shocks. Even when a plurality of small articles such as button-type batteries are accommodated, a structure is required that can be easily taken out one by one and that the cost of the package itself does not affect the accommodated articles.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive package that accommodates a plurality of small articles for sale or portable use and that facilitates handling of the articles.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a hard sheet material that covers at least one article storage recess formed with an article storage surface and is connected to the article storage surface by a hinge surface so that the article storage surface can be freely opened and closed. And at least one so as to be in a direction opposite to the recess direction of the article receiving recess formed in the article receiving surface in the closed state on the lid face. An article receiving recess is formed, and a knob forming surface is provided that has a knob extending from one side of each of the article receiving surface and the lid surface via a tear line corresponding to each article receiving recess. And
[0012]
According to the above configuration, the packaging body can be formed by heat forming and pressing a hard sheet material, so that the mold production cost required for processing is much less than that of resin molding or metal pressing, and the material Since the cost is low, it can be formed into an inexpensive structure that can withstand use for a finite period until a plurality of stored articles are consumed. In addition, the article accommodated in the article accommodating recess of the package can be held by a pick piece extending and formed on the article accommodating recess, and does not move inside the package due to vibration or impact. In particular, the knob piece holds the article at the tip thereof and is integrated with the article receiving surface, so that the article does not move due to vibration or impact, and the contact between the article and the package, and the article. It is effective in preventing the movement of the inside of the package. In addition, when a part of the package is held as a plurality of knobs and a plurality of articles are respectively held at the tip portions, one article to be used is hardened by separating one knob from the cut line and taking it out. Even if the article is downsized so that it is difficult to handle even with a fingertip, it can be supported and handled by the knob. In this grip piece, it is preferable that the distance from the cut line to the article accommodating recess is substantially the same for each grip piece. As a result, the distance between one end of the grip piece holding the article and the other end gripped by the user becomes constant, so the user peels off the grip piece by the tear line and holds the article by the grip piece. However, it does not cause usability deterioration.
[0013]
In the above configuration, by holding the article accommodated in the article accommodating recess at the tip of the knob, when one piece is separated from the cut line, one article can be picked and taken out, and the fingertip Even a small article that is not easy to handle can be easily removed from the package.
[0014]
The hinge surface is connected to the article receiving surface with a soft bending perforation formed with a small connecting line length between cutting lines, and a hard bending perforation formed with a large connecting line length between the lid surface and the cutting line. By forming to the required width while connected to the lid surface, when the lid surface is closed on the article receiving surface, the hard bending perforation acts as a hinge after the soft bending perforation acts as a hinge. Opening and closing is performed without deformation of the surface, and the hinge surface is formed to have a required width that can cover the contents on the article storage surface, so that the lid surface does not bulge.
[0015]
In addition, the article accommodating recess is formed so as to reach the inner diameter corresponding to the diameter of the article from the inclined portion formed in the falling part of the recess, so that the article in a state of being held and hung by the tip of the knob is suspended. It is guided by the inclined portion and normally fits in the article receiving recess.
[0016]
In addition, by forming the reinforcing uneven portions on the article housing surface and the lid surface, it is possible to prevent deformation even if the sheet material has low strength.
[0017]
In addition, by forming reinforcing ribs in the longitudinal direction of each of the plurality of tabs, it is possible to prevent the tabs from being bent by hanging an article from the end of the tab even if it is a thin sheet material.
[0018]
Further, by providing thickness and unevenness to the entire grip piece by the rib, the handleability of the grip piece is improved for elderly people who have a weakened fingertip feeling.
[0019]
In addition, the plurality of tabs are formed by cutting the tab-forming surface with a separating line formed into an arc, so that the individual tabs can be separated from the cutting line and articles can be taken out. It can be used as a finger hook portion when taking out the tab.
[0020]
Also, a fitting that fits between the article housing surface and the lid surface by inserting a circular convex portion formed on the other surface into a substantially square concave portion formed on one surface of the article housing surface and the lid surface. By forming the structure, the concave portion and the convex portion are fitted in a point contact state at a plurality of points on the peripheral surface, so that there is little deterioration of the fitting state, and a plurality of articles are consumed not only for sale. The durability of the package used up to can be increased.
[0021]
In addition, in order to sell a small product, an opening for suspension is formed on one end side, and the length from the opening to the other end is within the allowable height range of the suspension display. It is possible to correspond to the hanging display sales mainly adopted.
[0022]
Furthermore, the opening for suspension is located at the center with respect to each housing recess formed on the lid and the article housing surface, and is suitable for hanging display. In particular, in the case of a package that accommodates a large number of items, there is no problem in the conventional hanging display, that is, the problem that the article storage surface faces downward due to the weight of the article and the recognition by the consumer is lowered. This problem occurs because the position of the suspended portion on the lid surface is different from the position of the center of gravity of the entire package body. In the above configuration, the suspended position is accommodated at the approximate center of the package body and the front and back surfaces. When the number is different, the center of gravity is slightly moved to the surface side, and when the hanging display is performed, the surface almost faces in the vertical direction, and the recognizability from the purchaser is enhanced.
[0023]
The article accommodated in the package having the above structure is preferably an air battery, and a sticking extension piece for sealing an air intake hole of the air battery accommodated in the article accommodating recess is attached to the tip of the knob. The air battery can be taken out in a state where it is hung with a seal at the tip of the knob, and the air battery is loaded into the device in that state, and when the knob is pulled, the seal is peeled off from the air battery to make it usable. be able to. Even a miniaturized air battery applied to an ear hole type hearing aid can be handled easily.
[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings for understanding of the present invention. The following embodiment is an example embodying the present invention, and does not limit the technical scope of the present invention.
[0025]
The package according to the present embodiment shows a specific example in which a plurality of air batteries, which are examples of articles, are stored and sold, and the purchased user can store or carry them.
[0026]
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the air battery 2 is configured as a sealing surface of a sealing film 15 that seals the air holes 7 formed in the positive electrode can 5 of the battery 4 configured as an air zinc battery. This indicates the entire structure formed by joining the tip of the knob 16 to a folded piece 15b that extends from 15a and is folded.
[0027]
In the battery 4, a power generation element using zinc as a negative electrode active material is accommodated in a positive electrode can 5 formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and a sealing plate 6 serving as a negative electrode is provided in an opening of the positive electrode can 5 through a gasket. The opening end of the positive electrode can 5 is sealed by caulking. An air hole 7 for taking in oxygen as a positive electrode active material is formed on the bottom surface of the positive electrode can 5, and the air hole 7 is sealed by sticking a seal tape 15 when not in use. Occasionally, the sealing tape 15 is peeled off from the positive electrode can 5, and the battery 4 starts power generation using oxygen in the air taken in from the air holes 7 as the positive electrode active material. The seal film 15 is formed by applying an adhesive to a required surface of a film such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and the knob 16 is formed of a hard sheet made of polyethylene terephthalate.
[0028]
The work operation of mounting the battery 4 of the air battery 2 configured as described above on a device such as a hearing aid is to support the battery 4 by picking the knob 16 with a fingertip, since the knob 16 is formed of a hard sheet. When the knob 16 is pulled after the battery 4 is housed in the battery housing portion of the device, the folded piece 15b is folded from the seal surface 15a, so that the operation of peeling the seal surface 15a from the positive electrode can 5 becomes smooth. The battery 4 is not pulled out of the battery housing portion with the peeling.
[0029]
An air battery package 1 that accommodates a plurality of air batteries 2 having the above-described configuration and that is used for sale or carrying will be described below. Here, six air batteries 1 are sold as air battery packs 1 packaged in one pack, and a user who purchases the air battery packs 1 can store or carry the air battery packs 1 so that replacement air batteries can be provided. It is what I did.
[0030]
FIG. 1 shows the front and back appearance of an air battery packaging body 1 according to the embodiment. A packaging body 10 is formed by thermoforming (vacuum molding and / or pressure molding) a transparent polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter, PET) sheet. Thus, the required concavo-convex shape is formed, and the opening and the outer shape are stamped and formed by pressing. On the article accommodation surface 17 side shown in FIG. 1A, the battery 4 accommodating the battery accommodating recess (article accommodating recess) 21a accommodating the battery 4 portions of the four accommodated air batteries 2 can be confirmed from the outside. The transparent material is left as it is, and other portions are printed and opaque. Further, the lid surface 18 side shown in FIG. 1B covers the article accommodating surface 17 so as to be freely opened and closed, and a battery accommodating recess 21b accommodating the battery 4 portions of the two air cells 2 is also provided on this surface. Similarly, the battery housing recess 21b remains a transparent material, and the other portions are printed and opaque. The printing includes a product name, product number, handling method, cautionary note, etc., and specific illustration is omitted.
[0031]
A hanging hole 41 for hanging display is opened above the package 10, and the overall height dimension is formed within the height regulation range of the hanging display stand. In the sales state, the air battery package 1 cannot be opened between the article accommodating surface 17 and the lid surface 18 by a sealing seal 42 generally called a virgin seal, as shown in FIG. I am doing so.
[0032]
The user who has purchased the air battery package 1 can open the lid surface 18 from the article accommodating surface 17 by breaking the sealing seal 42 from the perforation 42a provided at the center thereof. In order to open the lid surface 18, the article accommodating surface 17 is supported by one hand, and the thumb of the other hand is hung on the lid surface 18 from the notch portions 30 for finger hooks formed on both sides of the article accommodating surface 17. When the lid surface 18 is pushed open, the fitting between both surfaces is released, and the article housing surface 17 and the inner surface side of the lid surface 18 can be developed as shown in FIG.
[0033]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the lid surface 18 of the air battery packaging body 1 is opened. Four air cells 2 are accommodated in the longitudinal direction of the battery accommodating surface 17 and two air cells 2 are accommodated in the longitudinal direction of the lid surface 18. The battery 4 is accommodated in the recesses 21a and 21b. The folded piece 15b of the sealing film 15 attached to each air battery 3 is formed on the folded piece 15b extending from one side in the longitudinal direction of each of the battery housing surface 17 and the lid surface 18 and folded inward. , 27 are joined to the tip portions of the knobs 16 individually separated by a separation line 29.
[0034]
In order to take out one air battery 2 from the air battery package 1, when the picking piece 16 is picked by placing the fingertip on a portion where the separation line 29 is bent in an arc shape, the picking piece 16 is raised and the battery is raised. 4 can be pulled out from the battery housing recesses 21a and 21b. Therefore, when the knob 16 is cut off from the perforation of the cut line 26, the air batteries 2 can be taken out one by one in the state shown in FIG.
[0035]
3 shows the package 10 in an unfolded state, in which a PET sheet material is thermoformed, FIG. 4A shows a cross section taken along line AA, and FIG. 4B shows a line BB. As shown in the sectional view, the concavo-convex portion is formed, and the outer shape and the opening are punched out by pressing, and at the same time, a folding line and a cut line are formed.
[0036]
3 and 4, the article receiving surface 17 is formed with a shallow recess 22 for preventing deformation of the surface, and a battery receiving recess 21 a for storing four batteries 4 in a row in the reinforcing recess 22. A fitting convex portion 23 and a hanging hole 41 are formed at a depth corresponding to the height of the battery 4, and the lid surface 18 is fitted on the upper portion. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 4A, the battery housing recess 21a has a falling portion formed on an inclined surface, so that the tip of the knob 16 is hung with a soft seal film 15 at the tip. Even when the battery 4 is tilted from the knob 16, the tilt is corrected and stored in the battery receiving recess 21.
[0037]
A separation line 29 formed with an arc for facilitating pulling up one by one with a fingertip is formed on a knob-forming surface 19 that extends from a longitudinal side of the article housing surface 17 through a perforation line 25. 4 are formed so that each knob 16 can be easily separated from the perforation line 26 as shown in FIG. It is folded on the surface 17. Reinforcing ribs 38 are formed on each of the tabs 16 to reinforce the tabs 16 so that the tabs 16 are not bent when the battery 4 is hung on the tip portion via the seal film 15.
[0038]
A narrow hinge surface 20 is formed below the article accommodating surface 17 via a first folding line 31, and a lid surface 18 is formed from the hinge surface 20 via a second folding line 32. The first and second folding lines 31 and 32 are cuts that shorten the connecting line between the cutting lines forming the perforation of the first folding line 31 and form the perforation of the second folding line 32. The connecting line between the lines is formed longer than the first folding line 31. Due to the perforated structure of the first and second folding lines 31 and 32, when the lid surface 18 is opened and closed with respect to the article receiving surface 17, the first folding line 31 that is easy to be bent has a main hinge action. None, after the first folding line 31 is bent at a substantially right angle, the second folding line 32 is bent at a substantially right angle, and the lid surface 18 closes on the battery receiving surface 17, so that the hinge surface 20 is the article receiving surface. 17 and the lid surface 18, the packaging body 10 is not deformed, and an excellent appearance can be obtained.
[0039]
On the cover surface 18, a reinforcing protrusion 33 is formed on almost the entire surface to prevent the deformation of the cover surface 18 so as to be a convex surface on the near side of the figure and to hold down the battery 4 stored in the article storage recess 21 a. A battery accommodating recess 21b for accommodating two batteries 4 in a direction opposite to the recess forming direction of the battery accommodating recess 21a of the article accommodating surface 17 is formed in the reinforcing protrusion 33 at a depth corresponding to the height of the battery 4. In the lower part, a fitting recess 36 is formed which is fitted to the fitting protrusion 23 provided on the article accommodating surface 17 and maintains the article accommodating surface 17 closed by the lid surface 18. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 4 (b), the battery accommodating recess 21b has a falling portion formed on an inclined surface, like the battery accommodating recess 21a formed on the article accommodating surface 17. Even when the battery 4 hung from the soft seal film 15 at the tip of the knob 16 is tilted from the knob 16, the inclination is corrected and stored in the battery receiving recess 21.
[0040]
Further, on the one side in the longitudinal direction of the lid surface 18, a knob-forming surface formed by extending through the perforations having two folding lines 25 a and 25 b at intervals corresponding to the height of the reinforcing convex portion 33. 27 is formed. As in the case of the article storage surface 17 side, the knob piece forming surface 27 is formed with two knob pieces 16 cut by a separating line 29 that forms an arc for facilitating pulling up one by one with a fingertip. Is formed so as to be easily cut off from the perforation line 26, and is folded back from the folding line 25 onto the article receiving surface 17 as shown in FIG. Reinforcing ribs 38 are formed on each of the tabs 16 to reinforce the tabs 16 so that the tabs 16 are not bent when the battery 4 is hung on the tip portion via the seal film 15.
[0041]
Since the package 10 is formed in the state shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 by thermoforming and pressing a printed PET sheet, the battery in which the seal film 15 is adhered to the battery housing recesses 21a and 21b. 4 are aligned, the folding piece forming surface 19 is folded back from the folding lines 25a, 25b onto the article receiving surface 17, the folded piece 15b of the seal film 15 is joined to the tip of each knob piece 16, and the knob forming surface 27 2 is folded on the cover surface 18 from the folding line 25 and the folded piece 15b of the seal film 15 is joined to the tip of each knob piece 16, the state shown in FIG. 2 is obtained.
[0042]
2, the lid surface 18 is bent at the first and second folding lines 31, 32 and arranged on the article accommodating surface 17, and the article accommodating surface 17 and the lid surface 18 are pressed in the compression direction. When the fitting convex portion 23 of the article accommodating surface 17 is fitted into the fitting concave portion 36, the state shown in FIG. 1 in which the article accommodating surface 17 is closed by the lid surface 18 is obtained.
[0043]
The fitting between the battery housing surface 17 and the lid surface 18 is such that a circular or oval convex portion is inserted into the substantially rectangular concave portion, and the convex portion is fitted in a point contact with the peripheral surface of the concave portion at a plurality of points. And a decrease in the fitted state can be suppressed. Therefore, even if the lid surface 18 is opened and closed many times before consumption of the six air batteries 2 is finished, the fitting function does not deteriorate even in the case of the package 10 simply configured with a sheet material. .
[0044]
In the above embodiment, six air batteries 2 are packaged in one pack, but the number of packs is not limited. For example, in the air battery 2 using the battery 4 having a large diameter, when the number of accommodation is reduced, an increase in the height dimension as the air battery packaging body 1 is suppressed, and the air battery 2 is formed within the height regulation dimension of the hanging display sales. Can be carried without compromising portability. Conversely, if the battery is smaller, more batteries can be accommodated.
[0045]
Although the packaging body of embodiment described above showed the example which accommodated the air battery 2, it can accommodate several small articles | goods, such as a button-type battery and a fishing hook, and can use it for sale or carrying.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the packaging body according to the present invention can be formed by heat forming and pressing of a hard sheet material, it should be formed into an inexpensive structure that can withstand use for a finite period until a plurality of articles are consumed. This eliminates the waste of using an expensive package that can be used semi-permanently like a resin molded product. In addition, since a part of the package holds a plurality of articles as a plurality of knobs, and each of the articles is held at the tip, one article to be used is hard by separating one knob from the cut line and taking it out. A state in which the article is hung at the tip of the knob is obtained, and even a small article that is difficult to handle with a fingertip can be handled easily.
