Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a product holding member and a product packaging body for packaging a plurality of products into one package for sale, carrying, and storage, and particularly handling with a fingertip such as a small button-type battery. It is characterized by facilitating the handling of difficultly downsized products.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Small button-type batteries or coin-type batteries, which are examples of small-sized products (in the present application, the expression of coin-type batteries will be described in a unified manner) are small-sized devices such as ear hole hearing aids and wristwatches, and various portable devices. The size of the device has been reduced in accordance with the shape of the device, and products having a diameter of less than 8 mm have been commercialized. Such a small button-shaped battery is difficult to pick even with a fingertip, and it is difficult to load the battery into a battery housing part of a small device. In particular, it is more difficult for elderly people and persons with disabilities who have diminished visual acuity and fingertip movement.
[0003]
In addition, small button-type batteries inevitably have a small battery capacity and become extremely inconvenient when they run out of batteries. Individuals are sold in one package, and a user who purchases them is used for carrying or storing. A small button-type battery, when carried or stored, is often small and lost in other articles because of its small size. In addition, when a button-type battery is stored in a bag or wallet in the state of a single battery and carried or stored, the battery may come into contact with other conductive items and the battery may fall into a short-circuited state. is there. Therefore, a plurality of button-type batteries are carried or stored in the package, and one button-type battery is taken out as necessary.
[0004]
For example, the package shown in FIG. 10 includes five button-type batteries in one package, and a cover 104 constituting the package 100 and a plurality of button-type batteries arranged on the mount 104 are individually covered. Perforations 102 and 103 are respectively formed on the cover 5 in which the portion 106 is formed, and the button-type battery can be taken out one by one by separating from the perforations 102 and 103 (Patent Document). 1).
[0005]
Such a structure that can be taken out from a plurality of products packaged by separating the package from the perforated line can be seen not only in a small button battery but also in a medicine tablet etc. In the above-described conventional structure, by providing a shift in the formation position of the perforation 102 of the mount 104 and the perforation 103 of the cover 5, the package body may be inadvertently folded from the perforation during handling such as transportation. Improvement of mechanical strength is prevented.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-12263 A (pages 3 to 6, FIG. 1)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the structure of the above prior art is effective for improving the mechanical strength of a package body in which a plurality of products are packaged and taking out the products one by one. However, the smaller the product is, the more the handling of the taken out product is handled. There was a problem that could not be solved. For example, when the small product is a small button-type battery, an operation of loading the taken-out button-type battery into the device is involved. In particular, when a button-type battery with a diameter of less than 8 mm is used, it is difficult to handle with a fingertip, and it is difficult to load it into a miniaturized device. Even expected.
[0008]
Further, every time a product is used or exchanged, the package is cut off from the perforation, and the stored product is taken out, and there is a problem in terms of the package that becomes unnecessary after the product is taken out. For example, when the battery is a small battery as described above, the package that is cut off after the battery is taken out becomes unnecessary and is discarded. The user will be forced to dispose of the waste at the same time as replacing the battery. In particular, when the package is carried, the user will be able to take away the package that is no longer needed, or to dispose of it at an appropriate disposal location. It was necessary and the burden on the user was great. Furthermore, there has been a problem that the resin material used for the package cannot be collected and effectively used for recycling.
[0009]
The object of the present invention is to facilitate handling of a plurality of products, particularly small products such as button-type batteries and medicines, and to store the products in a package formed by integrating a plurality of products with a sheet material. An object of the present invention is to provide a product holding member that is excellent in storability and that can be packaged with a minimum amount of waste when no longer needed, and a product packaging body that includes this product holding member.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the product holding member according to the present invention has one end portion of the resin sheet as a holding piece, and the remaining portion is divided by a separation line so as to be parallel to each other and the distal end becomes a free end, and the proximal end is integrated with the holding piece A plurality of continuous tabs are formed, a product is held at the tip of each tab, and a cut line is provided on the resin sheet that allows the tab to be separated from the holding piece for each tab .
[0011]
The product holding member having such a separable tab is configured such that a plurality of products are individually fixed to the tab, and each tab is integrated with a holding piece. When the product is used, the tab is separated from the holding piece, so that the product is fixed to the tip of the tab, and even a small product can be handled by the tab, and the convenience of the user is greatly improved. . In addition, since the product holding member is formed of a resin sheet material, and the tab and the holding piece can be integrally formed, the production cost of the product holding member can be significantly reduced.
[0012]
In addition, the product packaging body according to the present invention is a product packaging body that houses a product holding member that removably holds a plurality of products on a plurality of tabs, and the tab is a plurality of the plurality of products at each end. The product is individually held and connected to a holding piece that integrates a tab at the other end, and further separable from the holding piece for each tab through a tear line, and the tab and the holding piece are made of resin sheet material. A tab forming surface integrally formed by heat molding is formed, and this tab forming surface is held by a packaging container having at least a lid surface and a main body surface for storing the product.
[0013]
According to this structure, the packaging container provided with the goods holding member mentioned above can be obtained, and the effect which a user's convenience improves is acquired.
[0014]
Further, in the above product packaging body, the lid surface and the main body surface are formed of a sheet material and integrated through a folding line, and a tab forming surface is disposed between the lid body surface and the main body surface. Is done. In this configuration, since the product holding member, the lid surface, and the main body surface are integrally formed, a further cost reduction effect can be obtained. In addition, since each component surface of the packaging container is formed of the same type of resin material, it is not necessary to dispose of the container and tab separately at the time of disposal. The degree of contribution is large.
[0015]
Furthermore, the product packaging body according to the present invention is formed by folding a sheet material at a bent portion to form a plurality of surfaces, and forming a product housing recess on a required surface to form a packaging body, one end of each of the plurality of products.
