As a method of stacking and storing a plurality of sheet-like materials and taking out the sheet-like materials one by one, a sheet-like material storage container in which a sheet is taken out with a weakly adhesive agent that can be peeled again is conventionally known. (See Patent Document 1).

The container described in Patent Document 1 contains a degreased paper for makeup as a sheet-like material, and includes a case body (2), a lid body (5), and a tongue piece (6). The main body (2) has a storage space (3) for storing cosmetic degreasing paper (10) in an overlapped state and an opening (4) for taking out the cosmetic degreasing paper (10). A tongue piece (6) extending toward the opening (4) is installed, and the tongue piece (6) is made of an elastic member and is provided on the side facing the opening (4) at the tip. The surface is formed with a weak adhesive layer (7) that can be peeled off and adhered to a cosmetic degreasing paper (10).
By pressing the tongue piece (6), it sticks to the surface of the top sheet of the cosmetic degreasing paper (10), and when the tongue piece (6) is released, it returns to its original shape. In this way, the adhered one sheet is separated from the adjacent cosmetic degreasing paper (10) and lifted upward.

However, in the container described in Patent Document 1, when the tongue piece (6) is not pressed or the remaining amount is reduced using the sheet-like material, the sheet-like material is not adhered to the tongue piece (6). There was a problem.

In addition, as a storage container, the case main body (2) and the lid (5) are not hermetically sealed, and if placed in a location with moisture or moisture, moisture will enter the inside or sheet material with moisture in it. There was a problem of moistening.
In addition, due to the structure of the case main body (2), there is a problem that it is not easy to refill and use a stack of sheet-like materials.

The present invention has an object to solve the above problems, and as a storage container, a lid-side case and a lower-side case are connected via a hinge, and the lid-side case stores a stack of sheet-like materials, An outlet is provided below the sheet-like material so that the bottom sheet is in contact with the outlet due to the weight of the sheet-like material, and the lower case has a mounting base with an adhesive layer that can be peeled off again. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet-like material storage container that is provided so that the sheet-like material is adhered to an adhesive layer and can be taken out one by one.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is a sheet storage container for storing a plurality of sheet-like materials in a stacked manner as a sheet-like storage container, wherein the sheet-like materials are stacked and stored. A lid-side case formed under the sheet-like material, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that comes into contact with the surface of the sheet-like material, adheres to the sheet-like material, and can be peeled again A configuration is adopted in which the lower case provided with the attached mounting base is continuously provided via a hinge.

As an embodiment of the lid side case, a configuration characterized in that an inner lid having a take-out opening is attached to the lower side surface of the lid side case, or a stack of sheet-like materials on the upper surface of the lid side case A structure is provided in which a recess for storing is provided, an outer lid is attached from above the recess, and an outlet is formed in the bottom wall of the recess.

A lid-side case that accommodates a stack of sheet-like materials and has an outlet provided below the sheet-like material, and a lower case that is provided with a mounting base on which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that can be peeled off is attached after adhesion. By opening and closing the storage container formed continuously through the hinge, the sheet-like material can be taken out to the lower case one by one with its own weight and the adhesive layer.

Further, by attaching the lid to the lid side case, after the sheet-like material is used to the end, the sheet-like material can be refilled and used again.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the lid side case B includes a top wall 10 and a side peripheral wall 11 provided from a side peripheral edge of the top wall 10. The object D is accommodated, and the inner lid 12 is attached.
The side peripheral wall 11 is formed of a front wall 11a, a rear wall 11b, and side walls 11c on both sides. Inner lids are provided at predetermined positions on the inner surfaces of the central portions of the front wall 11a and the rear wall 11b and on the inner surfaces of both sides of each side wall 11c. The fitting recessed part 13 for attaching 12 is arrange | positioned.

Inside the lid side case B, ribs 14 for positioning the sheet-like material are provided at predetermined positions so as to extend from the top wall 10 to the edge of the side wall 11c.

In the lid side case B, a fitting protrusion 23 that fits into a fitting recess 13 provided on the inner surface of the side peripheral wall 11 is disposed at a predetermined position, and ribs 14 are fitted on both sides of the side peripheral wall 22. A cut portion 24 is provided.

The sheet-like material D is a stack of thin sheets such as paper soap, and is placed between the ribs 14 disposed in the lid side case B and the side walls 11c on both sides, as shown in FIG. The lid case B is accommodated by fitting the inner lid 12 from the upper surface.

Next, the assembly of the sheet-like material storage container of this embodiment and the effects will be described.
In assembling the container, first, the sheet-like material D is placed on the lower case A at a predetermined position on the inner side surface of the top wall 10 of the lid side case B integrally formed via the hinge C, and the inner side is placed from above. The lid 12 is fitted to the inner periphery of the side peripheral wall 11 of the lid side case B.
At this time, the inner lid 12 is higher than the edge of the side peripheral wall 11 of the lid side case B by the thickness of the top plate 21.

When the lid is closed, the front wall 11a of the lid side case B is rotated via the hinge C, the side peripheral wall 11 and the side peripheral wall 2 of the lower case A are brought into contact with each other, and the locking recess 5 provided on the front wall 2a By engaging the locking projection 16 of the lid side case B, the closed state is maintained.
At this time, the inner lid 12 of the lid side case B is fitted to the side peripheral wall 11, and the height of the top plate 21 is higher than the height of the side peripheral wall 11, and the periphery of the top plate 21 is inside the side peripheral wall 2 of the lower case A. Since it is inserted in the peripheral surface, it is brought into close contact with the inner periphery of the lower case, and the sealing performance in the storage container is enhanced.

When in the closed state, the height of the mounting base 3 provided in the lower case A is higher than the height of the side peripheral wall 2, so that the adhesive layer S adhered to the upper end is attached to the inner lid 12 of the lid side case B. The inside of the top plate 21 enters from the provided outlet 20 and is always in contact with the surface of the lower end sheet Dn by the weight of the stored sheet-like material D.
Thereby, the sheet Dn is adhered to the adhesive layer S.

When opening the lid, if the finger hooking projection 6 provided on the front wall 2a of the lower case A and the finger hooking portion 17 provided on the front wall 11a of the lid case B are twisted with a finger, the locking recess is easily obtained. 5 and the locking projection 16 can be disengaged, and the lid is opened.
At this time, the sheet Dn at the lower end of the sheet-like material D is adhered to the adhesive layer S adhered to the mounting base 3 of the lower case A, and one sheet Dn is thin and the rigidity is almost negligible. Therefore, as the lid is opened, only one sheet Dn comes out from the outlet 20.
When using the sheet Dn, the sheet is picked with a finger and peeled off from the adhesive layer S for use.

When the sheet-like material D is used continuously, the lid is closed, and the next sheet Dn is brought into contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer S by the dead weight of the sheet-like material D, and is used by opening the lid. can do.
By repeating the closing and opening, the sheets can be used one by one continuously.
At this time, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer S may be brought into contact with and adhered to the sheet Dn, so that it is not necessary to completely close the cover.

When all the sheet-like material D has been used, the inner lid 12 is removed from the lid-side case B, a new stack of sheet-like materials is refilled in the lid-side case B, and when the inner lid 12 is attached, it is used again. be able to.

Next, another embodiment in which the position of the lid for storing the sheet-like material D of the above embodiment is changed will be described.
In the above embodiment, the rib 14 is provided on the inner surface of the lid-side case B, and the sheet-like material D is accommodated by the rib 14, the side wall 11c of the lid-side case B, and the inner lid 12 attached inward. The sheet Dn is taken out one by one from the outlet 20 provided in the center of the sheet. However, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the concave portion 30 for accommodating the sheet-like material D is recessed from the outer surface of the top wall 10 of the lid side case B. The container which installed, accommodated the sheet-like material D in this recessed part 30, and attached the outer cover 31 to the recessed part 30 from the upper surface of the top wall 10 may be sufficient.

In use, the sheets Dn can be taken out one by one from the outlet 33 formed in the bottom wall 32 of the recess 30 and used.
The refilling of the sheet-like material can be easily refilled by removing the outer cover 31 from above even when the lower case A and the lid-side case B are closed.

By opening and closing the lower case and the lid side case, the adhesive layer adhered to the lower case comes into contact with and adheres to the surface of the lower end of the stack of sheet-like materials stored in the lid side case. The sheet-like material can be taken out one by one from the take-out port and used reliably until the end.
With the lid attached to the lid side case, refilling of the sheet-like material can be performed easily.
