【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning card for cleaning a contact terminal of an IC card reader that performs data communication with a contact type IC card.
[0002]
[Prior art]
One conventional example is that a fabric such as a fabric is bonded to both surfaces of a synthetic resin core formed in a card shape with an adhesive, and a cleaning agent such as ethanol is contained in the fabric (see Patent Document 1). .
[0003]
As another conventional example relating to a cleaning card, there is one in which a nonwoven fabric coated with abrasive particles is attached to one or both sides of a synthetic resin substrate formed in a card shape (see Patent Document 2).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Utility Model Registration No. 2585447 (paragraph number 0011-0012, FIG. 1)
[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-73707 (paragraph number 0015-0018, FIG. 1)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to Patent Documents 1 and 2, since abrasive particles and a cleaning agent are attached to one side or both sides of the cleaning card, when the cleaning card is inserted into the IC card reader, the finger is contaminated with the abrasive particles and the cleaning agent. There is.
[0006]
In the cleaning card of Patent Document 1, since the cleaning agent tends to dry, it is necessary to replenish the cleaning agent by applying it to both sides of the core when reused, which is uneconomical because the replenishment amount increases.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to obtain a cleaning card that is easy to handle because the possibility of the cleaning agent sticking to a finger or the like is reduced, and that the amount of the cleaning agent used can be reduced. Another object of the present invention is to prevent the cleaning card from being damaged.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is directed to a cleaning card that is formed to have substantially the same thickness and size as a contact IC card as shown in FIG. 1 and is used to clean the contact terminals 12 of the IC card reader 11. Here, the contact IC card corresponds to a bank card or a credit card, and also includes an antenna coil for performing data communication without contact. The IC card reader 11 corresponds to an IC card reader whose contact terminal 12 comes into contact with the contact point of the IC card, and has only a function of reading data stored in the IC card. Those having a function of reading data and writing data to an IC card are included.
[0009]
According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning card has a pad 3 that can be impregnated with a cleaning agent and a through-hole 7 for exposing the pad 3 to the outside above the base sheet 2 made of synthetic resin. A synthetic resin inner sheet 4 is laminated in order . Hole 7 of the inner sheet 4 that is formed on the contact point of the IC card. Pad 3 is a one having a large outside dimension than hole 7 of the inner sheet 4, it is formed in a regular polygon shape. The pad 3 is made of a non-woven fabric having a predetermined thickness having elasticity and liquid-absorbing properties, and a thin fabric that covers and holds the upper and lower sides of the non-woven fabric. The base sheet 2, the inner sheet 4, and the upper and lower clear sheets 5, 6 are placed in a state where all the peripheral edges 9 of the pad 3 are crushed between the peripheral edge of the through hole 7 of the inner sheet 4 and the base sheet 2. It is integrated by thermocompression bonding. The entire upper surface of the perfect circular pad 3 bulging from the through hole 8 of the upper clear sheet 5 bulges above the upper surface of the clear sheet 5.
[0012]
[Effects of the invention]
In the cleaning card of the present invention, since the pad 3 containing the cleaning agent is exposed to the outside only at the place where the through hole 7 is provided in the inner sheet 4, the possibility of the cleaning agent sticking to a finger or the like is reduced. Improves. For example, even if a cleaning material having a high detergency such as ispropyl alcohol is used, it is possible to prevent rough handing as much as it is difficult to stick to a finger. Furthermore, even if the pad 3 is formed of a non-woven fabric or the like as much as the pad 3 is exposed, the amount of fibers coming out of the pad 3 is reduced, and the fibers adhere to the contact terminals 12 of the IC card reader 11 and contact. It is possible to reduce the occurrence of defects.
[0013]
The pad 3 is strongly sandwiched with the thermocompression bonding between the base sheet 2 and the inner sheet 4 by the peripheral edge 9 being sandwiched between the peripheral edge of the through hole 7 of the inner sheet 4 and the base sheet 2. Since the pad 3 is fixed, the adhesive does not melt with the cleaning agent as in the case where the pad 3 is fixed to the base sheet 2 or the like with the adhesive. Therefore, the fixed state of the pad 3 can be maintained for a long time, and the life of the cleaning card 1 can be extended.
[0014]
When cleaning the contact terminals 12 of the IC card reader 11, it is only necessary to impregnate the pads 3 located in the through holes 7 of the inner sheet 4 with a cleaning agent, so that the amount of the cleaning agent used can be suppressed.
[0015]
In addition, since the upper surface of the inner sheet 4 and the lower surface of the base sheet 2 can be colored or marked or patterned, the decorativeness of the cleaning card 1 is improved.
[0016]
If the transparent clear sheets 5 and 6 are laminated and formed on the upper side of the inner sheet 4 and the lower side of the base sheet 2, the cleaning card 1 is hardly damaged by the clear sheets 5 and 6.
[0017]
If the upper part of the pad 3 having elasticity bulges above the upper surface of the clear sheet 5, when the pad 3 comes into contact with the contact terminal 12 of the IC card reader 11, the elastic restoring force of the pad 3 Then, the pad 3 is pressed against the contact terminal 12, and the contact terminal 12 is more reliably cleaned by the pad 3 and the cleaning agent impregnated therein.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 3 show a cleaning card according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning card 1 has a rectangular plate shape that is long to the left and right, and is formed to have substantially the same thickness and size as a contact IC card not shown. The cleaning card 1 is inserted into the IC card reader 11 to clean the contact terminal 12 (see FIG. 4) of the IC card reader 11. The IC card reader 11 performs data communication with the IC chip of the IC card when the contact terminal 12 contacts the contact of the IC card.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning card 1 has a pad 3 that can be impregnated with a cleaning agent, an inner sheet 4, and a clear sheet 5 stacked in order on the upper side of the base sheet 2, and a clear sheet 6 is placed on the lower side of the base sheet 2. They are stacked and integrated by thermocompression bonding.
[0020]
The base sheet 2 and the inner sheet 4 are made of a white synthetic resin sheet such as amorphous copolyester (PETG), ABS resin or polyvinyl chloride, which has heat-fusibility and is difficult to dissolve with a cleaning agent. Is about 0.30 mm. The upper and lower clear sheets 5 and 6 are made of a transparent synthetic resin sheet such as amorphous copolyester, ABS resin, or polyvinyl chloride, which has heat-fusibility and is difficult to dissolve with a cleaning agent, and its thickness is 0. It is about 05mm.
[0021]
The upper surface of the inner sheet 4 and the lower surface of the base sheet 2 are colored and decorated with a predetermined mark or pattern, if necessary, and further a text for handling instructions is printed.
[0022]
The inner sheet 4 is formed with a circular through hole 7 to expose the upper part of the pad 3 to the outside (see FIG. 3), and the clear sheet 5 is laminated on the upper side of the inner sheet 4 In FIG. 2, a through hole 8 having the same shape as the through hole 7 is provided in a vertically penetrating manner at a corresponding position overlapping with the through hole 7.
[0023]
The pad 3 is made of a non-woven fabric having a predetermined thickness, such as natural cotton, and a thin cloth such as gauze. The upper and lower sides of the non-woven cloth are covered with a thin cloth and held in a square shape. Nonwoven fabric has flexibility and elasticity. The pad 3 can be impregnated with a liquid cleaning agent such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1, the pad 3 is formed larger than the through holes 7 and 8 of the inner sheet 4 and the clear sheet 5, and the pad 3, the inner sheet 4 and the clear sheet 5 are sequentially laminated on the upper side of the base sheet 2. When integrated by thermocompression bonding, the peripheral edge 9 of the pad 3 is sandwiched between the peripheral edge of the through hole 7 of the inner sheet 4 and the base sheet 2 as shown in FIG. In this state, the peripheral edge 9 of the pad 3 is firmly held and fixed between the inner sheet 4 and the base sheet 2. The through holes 7 and 8 are formed at the contact positions of the contact type IC card that contacts the contact terminals 12 of the IC card reader 11.
[0025]
Next, the manufacturing method of the cleaning card 1 of the present invention will be described. First, the pad 3, the inner sheet 4 and the clear sheet 5 are sequentially stacked on the upper side of the base sheet 2, and then the clear sheet is placed on the lower side of the base sheet 2 one after another. 6 is piled up. At this time, the pad 3, the through hole 7 of the inner sheet 4, and the through hole 8 of the clear sheet 5 are positioned so as to overlap each other.
[0026]
In this superposed state, the cleaning cards 1 are manufactured by performing thermocompression bonding under high temperature and high pressure on these sheets 2, 4, 5, 6. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper portion of the pad 3 bulges above the upper surface of the clear sheet 5.
[0027]
In use, after first impregnating the pad 3 with a cleaning agent or the like, the cleaning card 1 is inserted into the IC card reader 11 as shown in FIG. With this insertion, the pad 3 is pressed against the contact terminal 12 of the IC card reader 11, and the contact terminal 12 is cleaned by the pad 3 and the cleaning agent impregnated therein.
[0028]
Pad 3 may be a hexagon that any shape.
