Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mask with an exhaust hole for dust prevention and gas prevention.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in this type of dust mask or gas mask, a structure in which an exhaust hole provided in a face body is covered with a check valve is well known. In addition, when this face piece is worn, in order to prevent moisture contained in exhalation from condensing into water droplets and flowing out of the exhaust hole, the lower part of the face piece can be received outside the face piece. Also known is a mask provided with a water drop fall prevention device. This prevention tool consists of a water-absorbing pad and a member that holds the pad outside the face piece. In one example of such a mask, a filter set in front of a face piece is covered with a breathable cover member, a part of the cover member is extended to the lower part of the exhaust hole, and a pad is placed on the extended part. Some catch water drops. There is also known a mask in which a member for holding a pad is detachable from the face body, and the pad is disposed between the member and the outer face of the face body.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the former mask of the conventional example, the cover member is fitted from the front side of the face piece while sliding on the outer surface of the filter storage portion formed on the face piece. In such a mask, when the pad is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the face piece and water droplets are received near the exhaust hole, the pad placed on the extended portion of the cover member also slides the outer face of the face piece when the cover member is fitted. Since the pad will move, the pad may be out of position or wrinkled, making it difficult to fit in the required position.
[0004]
In the latter of the conventional masks, the pad holding member must be removed from the face plate when replacing the pad, and the relatively small holding member is easily lost when the pad is removed. is there. Even in the case of the former mask, the cover member that holds the pad must be removed from the face plate when replacing the pad or filter, but this cover member is a relatively large one that covers the filter. It can be said that there is little fear of losing.
[0005]
It is an object of the present invention to easily fix a water absorbing pad in a required position in a dustproof or gas mask having a water drop fall prevention device, and to lose the pad holding member. It is an issue to improve so that there is no.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to a face body having a filter attaching part in the front and a contact part to the face in the rear, and a wearing means capable of bringing the face into close contact with the face. The face body has an exhaust hole formed behind the filter mounting portion, the exhaust hole is covered with a check valve, and receives water droplets flowing from the inside of the face body to the outside through the exhaust hole. The means is a mask with exhaust holes provided in a lower portion of the exhaust holes.
[0007]
In such a mask, the present invention is characterized as follows. The receiving means includes a water absorbing pad member and a holding member for positioning the pad member below the check valve. In the holding member, one of both side edge portions facing each other in the width direction orthogonal to the vertical direction of the face body is attached to the outer surface of the face body via a hinge mechanism, and the other side edge portion is attached to the outer surface of the face body. It is removably fixed, and when it is removed, it can pivot around the hinge mechanism. In the holding member, an inner surface between the side edge portions and facing the outer surface of the face body is formed so that the pad member can be attached.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The details of the mask with exhaust holes according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0009]
A mask 1 shown in a perspective view in FIG. 1 has a face piece 2 and a headband 3 of adjustable length for bringing the face piece 2 into close contact with the face wearing the mask 1. The face piece 2 can cover the mask 1 wearer's mouth and the periphery of the nostril, and has a filter attachment portion 6 in the front and a breathable protective cover 8 for the replaceable filter 7 that fits in the attachment portion 6. It has a face contact portion 9 formed of a flexible elastic material on the rear side. The intermediate portion 10 located between the filter attachment portion 6 and the face contact portion 9 is formed of a hard or semi-rigid plastic material together with the filter attachment portion 6. The mask 1 can be used as a dust-proof one or a gas-proof one, and the type of the filter 7 is selected according to the application.
[0010]
FIG. 2 is a side view of an essential part of the mask 1, and a part thereof is shown in a cutaway view. In the intermediate portion 10 of the face piece 2, a portion located in the vicinity of the wearer's mouth is separated from the rear surface 24 of the filter attachment portion 6, and an exhaust hole 11 for discharging exhalation is formed in this portion. The check valve 12 abuts on the outside. As shown in the drawing, the exhaust hole 11 is preferably formed in a lower part of the face piece 2, and a water drop fall prevention tool 16, which is a means for receiving water droplets, is provided in the intermediate part 10 further below the exhaust hole 11. Is attached. In the mask 2 of the mask 1 worn, moisture contained in exhalation may be condensed into water droplets, and when the check valve 12 is opened, if the water droplets fall from the mask 2, the mask 1 wearer's work May cause problems. For example, the surface immediately after painting is soiled with water droplets during the painting operation. However, with this mask 1, the water droplets can be received by the prevention tool 16, so that the work is not hindered.
[0011]
The preventer 16 includes a holding member 17 and a water absorbent pad member 18 (see also FIG. 3) placed inside the holding member 17, and the top portion 19 of the holding member 17 is the outer surface 23 of the face body 2. And two pins 21 and 22 extending in the horizontal direction formed on the rear surface 24 of the filter mounting portion 6. The holding member 17 has a through hole 20, and exhaled air from the exhaust hole 11 passes through the through hole 20 and goes out of the mask 1. The pad member 18 is positioned directly below the exhaust hole 11 with a part thereof being in close contact with the intermediate portion 10 of the face piece 2 from below. The pad member 18 does not shift or drop out by being in close contact with the face piece 2 in this manner. The filter 7 and the protective cover 8 are separate from the prevention tool 16 and are separated from the prevention tool 16, so that the filter 7 and the protection cover 8 can be freely attached to the face piece 2 regardless of the prevention tool 16. It can be removed.
[0012]
FIG. 3 is a PQRS arrow view of the mask 1 in FIG. 2 with the filter 7 and the protective cover 8 removed. The filter attachment portion 6 of the face piece 2 has a cylindrical body portion 26 having a central axis (not shown) extending in the horizontal direction in FIG. 2 and a bottom portion 27 extending perpendicularly to the central axis and extending in the vertical direction. The filter 7 can be housed inside the body part 26, and a groove part 26 a for removably fitting the protective cover 8 is formed outside the body part 26, and the bottom part 27 leads to the inside of the face piece 2. An intake hole 28 is formed. In the intake hole 28, three reinforcing ribs 29 extend in the vertical direction, and an intake check valve 30 that covers the intake hole 28 and can be opened inward of the face body 2 by an intake operation is provided inside the rib 29. Is attached. In the figure, the check valve 30 is shown in a partially broken state. The intake air that has passed through the filter 7 enters the inside of the face piece 2 through the intake hole 28 while opening the check valve 30, and reaches the wearer's nostril or mouth. The intermediate portion 10 of the face piece 2 has an exhaust hole 11 at a portion facing the outer surface 24 (see FIG. 2) of the bottom portion 27 of the filter attachment portion 6, and the check valve 12 covering the exhaust hole 11 is an outer surface of the intermediate portion 10. 23 is in close contact.
[0013]
The holding member 17 of the preventer 16 is substantially U-shaped, and has an inner surface 31 that has a pad set portion 32 extending in an arc in the width direction of the mask 1, and both side edge portions facing each other in the width direction. 33 and 34 are formed with first and second extending portions 36 and 37 that extend upward in the drawing. The pad set portion 32 includes a displacement prevention protrusion 40 that can penetrate the pad member 18 in the middle between the side edge portions 33 and 34. The first extending portion 36 forms a hinge mechanism by the top portion 19 being supported by pins 21 and 22 (see also FIG. 2) so as to be slidable in the direction around these pins. The first extending portion 36 has an exhaust through-hole 20 (see also FIG. 2) that extends in the vertical direction and is not covered by the pad member 18. The second extending portion 37 is parallel to the first extending portion 36 and has a through hole 20 formed in the same manner as the first extending portion 36, and a lateral projection 39 is formed on the top portion 38. The second elongated portion 37 can be elastically deformed in the directions of the arrows 41 and 42, and the projection 39 is fitted into the through hole 44 of the plate-like portion 43 formed on the outer surface 23 of the face body 2 by using the elastic deformation. Match. When the projection 39 is pushed in the direction of the arrow 41, the projection 39 is detached from the through hole 44, and at that time, the holding member 17 can pivot to the position of the imaginary line around the pins 21 and 22. The holding member 17 according to the preferred embodiment has a coil spring incorporated in a hinge mechanism, for example, and pivots to the position of an imaginary line under the bias of the spring. In the holding member 17 biased in this way, the protrusion 39 fitted into the through hole 44 of the plate-like portion 43 strongly contacts the lower edge of the through hole 44 from the top to the bottom, and is in the through hole 44. Since there is no dancing, the holding member 17 is also firmly fixed to the outer surface 23 of the face piece 2 and does not swing.
[0014]
The holding member 17 is placed on the inner surface 31 of the pad set portion 32 in a state where the water absorbent pad member 18 is removable. The pad member 18 is located immediately below the exhaust hole 11 and can quickly receive and absorb water droplets flowing out from the exhaust hole 11 when the check valve 12 is opened. The pad member 18 is formed of a water-absorbing material such as hydrophilic fiber, foamed plastic, or highly water-absorbing polymer particles, and more preferably formed of a nonwoven fabric made of hydrophilic fiber. The pad member 18 is replaced when the holding member 17 is swung to the position of the imaginary line.
[0015]
FIG. 4 is a view taken in the direction of the arrows in FIG. From the outer surface 23 of the intermediate portion 10 of the face piece 2, the pin 22 and the plate-like portion 43 extend toward the rear surface 24 of the filter attachment portion 6. Further, on the outer surface 23, a pair of ridges 52 are formed on both sides of the exhaust hole 11 in the width direction of the face piece 2, extending parallel to each other in the vertical direction and protruding toward the rear surface 24 of the filter attachment portion 6. (See also FIG. 3). When the wearer of the mask 1 tilts his / her head to the side, the mask 1 is not vertical as shown in FIG. 3 but tilts to the left or right, so that the water droplets from the exhaust holes 11 travel along the outer surface 23 to the side of the mask 1. To flow. However, when the water droplets flow up to the ridge 52, the water droplet is guided to the pad member 18 by the ridge 52 next. Therefore, with this mask 1, water droplets can be reliably captured regardless of the inclination of the wearer's head. In place of these ridges 52, it is also possible to guide water droplets by the first and second elongated portions 36, 37 of the preventer 16, but in this case, these elongated portions 36, 37 are connected to the outer surface of the face piece 2. The design and production difficulty of being in close contact with each other 23, and the design restriction that the through holes 20 and 40 must be made small so that water droplets do not flow out of the through holes 20 and 40 of the elongated portions 36 and 37. Occurs.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
In the mask with exhaust holes according to the present invention, the pad holding member that receives the falling water droplets is pivotally attached to the face body, and it is not necessary to remove the pad member from the face body when replacing the pad member. There is no risk of loss.
[0017]
A portion of the pad member placed on the holding member can be brought into close contact with the face piece, so that it does not easily fall off. Since the pad member is brought into close contact with the face by turning the holding member from below to above, the pad member is not displaced or wrinkled on the pad member by the operation of the holding member at that time.
[0018]
On the outer surface of the face piece, a convex shape extending in the vertical direction is formed on both sides of the exhaust hole so that water droplets coming out from the exhaust hole can be guided to the pad member, so that the head of the mask wearer is not inclined Water droplets can be reliably captured.
