Claims (7)
- ロータ(2)を備える高圧コンプレッサ、ディフューザ(6)、および燃焼室(8)の内側エンベロープの少なくとも一部を形成する固定された壁要素(10)を、上流から下流端にかけて含んでいるガスタービンエンジン用のラビリンスシール装置であって、シール(20)が、フランジ(25および26)を有する取付け装置(24)によって壁要素に取り付けられて環状の摩耗装置(23)を支持するステータ部(22)を有しており、前記摩耗装置は、ラビリンスシールを形成すべく、少なくとも一つの円周歯(28A)を具備してコンプレッサのロータ(2)と一体化されたロータ要素(28)と共に回転し、前記取付け装置(24)の少なくとも一つのフランジ(25、26)が、エンジンの加速中、ロータ要素(28)の膨張速度に対してステータ部(22)の膨張速度を調和させるような質量を有することを特徴とする、前記ラビリンスシール装置。
- 壁要素(10)が、取付け装置(24)に隣接して配置された通気孔(10A)を含む、請求項1に記載のラビリンスシール装置。
- シールのステータ部(22)は、外側で径方向の取付けフランジ(25)と一体化された環状の第二の部分(22B)まで下流側が延び、摩耗装置(23)を収容する第一の部分(22A)を含んでおり、前記取付けフランジ(25)は、前記壁要素(10)と一体化された取付け装置(24)を形成すべく、前記壁要素(10)と一体化された内部取付けフランジ(26)と共に作用し、第二の部分(22B)、取付け装置(24)および壁要素(10)が、第一のキャビティ(C1)を画定する、請求項1または2に記載のラビリンスシール装置。
- 第一のキャビティ(C1)は、通気孔(10A)を通して供給を受ける、請求項3に記載のラビリンスシール装置。
- 環状の第二の部分(22B)は、第三の部分(22C)までフランジ(25)の下流に延び、前記第二(22B)および第三の部分(22C)が、燃焼室エンベロープから或る距離で空気案内チャンネルを形成する、請求項3または4に記載のラビリンスシール装置。
- 第三の部分(22C)が、燃焼室エンベロープの壁要素(10)と共に第二のキャビティ(C2)を形成する、請求項5に記載のラビリンスシール装置。
- 第一の部分(22A)は、壁要素(10)と共に上流端への開いた通路を形成し、通気孔(10A)から来る空気が、第一のキャビティ(C1)内に案内され、ラビリンスシールの上流が排気される前に前記通路の中に案内される、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のラビリンスシール装置。
