Claims (2)
- 活物質が充填された複数の極板と、複数のダミー金属板とを交互に配置し、前記複数の極板と前記複数のダミー金属板との間にセパレータを配置した極板群を化成槽に収容してアルカリ溶液中で化成工程を行うアルカリ蓄電池用極板の化成方法において、
両端部以外に配置される前記セパレータは、セパレータと前記極板との間、又は前記ダミー金属板との間に隙間を形成する構造を有するものとすると共に、両端部のダミー金属板と極板との間に位置するセパレータは、セパレータと極板およびダミー金属板との間に隙間が形成されない構造であることを特徴とするアルカリ蓄電池用極板の化成方法。 - 前記極板は負極板であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のアルカリ蓄電池用極板の化成方法。
