Claims (9)
- マルチウェル濾過/固相抽出装置であって、
流体検体を受けて濾過するための多数の分離ウェルを含むとともに、各分離ウェルに入った流体検体を垂下させるための先端排出口を有する分離プレートと、
前記各分離ウェルから濾液を受けるための多数の収集ウェルを含む収集プレートと、
前記分離プレートと前記収集プレートとの間に接続されるものであって、前記分離プレートの下部と前記収集プレートの面とを受けるような寸法を有するスペースを規定するための内壁を有し、前記分離プレートと前記収集プレートと前記内壁との間にほぼ気密なチャンバーを規定するための真空カラーと、
前記チャンバーを真空源に接続して前記収集プレートと前記分離プレートの間を真空に引くために、前記真空カラーに設けられたコネクタとを有してなり、
前記真空カラーを前記分離プレートと前記収集プレートとの間に接続した状態で、前記濾過ウェルの前記先端排出口の位置が、前記収集ウェル内に所定の距離だけ挿入され、前記分離プレートと前記収集プレートとの間で前記流体検体が水平方向に拡散することが防止されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記多数の分離プレートが約96個のウェルを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記収集プレート内に規定された前記多数の収集ウェルが約96個のウェルを含む、請求項2記載の装置。
- 溶出液または濾液の移送におけるエラーの可能性を低減するために、前記分離プレートと前記収集プレートの間の適切な位置合わせを確保するためのキー付き構造を更に含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記真空カラーと別の真空カラーの間の接続を可能にして、複数のマルチウェル濾過/固相抽出装置を単独の真空源で運転できるようにするために、前記真空カラー上に配置された接続口を更に含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- マルチウェル濾過/固相抽出装置であって、
流体検体を受けて分離するための多数の分離ウェルを含み、各分離ウェルに入った流体検体を垂下させるための先端排出口を有する分離プレートと、
前記流体検体の液体成分を受けるための多数の収集ウェルを含み、排気用開口を持つ収集プレートと、
前記収集プレートと前記分離プレートを、互いにインターフェースする関係に接続するとともに、前記先端排出口の位置を前記収集ウェル内に所定の距離だけ挿入するためのカラーと、
前記収集プレートと重なり合う関係で収集プレートを受けるのに適したハウジングと、前記収集プレートの前記排気用開口に挿入されるように構成された空気採り入れ部材と、前記収集プレートを積み重ねた構成で真空アセンブリーの上に配置したときに、前記排気用開口と前記空気採り入れ部材を通って空気を抜き出す真空メカニズムとを含み、前記分離プレート内に受け取られた流体検体の真空処理を可能にする真空アセンブリーとを有してなり、
前記カラーは、前記分離プレートの下部と前記収集プレートの面とを受けるような寸法を有するスペースを規定するための内壁を有し、前記分離プレートと前記収集プレートと前記内壁との間にほぼ気密なチャンバーを規定するものであり、
前記排気用開口を通して、前記収集プレートと前記分離プレートとの間に真空が引かれるとともに、前記分離プレートと前記収集プレートとの間で前記流体検体が水平方向に拡散することが防止されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記真空メカニズムが前記真空アセンブリーのハウジング内に配置された真空ポンプからなる、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記分離プレートが96ウェル分離プレートからなる、請求項6又は請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記収集プレートが96ウェル収集プレートからなる、請求項8記載の装置。
