Claims (5)
- 電気接点部と電磁駆動部と成形樹脂ベース部とを備える本体部が、成形樹脂カバーで覆われ、封止用樹脂により封止されてなる電磁継電器において、前記封止用樹脂は、封止用の熱硬化性樹脂に、極性基又は芳香環を持たず、25℃における蒸気圧が1.3〜13.3kPaであり、沸点60〜120℃の有機物が1〜3%の重量比率で含まれることを特徴とする電磁継電器。
- 電気接点部と電磁駆動部と成形樹脂ベース部とを備える本体部が成形樹脂カバーで覆われ、熱硬化性樹脂である封止用樹脂により封止されてなる電磁継電器であって、前記本体部と前記成形樹脂カバーとで形成される密閉空間内に、極性基又は芳香環を含まず、25℃における蒸気圧が1.3〜13.3kPaであり、沸点60〜120℃の有機物が密封されてなることを特徴とする電磁継電器。
- 前記有機物は、ノルボルネン又はその誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁継電器。
- 成形樹脂ベース部に電気接点部及び電磁駆動部を配して本体部を作製する工程と、前記本体部を覆う成形樹脂カバーを作製する工程と、封止用の熱硬化性樹脂に、極性基又は芳香環を含まず、25℃における蒸気圧が1.3〜13.3kPaであり、沸点60〜120℃の有機物を1〜3%の重量比率で混練して封止用樹脂を作製する工程と、前記本体部を成形樹脂カバーで覆い前記封止用樹脂を用いて封止する工程とを有することを特徴とする電磁継電器の製造方法。
- 前記有機物はノルボルネン又はその誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電磁継電器の製造方法。
