Claims (8)
- 石炭系ニードルコークスグリーンパウダーを、不活性雰囲気下600〜900℃で2〜4時間焼成し、焼成した粉末を、重量比で1.8〜2.2倍量の水酸化アルカリ粉末と混合し、粉末混合物を、不活性雰囲気下650〜850℃で2〜4時間焼成し、焼成した粉末混合物を洗浄して水酸化アルカリを除去し乾燥させて得られ、比表面積が300m 2 /g以下で、細孔径0.8nm以下の細孔容積が0.01〜0.1ml/gである、成形して電気二重層キャパシタ電極に用いられる炭素粉末。
- 前記細孔径0.8nm以下の細孔容積が0.02〜0.06ml/gである請求項1記載の炭素粉末。
- 請求項1又は2記載の炭素粉末を成形して得られる電気二重層キャパシタ用炭素質電極。
- 前記電気二重層キャパシタが、溶質を有機溶媒に溶解させた有機電解液中に炭素質電極が浸されてなる構造のものである、請求項3記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用炭素質電極。
- 前記ピロリジニウム化合物塩がスピロビピロリジニウム塩である請求項5記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用炭素質電極。
- 前記ピロリジニウム化合物塩の対アニオンが4フッ化ホウ酸アニオン、一部をほうフッ化アルキル基により置換したほう酸アニオン、6フッ化リン酸アニオン、過塩素酸、又はヨウ素である請求項5又は6記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用炭素質電極。
- 石炭系ニードルコークスグリーンパウダーを、不活性雰囲気下600〜900℃で2〜4時間焼成し、焼成した粉末を、重量比で1.8〜2.2倍量の水酸化アルカリ粉末と混合し、粉末混合物を、不活性雰囲気下650〜850℃で2〜4時間焼成し、焼成した粉末混合物を洗浄して水酸化アルカリを除去し乾燥させて、比表面積が300m 2 /g以下で、細孔径0.8nm以下の細孔容積が0.01〜0.1ml/gである炭素粉末を得る工程、及び
該炭素粉末を成形する工程、
を包含する電気二重層キャパシタ用炭素質電極の製造方法。
