Claims (2)
- 被測定ガスに含まれる可燃性ガスの濃度を測定する可燃性ガス濃度測定装置において、
被測定場所から前記被測定ガスを採取するサンプリング部と、
当該採取された被測定ガスに、所定の混合比率で空気を混合する空気混合部と、
前記可燃性ガスとの接触燃焼により前記可燃性ガスの濃度を検出する接触燃焼式ガスセンサを有し、当該接触燃焼式ガスセンサにより、前記空気混合部で混合されたガスに含まれる前記可燃性ガスの濃度を検出し、当該検出された濃度及び前記混合比率に基づいて、前記被測定場所の被測定ガスに含まれる前記可燃性ガスの濃度を求める測定部と、
前記測定部の下流に配置され、前記空気混合部に前記被測定ガスを導入する吸引ポンプとを備え、
前記空気混合部は、
第一の径を有する第一の部分と、当該第一の部分より下流にあり且つ当該第一の径より細い第二の径を有する第二の部分とを有し、前記採取された被測定ガスを導入する被測定ガス用導管と、
外部から前記被測定ガス用導管の前記第一の部分まで貫通する貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔に挿入される空気導入用導管とを備え、
前記空気導入用導管の先端が、前記第二の部分に達するように前記貫通孔に挿入され、当該被測定ガス用導管に導入される前記被測定ガスは、前記空気導入用導管を通って引き込まれる空気と、前記第二の部分で混合されることを特徴とする可燃性ガス濃度測定装置。 - 被測定場所から採取された被測定ガスを、当該被測定ガスに含まれる可燃性ガスの濃度を検出する接触燃焼式ガスセンサに供給する経路の途中に設けられる空気混合部品において、
第一の径を有する第一の部分と、当該第一の部分より下流にあり且つ当該第一の径より細い第二の径を有する第二の部分とを有し、前記採取された被測定ガスを導入する被測定ガス用導管と、
外部から前記被測定ガス用導管の前記第一の部分まで貫通する貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔に挿入される空気導入用導管とを備え、
前記空気導入用導管の先端が、前記第二の部分に達するように前記貫通孔に挿入され、当該被測定ガス用導管に導入される前記被測定ガスは、前記空気導入用導管を通って引き込まれる空気と、前記第二の部分で混合されることを特徴とする空気混合部品。
