Claims (2)
- シリンダと、該シリンダ内で回転駆動されるように設けられているスクリュとからなり、前記シリンダの一方の端部から樹脂材料を供給しながら前記スクリュを回転駆動すると、供給される樹脂材料が混練溶融され、そして他端部から押し出されるようになっている混練押出機のスクリュであって、
前記スクリュは、外周部に所定形状の係合用溝が形成されているスクリュ軸と、前記スクリュ軸の係合用溝に対応する被係合用溝が形成され、そして前記スクリュ軸に順次挿入されるようになっている複数個のスクリュセグメントからなり、
前記スクリュセグメントの被係合用溝は、該スクリュセグメントの軸方向の両端部に加工され、中間部は非加工部の逃げ部となっていることを特徴とする、混練押出機用スクリュ。 - 請求項1に記載の混練押出機のスクリュにおいて、係合用溝がスプライン溝である、混練押出機用スクリュ。
