Description
隙間(片)=(シリンダ内径10´/2)−(スクリュ外径9´/2)−
(7Pと8Pの距離)
をスクリュ中心間距離7´の0.1%〜5%の比率とし、これと直角方向のシリンダとスクリュの隙間(片:(シリンダ内径10´−スクリュ外径9´)の半分)を前記比率の1〜10倍としたことを特徴とする。
(シリンダ内径10´/2)−(スクリュ外径9´/2)−(7Pと8Pの距離)
をスクリュ中心間距離の0.1%〜5%の比率とし、これと直角方向のシリンダとスクリュの隙間(片:(シリンダ内径10´−スクリュ外径9´)の半分)(図1のΔ2)を前記比率の1〜10倍の比となるように中心位置7P,8Pをずらすことにより、左右方向の発生力・移動を抑えつつ、上下方向の隙間を広く取って被混練物にかかるせん断力を小さくするようにしたものである。
Claims (5)
- 供給された被混練物を送り機能と混練機能とを有するスクリュにより混練しながら押出す同方向二軸押出機のシリンダにおいて、
前記シリンダ軸と直交する断面において、前記スクリュの回転中心位置が前記シリンダの内径中心位置からずらして配置され、且つ、二軸の中心点を結んだ直線上における前記シリンダと前記スクリュとの間の隙間(片)をスクリュ中心間距離の0.1%〜5%の比率とし、これと直角方向のシリンダとスクリュの隙間(片)を前記比率の1〜10倍(但し1を除く)としたことを特徴とする同方向二軸押出機のシリンダ。 - 請求項1に記載の同方向二軸押出機のシリンダにおいて、
該シリンダにおける肉厚(片)の最も薄い部分における肉厚が二軸の中心間距離の40%以上とされている断面形状を有することを特徴とする同方向二軸押出機のシリンダ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2の同方向二軸押出機のシリンダを備えてなる同方向二軸押出機。
- 請求項3に記載の同方向二軸押出機において、
前記シリンダは、第1混練部で樹脂原料のみを溶融させ、第2混練部において溶融樹脂原料と添加材とを混合するシリンダにおける前記第1混練部に配置されていることを特徴とする同方向二軸押出機。 - 同方向二軸押出機により樹脂を混練するようにした同方向二軸押出機による樹脂の混練方法において、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の同方向二軸押出機のシリンダにより樹脂を混練するようにしたことを特徴とする同方向二軸押出機による樹脂の混練方法。
