Claims (5)
- 医学的画像記録に使用される超音波トランスデューサであって、

前記開口内部に少なくとも部分的に配され、放出する超音波を集中させるための球体の一部であるアーチ型をしている隔膜と、

前記隔膜および前記基板と、前記隔膜のアーチ型を機械的に保持するように物理的に繋がっている結合物質、
を含む超音波トランスデューサ。 - 前記隔膜が薄層の圧電物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1の超音波トランスデューサ。
- 前記隔膜が遊離フィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1の超音波トランスデューサ。
- 前記結合物質が、前記開口内部に少なくとも部分的に配され、
前記結合物質が前記隔膜に隣接して、前記隔膜を支持し、該隔膜によって生じた音波を減衰させることを特徴とする、請求項1の超音波トランスデューサ。 - 前記複数の電極のうち少なくとも1個は、前記隔膜の表面に形成され、放射した音波をさらに集中させるように作動する環状電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1の超音波トランスデューサ。
