Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの加入者端末機器間において異なる符号化規則(A−Law , μ−Law)に従って形成された有効情報を交換する方法であって、
第1の符号化規則(A−Law , μ−Law)に応じてA側を定め、第2の符号化規則(μ−Law , A−Law)に応じてB側を定め、
第1の帯域幅を有する有効情報を複数の伝送装置(MG A , MG B)を介して導き、
当該伝送装置は第1の伝送ネットワーク(TDM)と第2の伝送ネットワーク(ATM , IP)の間のインターフェースの機能を有し、それぞれに割り当てられた制御装置(CSF A , CSF B)によって制御され、前記有効情報に割り当てられたシグナリング情報を処理し、CODECネゴシエーションプロシージャおよびCODEC修正プロシージャを有するシグナリングプロトコルを介して該シグナリング情報を交換する、形式の方法において、
前記CODEC修正プロシージャ内にさらなるロジックを設け、
当該ロジックによって、第2の帯域幅(フォールバック接続、TMR '' 64kbit/s非制限優先)への切り換え時に、交換されるべき有効情報を、受信加入者端末機器の符号化規則に変換する、
ことを特徴とする、少なくとも2つの加入者端末機器間において異なる符号化規則に従って形成された有効情報を交換する方法。 - 前記A側がA−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側に第1の選択として透過CODECが提示され、第2の選択としてA−Law符号化有効情報のみが提示され、これに基づいてB側はまず透過CODECを認証する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がA−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側はフォールバック時にA−Law CODECを要求する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にあり、前記B側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側に第1の選択として透過CODECが提示され、第2の選択としてμ−Lawが提示され、第3の選択としてA−Lawが提示され、これに基づいてB側はまず透過CODECを認証する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にあり、前記B側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側はフォールバック時に ' μ−Law ' CODECを要求する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にあり、前記B側がA−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側に第1の選択として透過CODECが提示され、第2の選択としてμ−Lawが提示され、第3の選択としてA−Lawが提示され、これに基づいてB側はまず透過CODECを認証する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にあり、前記B側がA−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側はフォールバック時に ' A−Law ' CODECを要求する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がA−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側に、第1の選択として透過CODECが提示され、第2の選択としてA−Law符号化有効情報のみが提示され、透過CODECが使用されないことをB側が識別した場合に、これに基づいてB側はA−Law CODECを認証する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にあり、前記B側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側に、第1の選択として透過CODECが提示され、第2の選択としてμ−Lawが提示され、第3の選択としてA−Lawが提示され、透過CODECが使用されないことをB側が識別した場合に、これに基づいてB側はμ−Law CODECを認証する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記A側がμ−Lawネットワーク内にあり、前記B側がA−Lawネットワーク内にある場合、前記B側に、第1の選択として透過CODECが提示され、第2の選択としてμ−Lawが提示され、第3の選択としてA−Lawが提示され、透過CODECが使用されないことをB側が識別した場合に、これに基づいてB側はA−Law CODECを認証する、請求項1記載の方法。
