Claims (5)
- 灰溶融炉から排出される排ガスに含有される物質によるスケールを捕捉する排ガススケール捕捉装置であって、
上記排ガスを大気側に導く排ガス管内を上流側と下流側とに仕切るように設置され、上記排ガスの通過を許容すべく横方向に互いに間隔をおいて設けられた複数の棒状部材を有する格子状スクリーンと、
上記排ガス管内における上記格子状スクリーンの下流側に配置された回転軸を有し、この回転軸の外周面から突出し当該回転軸の回転に伴って上記各棒状部材間の各通風空間に入出する回転羽根を有するスケール掻取手段と、
上記排ガス管内から少なくとも上記格子状スクリーンの下方に膨出すべく形成されたスケール収容室とを備えたことを特徴とする排ガススケール捕捉装置。 - 上記各回転羽根は、上記回転軸の周方向に位置をずらして設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガススケール捕捉装置。
- 上記格子状スクリーンと上記スケール掻取手段とは、単位組立体として一体的に構成されていると共に、上記排ガス管に対して脱着自在に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排ガススケール捕捉装置。
- 上記スケール収容室の下端部に対応する位置には、上記排ガスが上記排ガス管内を連続的に流れている状態において、上記スケール収容室内のスケールを当該スケール収容室外に排出するバルブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の排ガススケール捕捉装置。
- 上記格子状スクリーン、上記スケール掻取手段及び上記スケール収容室は、上記排ガスを水の蒸発潜熱で直接冷却する排ガス冷却装置の下流側に位置する上記排ガス管における上記排ガス冷却装置の近傍に設置されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の排ガススケール捕捉装置。
