Claims (7)
- ザクロの種子を粉砕した粉砕試料から抽出溶媒により一次溶液を抽出し、該一次溶液を減圧濃縮後に希釈してアルキル鎖化学結合型の第1の分離剤に通液し、該第1の分離剤から前記抽出溶媒により二次溶液を抽出し、該二次溶液を減圧濃縮してイオン交換型の第2の分離剤に通液し、該第2の分離剤から有機溶媒によりエストラジオールを抽出することを特徴とするエストラジオールの抽出方法。
- 請求項1記載のエストラジオールの抽出方法であって、
前記第2の分離剤は、少なくとも強陽イオン交換層と強陰イオン交換層と弱陰イオン交換層とを有した3層構造であることを特徴とするエストラジオールの抽出方法。 - 請求項2記載のエストラジオールの抽出方法であって、
前記強陽イオン交換層と強陰イオン交換層と弱陰イオン交換層は、別個独立の分離容器にそれぞれ充填され、該分離容器が連結されることによって前記3層構造をなしていることを特徴とするエストラジオールの抽出方法。 - 請求項3記載のエストラジオールの抽出方法であって、
前記強陽イオン交換層は、プロピルスルホン酸からなり、
前記強陰イオン交換層は、トリメチルアミノプロピルからなり、
前記弱陰イオン交換層は、1級、2級アミンからなることを特徴とするエストラジオールの抽出方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のエストラジオールの抽出方法であって、
前記有機溶媒は、アセトンとヘキサンとを混合したものであることを特徴とするエストラジオールの抽出方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のエストラジオールの抽出方法であって、
前記第1の分離剤は、オクタデシルシリカからなることを特徴とするエストラジオールの抽出方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のエストラジオールの抽出方法であって、
前記一次溶液を抽出する抽出溶媒及び二次溶液を抽出する抽出溶媒は、メチルアルコールからなることを特徴とするエストラジオールの抽出方法。
