Description

【0001】
[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing a live fungus-added feed, for example, a method in which a live fungus is added to a feed for ornamental fish.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, viable bacteria containing active microorganisms that are useful in the digestive tract of animals have attracted attention as human health foods, and various viable bacteria have been researched, developed and provided to the market. Yes.
[0003]
In the fields of livestock and fisheries, the use of the above-mentioned viable bacteria tends to attract attention, and it is required to add the viable bacteria to feed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the viable agent is effective only when it is alive, but when a feed is produced by mixing the raw fungus agent with the raw material in the normal feed production process, the raw material is only a few seconds during the production. Since the temperature is high at 120 ° C. to 140 ° C., there is a problem that most of the viable bacteria are killed.
[0005]
This invention makes it a subject to provide the manufacturing method of the feed which enabled it to add to feed, without killing viable bacteria in view of this problem.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the method for producing a feed supplemented with a viable agent according to the present invention is prepared by conditioning the pulverized raw material, cooking it, extruding it in a molten state, and cutting it into pellets to produce the feed. The pelletized feed and a predetermined amount of viable bacterial agent are stirred in a mixer, and the surface of the pelletized feed is coated with oil by the oil.
[0007]
One of the features of the present invention is that the surface of the manufactured pellet-like feed is coated with a viable agent using oil. This prevents live bacteria from being exposed to high temperatures during the manufacturing process and is therefore added to the feed without killing.
[0008]
In addition, since the viable agent is coated on the feed surface with oil, for example, oil that does not adversely affect livestock and aquatic animals, livestock and aquatic animals are less likely to be adversely affected by health.
[0009]
For the production of the feed itself before addition of the viable agent, a conventionally known production method for livestock feed or aquatic animal feed, for example, an expand method can be employed in the case of aquarium fish feed.
[0010]
In addition, a feed in which a live fungus is oil-coated as described above is also novel. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a live fungus-added feed characterized in that a live fungus is coated with oil on the surface of pelletized feed.
[0011]
As the viable agent, an aerobic bacterium (for example, Bacillus genus), an anaerobic bacterium (for example, Clostridium bacterium) or a lactic acid bacterium (Bifidobacterium, lactic acid cocci, lactobacilli), etc. Select and use.
[0012]
Moreover, it is preferable that the live-bacterial-agent-added feed can be stored for a long time while maintaining the efficacy of the live bacteria. Therefore, spore-forming bacteria are preferably used for aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria. For example, spore-forming bacteria belonging to the genus Bacillus, spore-forming bacteria belonging to the genus Crocitridium, and the like.
[0013]
The oil may be any oil that does not adversely affect livestock animals and marine animals. For example, feed oil can be used.
[0014]
Since viable bacteria are efficiently added to the feed as described above, the following effects are expected.
(1). Normalization of the intestinal bacterial flora of livestock and aquatic animals.
(2). Improved digestion and absorption.
(3). Production of various digestive enzymes and vitamins.
(4). Immunostimulatory action.
(5). Improvement of growth and feed efficiency.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[Example 1]
Nishikigoi feed ingredients (fish meal, eggs, nonfat dry milk, wheat flour, defatted germ, phosphate, yeast, algae, digestive enzymes, fish oil, various vitamins and minerals) are finely crushed with a crusher and expanded. The pellet was formed into a pellet by a pellet (hereinafter referred to as EP) mill, and a 3 mm diameter EP was prepared.
[0016]
In the EP mill, the following processing is generally executed. The supplied raw material powder is conditioned with warm water or steam in a conditioner, cooked in a cooker, and fed to an extruder.
[0017]
In the extruder, the feed material is strongly pressed by a screw press, further heated by frictional heat, becomes a high temperature of 120 ° C to 140 ° C for a few seconds, becomes molten in the vicinity of the outlet, and is released from the die to the atmosphere. Is done. At this time, the internal moisture rapidly evaporates due to high temperature and pressure, and the gelatinized or gelatinized starchy material or heat-denatured protein film expands to become porous.
[0018]
40 kg of the pelleted feed thus obtained and 40 g of viable bacteria of the genus Bacillus are put in a drum mixer, and 1 to 3% by weight of fish oil is added to the feed and the live fungus, and the drum mixer is rotated for 5 minutes. Thus, a feed supplemented with live fungi for ornamental fish was produced.
[0019]
[Example 2]
A live fungus-added feed for ornamental fish was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that squid oil was used as the feed oil.
[0020]
Example 3
A livestock supplemented feed for ornamental fish was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that vegetable oil was used as the feed oil.
[0021]
[Examples 4 to 6]
A livestock supplemented feed for ornamental fish was produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 3, except that the EP diameter was 4 mm.
[0022]
[Examples 7 to 9]
A livestock supplemented feed for ornamental fish was produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 3, except that the EP diameter was 5 mm.
[0023]
[Examples 10 to 12]
A livestock supplemented feed for ornamental fish was produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 3, except that the EP diameter was 6 mm.
[0024]
[Test Example 1]
As a result of examining whether or not the live bacteria were stable in fish oil, squid oil and vegetable oil, it was confirmed that the oil was not deadly to live bacteria although some depletion was observed.
[0025]
[Test Example 2]
When the number of bacteria on the surface of the feed for ornamental fish obtained in each of the above Examples 1 to 12 was examined immediately after the addition, it was gradually depleted, but more than half of the live bacteria were still alive after about one year. Was confirmed.
[0026]
From the above Test Examples 1 and 2, it was confirmed that the following effects were obtained. (1) A viable agent can be stably added to EP for ornamental fish. (2) A storage period of one year or more can be set. (3) There is no need to add a special processing line, so there is no cost increase. (4) The solvent for adding the live bacteria agent (feed oil) does not adversely affect the fish.
