Claims (5)
- 芯金を冷却するための冷却通路が芯金に沿って設けられた浸漬管であって、冷却ガスを通すための前記冷却通路が前記芯金の内側に断面形状が三日月型に設けられていることを特徴とするRH脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
- 前記冷却通路は、芯金の下端部に、かつ芯金の周囲に一重又は二重以上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRH脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
- 前記冷却通路は、断面形状が三日月型になるように円筒形状のパイプを切断加工して、芯金に溶接固定して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のRH脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
- 前記冷却通路の断面は、三日月型に形成された空洞の底部内寸幅をaとし、高さをbとしたとき、b/aが0.1から1未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のRH脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
- 前記冷却通路は、浸漬管に設けられたリフトガス用のパイプに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のRH脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
