Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hermetically sealed packaging container that is filled with a liquid, and is particularly a packaging container for transferring contents to another container, when the contents are transferred to another container. Further, the present invention relates to a packaging container that prevents the contents from scattering and dripping and further allows the contents to be stored.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, from the viewpoint of protecting the global environment, instead of making consumable plastic containers such as shampoos and rinses one-time disposable in order to reduce waste, the contents can be purchased by purchasing products filled in packaging containers. The trend of refilling containers and using them again is growing.
As products for such refilling, shampoo, rinse, body soap, liquid detergent, bleach, softener, dishwashing liquid detergent, cooking oil, etc. have already been sold.
[0003]
In the shape of the packaging container for refilling, the end portions of the total of three sheets, that is, the back and front two sheets and the bottom part are usually pressed and formed using an adhesive or heat. When the contents are not filled, it is almost rectangular when viewed from the front. When the contents are filled, the bottom sheet spreads and becomes a self-supporting three-dimensional shape in many cases.
When refilling, it is already known that either the left or right corner of the upper part of the packaging container is cut obliquely and the cut portion is used as a spout part. In addition, there is a case in which either the left or right corner of the upper part of the packaging container is cut obliquely, and a notch part and a cap made of a plastic molding or the like different from the sheet material are provided in the cutout part. In addition, a spout is provided at either the left or right end of the packaging container, and a hard or semi-rigid pipe such as a plastic molding is embedded in the spout, or the sheet portion of the spout is hardened and flowed. Some are roads.
[0004]
However, in such packaging containers, when the contents are refilled, the containers, hands, and surroundings are soiled due to splashing and dripping of the contents, or the spout part is blocked during pouring, and refilling cannot be performed smoothly. In addition, the contents remain in the packaging container, and the contents cannot be completely transferred to the container. In addition, the packaging container used for refilling consumables is generally designed to match the capacity of the container to be refilled. Therefore, if the contents are transferred to a container other than the predetermined container, the contents may be excessive in the packaging container. Although it is necessary to preserve | save in a packaging container at this time, once it is opened by cutting out a spout part etc., it cannot preserve | save again. In addition to the trouble of closing the unsealed portion with another means, if the sealing is incomplete, problems such as leakage may occur, and the contents may deteriorate due to the contents touching the air.
[0005]
In order to cope with such a problem, those having various shapes with respect to the spout portion of the packaging container and the entire packaging container have been developed.
For example, with respect to the above-described problem,

The present invention has been made in response to the conventional circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent the content from splashing and dripping from the spout, and to be resealable for long-term storage without deteriorating the content. It is to provide a possible and inexpensive packaging container.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a packaging container according to the present invention is sealed by providing a side seal portion around it , and includes a spout portion for pouring contents and a container body connected to the spout portion. In a container, a cutout guide portion in a spout portion, a sealing portion provided on the container body side from the cutout guide portion, and a flow path expansion portion provided in the container body side from the sealing portion while having a quadrangular cross-sectional shape with the door, the flow channel extension is opening the sealed portion by the remaining two corners not in contact with the side seal portion when pressing the two corners in contact with the side seal portion is opened outward, sealing The distance between the attaching portion and the flow path expanding portion is characterized by being shorter than the width of the spout portion in the sealed portion in the sealed state .
[0014]
In the packaging container having the above structure, when the contents are filled in the packaging container, not only the entire packaging container is sealed, but the spout part maintains a double sealed state by the sealing part. It has the action.
In addition, when the cutting guide part is cut and the contents of the packaging container are transferred to another container, the flow path expanding part is pressed to expand the space inside the spout part and open the sealing part. At the same time, it has an effect of maintaining the opening state of the spout portion.
[0015]
In the packaging container according to the second aspect of the present invention, the sealing part is a mouth opening / closing mechanism that can be resealed.
In the case of the packaging container having the above-described configuration, when surplus is generated in the packaging container, the sealed state can be obtained again by the re-sealable mouth opening / closing mechanism, and the contents can be stored without deteriorating. . In addition, when using for refilling again, this opening-and-closing mechanism is opened again by the press of a flow-path expansion part.
[0016]
Finally, in the invention a is the packaging container according to
The packaging container having the above-described configuration has an effect of preventing the contents from flowing out from the spout part by being folded into a flat shape when the spout part is not used and closing the flow path. In addition, when two corners of the quadratic channel expansion portion are pressed, the space inside the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the packaging container according to the present invention, when the contents are transferred to another container, the packaging container is used in an inclined or reverse direction as in the conventional packaging container. The sealing part is closed. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the dripping which has occurred in the conventional packaging container for refilling. Moreover, since it is sufficient to open after the spout portion is inserted into the mouth portion of the container, the refilling operation can be performed without causing the contents to scatter.
[0030]
Therefore, according to this packaging container, it is possible to prevent contamination of the packaging container itself, a container for refilling, or hands and surroundings by scattering and dripping of contents. If the container body and spout are made of a material resistant to heat and chemicals, or if the sheet is made of multiple layers, it can be filled with chemicals and agricultural chemicals that contain components that require special handling. It can also be used as a packaging container. Furthermore, it can be used as a storage container as it is. In addition, since this packaging container does not require a complicated structure, it is inexpensive and has a wide range of use, so that it can be used in more fields.
