【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、プラスチック製袋、特に、ジッパー付きのノズル状小袋を備えたプラスチック製袋に関する。

【発明の背景と課題】
開口部に一対の凹部と凸部とからなるジッパーを設けて開口部を確実に閉鎖できるようにしたプラスチック製袋が種々提供されている。この種の袋には様々な物が充填されるが、流状物(粉状物、ゲル状物、粘状物、油類、合成糊、インク、ペンキ等)を再封可能に収容するには、ジッパー付きのプラスチック製大袋が好ましい。

しかし、プラスチック製大袋の1辺の開口部の全幅にわたってジッパーを確実に溶着することは現状の技術では困難であり、たとえジッパーの溶着が可能であっても、1辺全体が開口してしまうために流状物を取り出すのに不便である。しかも、流状物がジッパーに目詰まりするという不具合をも生じる。

そこで、本発明の目的は、プラスチック製の大袋であっても流状物を容易に取り出すことができ、再封も容易であり、かつ、ジッパーが流状物で目詰まりすることのないプラスチック製袋を提供することにある。

【発明の構成、作用及び効果】
以上の目的を達成するため、本発明は、プラスチックフィルムを溶着してなる流状物を収容するための大袋と、一端部が開口部とされ、該開口部以外の周辺部が溶着又は折り返されて閉止されたプラスチックフィルムからなる小袋とを備えたプラスチック製袋であって、前記小袋は、前記大袋の一辺におけるプラスチックフィルム間に、前記開口部が前記一辺から突出した状態で挿入して溶着されており、前記開口部近傍の内側に凹部と凸部とで構成されたジッパーが設けられ、かつ、小袋のプラスチックフィルムの内面に溶着阻害処理が施されていることを特徴とする。

以上の構成からなる本発明に係るプラスチック製袋は、まず、大袋のフィルム溶着部分に挿入して溶着された小袋を裏返して大袋の外側に突出させる。大袋を外部から押圧して内圧によって小袋を押し出すか、小袋の内側に指を挿入して摘み出す。このように大袋の外部に突出させた小袋の先端部分をカットすることにより略筒状(ノズル状)の取出し口が形成される。大袋に予め収容されている流状物はこの取出し口から取り出されることになり、小袋の内側に設けたジッパーは引き出したフィルムに隠されて取り出される流状物に触れることがなく、ジッパーが目詰まりすることがない。

流状物を必要量取り出した後は、取出し口をクリップ等で閉鎖して再度大袋内に押し込み、小袋のジッパーを閉じておけば大袋の密閉性を保って保管することができる。

また、小袋を先細のロート状とすることができ、小さな開口を得ることができる。従って、小さな開口をストロー様に使用して飲料を飲むことも可能であり、小袋は大袋内に収容されているため、清潔である。

前述したようにプラスチック製大袋にジッパーを確実に取り付けることは困難であるが、ジッパーを設けない大袋の製袋設備はプラスチック製袋の製袋メーカーのほとんどに設置されている。また、ジッパーを設けた小袋は広く普及しており、その製袋設備を設置する製袋メーカーは多数存在している。本発明は、ジッパーなしの大袋とジッパー付きの小袋とを組み合わせたものであり、既存の製袋設備を組み合わせることで容易に量産することができる。

さらに、小袋は大袋に溶着されるのであるが、その内面には溶着阻害処理が施されているため、小袋の内面は溶着されることがなく、小袋がノズル状を保持することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係るプラスチック製袋の実施形態について、添付図面を参照して説明する。

図1は本発明の一実施形態であるプラスチック製袋10を示す。この袋10は、それぞれプラスチックフィルムからなる大袋11とノズル状の小袋21とで構成されている。大袋11は従来知られている溶着袋として製袋されたもので、1枚の原反フィルムを2枚に折り畳んで、あるいは2枚の原反フィルムを重ね合わせて、その4辺を溶着(図1の斜線で示すA,B,C,D部分)したものである。なお、下辺部Dは大袋11に流状物を充填した後に溶着される。

小袋21は大袋11の上辺溶着部分Cのフィルム間に挿入、溶着したもので、図2に示すように、2枚の熱溶着性プラスチックフィルム22,22の両側部E,E及び端部Fで溶着し(斜線で示されている)、袋状としたものである。小袋21の一端部は開口部23とされ、開口部23の内側には予めジッパー30が設けられている。このジッパー30は、図3に示すように、ベース部31,31と凹部32と凸部33をそれぞれ押出し成形にて一体的に成形した周知のものである。

前記小袋21は大袋11の上辺溶着部分Cに、図4に示すように、大袋11のプラスチックフィルム12,12の間に挿入して一端が突出した状態で一体的に溶着される。この溶着時にフィルム22の外面とフィルム12の内面とが溶着する。そして、フィルム22の内面が溶着されないように、フィルム22の内面には溶着阻害処理が施されている。溶着阻害処理は溶着阻害層24,24(図2参照)を設けることで容易に行うことができる。溶着阻害層24は種々の材料を使用できるが、例えば、耐熱インクをグラビア印刷して形成することが好ましい。

溶着阻害処理の他の例としては、小袋21をラミネートフィルムや2層共押出フィルムで構成してもよい。外側を熱溶着温度の低いフィルム(例えば、ポリエチレンフィルム)、内側を熱溶着温度の高いフィルム(例えば、ポリプロピレンフィルム)とし、小袋21の溶着部E,Fは内側フィルムが溶着する高い温度で溶着し、大袋11の溶着部A,B,C,Dは低い温度で溶着する。このような処理にて内面が溶着されない小袋21を得ることができる。また、小袋21を大袋11に溶着するとき、小袋21のフィルム22間に溶着阻害のための非溶着片(例えば、薄い鉄板又はプラスチック板)を挿入してもよい。特に、前記ジッパー30のベース部31を延設して溶着阻害フィルムとして使用することもできる。

以上の構成からなる袋10は、例えば、粉状物、ゲル状物、粘状物、油類、合成糊、インク、ペンキ等の流状物の収容袋として使用される。この袋10は製袋メーカーからは下辺部Dが未溶着の状態で出荷され、流状物が充填された後に下辺部Dが溶着される。製袋工程においては、予め小袋21を製作しておき、大袋11を構成する原反フィルム間に該小袋21を挿入、溶着する工程を付加するのみで、既設の製袋設備をそのまま使用することができる。

使用者が収容されている流状物を取り出す際には、まず、図4に示した状態の小袋21のジッパー30を開け、小袋21内に指を挿入して小袋21の内面を摘んだ状態で小袋21を外部に引き出す。このとき、小袋21は裏返した状態で、ジッパー30を突き抜けて引き出される(図5参照)。また、大袋11を押圧して内圧によって小袋21を外部に押し出すこともできる。

次に、図5に示す一点鎖線Gで小袋21の突出した先端部分をカットして取出し用開口26を形成する(図6参照)。大袋11内の流状物はこの開口26から取り出すことができる。

流状物を必要量取り出せば、図7に示すように、開口26を適宜クリップ27で閉鎖し、このクリップ27を大袋11内に押し込み、ジッパー30を閉じておく(図8参照)。

以上説明したように、小袋21を裏返して筒状に引き出してあるいは押し出して流状物を取り出す際、流状物がジッパー30に接触することはない。従って、ジッパー30が流状物によって目詰まりするおそれはない。

なお、小袋21は図2(A)に示したように、3辺を溶着したものを使用したが、1枚のフィルムを溶着部Fで折り返したもの、あるいは開口部23で折り返したものであってもよい。フィルムを開口部23で折り返して小袋21を形成した場合は、使用時には開口部23を一点鎖線G(図2(A)参照)でカットする必要がある。また、図2(A)に示した小袋21にあっても開口部23が予め溶着されている場合もあり、この場合にも開口部23は使用時にカットされることになる。

なお、本発明に係るプラスチック製袋は、前記実施形態に限定するものではなく、その要旨の範囲内で種々に変更することができる。
