Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plastic bag, and more particularly to a plastic bag provided with a nozzle-like sachet with a zipper.
[0002]
BACKGROUND AND PROBLEMS OF THE INVENTION
Various types of plastic bags are provided in which a zipper comprising a pair of concave and convex portions is provided at the opening so that the opening can be reliably closed. This type of bag is filled with a variety of items, but it can be used to re-seal fluids (powder, gel, sticky, oil, synthetic glue, ink, paint, etc.). Is preferably a plastic bag with a zipper.
[0003]
However, it is difficult to reliably weld the zipper over the entire width of the opening on one side of the plastic large bag, because even if the zipper can be welded, the entire side opens. It is inconvenient to take out the fluid. In addition, there is a problem that the flow material is clogged in the zipper.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it easy to take out the flow material even if it is a large plastic bag, to re-seal it easily, and to prevent the zipper from clogging with the flow material. To provide a bag.
[0005]
Configuration, operation and effect of the invention
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a large bag for containing a flow material formed by welding a plastic film, one end portion being an opening portion, and a peripheral portion other than the opening portion being welded or folded. A sachet made of a closed plastic film , wherein the sachet is inserted and welded between the plastic films on one side of the large bag with the opening protruding from the one side. In addition, a zipper composed of a concave portion and a convex portion is provided inside the vicinity of the opening , and the inner surface of the plastic film of the pouch is subjected to a welding inhibition process.
[0006]
In the plastic bag according to the present invention having the above-described configuration, first, a small bag inserted and welded into a film welded portion of the large bag is turned over and protruded to the outside of the large bag. Press the large bag from the outside and push out the small bag by internal pressure, or insert the finger inside the small bag and pick it out. Thus, the substantially cylindrical (nozzle-shaped) take-out port is formed by cutting the tip portion of the small bag protruding outside the large bag. The flow material previously stored in the large bag is taken out from the outlet, and the zipper provided inside the small bag is hidden in the drawn film and does not touch the flow material that is taken out, and the zipper is visible. There is no clogging.
[0007]
After taking out the required amount of fluid, the takeout port is closed with a clip or the like and pushed into the large bag again, and the zipper of the small bag is closed, and the large bag can be kept sealed.
[0008]
Moreover, a small bag can be made into a tapered funnel shape, and a small opening can be obtained. Therefore, it is possible to drink a beverage using a small opening like a straw, and the sachet is housed in the large sachet and is clean.
[0009]
As described above, it is difficult to securely attach the zipper to the plastic large bag. However, the large bag making equipment without the zipper is installed in most plastic bag making manufacturers. In addition, sachets provided with zippers are widely used, and there are many bag making manufacturers who install the bag making equipment. The present invention is a combination of a large bag without a zipper and a small bag with a zipper, and can be easily mass-produced by combining existing bag making equipment.
[0010]
Further, the sachet is welded to the large sachet, but since the inner surface thereof is subjected to a welding inhibition process, the inner surface of the sachet is not welded and the sachet can hold the nozzle shape.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of a plastic bag according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
FIG. 1 shows a plastic bag 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The bag 10 includes a large bag 11 and a nozzle-shaped small bag 21 each made of a plastic film. The large bag 11 is formed as a conventionally known welding bag. One sheet of original film is folded into two sheets, or two sheets of original film are overlapped, and the four sides are welded (see FIG. (A, B, C, D portions indicated by diagonal lines 1). The lower side portion D is welded after the large bag 11 is filled with a fluid.
[0013]
The sachet 21 is inserted and welded between the films of the upper side welded portion C of the sachet 11, and as shown in FIG. 2, at both sides E, E and end F of the two heat-weldable plastic films 22,22. It is welded (indicated by hatching) and is in the form of a bag. One end of the pouch 21 is an opening 23, and a zipper 30 is provided in advance inside the opening 23. As shown in FIG. 3, the zipper 30 is a well-known one in which base portions 31, 31, a concave portion 32, and a convex portion 33 are integrally formed by extrusion molding.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, the small bag 21 is integrally welded to the upper side welding portion C of the large bag 11 between the plastic films 12 and 12 of the large bag 11 with one end protruding. At the time of this welding, the outer surface of the film 22 and the inner surface of the film 12 are welded. The inner surface of the film 22 is subjected to a welding inhibition process so that the inner surface of the film 22 is not welded. The welding inhibition process can be easily performed by providing the welding inhibition layers 24 and 24 (see FIG. 2). Although various materials can be used for the welding inhibition layer 24, for example, it is preferable to form the heat-resistant ink by gravure printing.
[0015]
As another example of the welding inhibition process, the sachet 21 may be composed of a laminate film or a two-layer coextruded film. The outer side is a film with a low thermal welding temperature (for example, a polyethylene film), the inner side is a film with a high thermal welding temperature (for example, a polypropylene film), and the welded portions E and F of the pouch 21 are welded at a high temperature at which the inner film is welded. The welded portions A, B, C, and D of the large bag 11 are welded at a low temperature. By such a process, the sachet 21 whose inner surface is not welded can be obtained. Further, when the small bag 21 is welded to the large bag 11, a non-welding piece (for example, a thin iron plate or plastic plate) for inhibiting welding may be inserted between the films 22 of the small bag 21. In particular, the base part 31 of the zipper 30 can be extended and used as a welding inhibition film.
[0016]
The bag 10 having the above configuration is used, for example, as a storage bag for fluids such as powders, gels, stickies, oils, synthetic glues, inks and paints. The bag 10 is shipped from the bag making manufacturer with the lower side D not welded, and the lower side D is welded after the fluid is filled. In the bag making process, the existing bag making equipment can be used as it is by simply manufacturing the sachet 21 in advance and adding the step of inserting and welding the sachet 21 between the raw films constituting the large bag 11. Can do.
[0017]
When the user removes the fluid contained therein, first, the zipper 30 of the sachet 21 in the state shown in FIG. 4 is opened, the finger is inserted into the sachet 21 and the inner surface of the sachet 21 is picked. Withdraw the pouch 21 to the outside. At this time, the pouch 21 is pulled out through the zipper 30 while being turned upside down (see FIG. 5). Moreover, the large bag 11 can be pressed and the small bag 21 can also be extruded outside with an internal pressure.
[0018]
Next, the protruding tip portion of the pouch 21 is cut along the alternate long and short dash line G shown in FIG. 5 to form an extraction opening 26 (see FIG. 6). The fluid in the large bag 11 can be taken out from the opening 26.
[0019]
When the necessary amount of fluid is taken out, as shown in FIG. 7, the opening 26 is appropriately closed with a clip 27, the clip 27 is pushed into the large bag 11, and the zipper 30 is closed (see FIG. 8).
[0020]
As described above, when the pouch 21 is turned upside down and pulled out into a cylindrical shape or pushed out to take out the fluid, the fluid does not come into contact with the zipper 30. Therefore, there is no possibility that the zipper 30 is clogged with the flow material.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 2 (A), the sachet 21 was welded on three sides. However, the sachet 21 was folded at the welded portion F or folded at the opening 23. May be. When the film is folded at the opening 23 to form the sachet 21, the opening 23 needs to be cut along the alternate long and short dash line G (see FIG. 2A) at the time of use. Further, even in the sachet 21 shown in FIG. 2 (A), the opening 23 may be welded in advance, and in this case, the opening 23 is cut during use.
[0022]
(Other embodiments)
In addition, the plastic bag which concerns on this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It can change variously within the range of the summary.
[0023]
In particular, the detailed configuration and manufacturing process of the large bag and the small bag are arbitrary, and the position for attaching the small bag is also arbitrary. Moreover, a zipper can use a thing of various structures, You may use what improved airtightness more.
