【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、トイレタリー、洗剤、食品及び薬品などの容器又は詰替用容器として使用する口栓付パウチに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、環境保全や省資源の立場から、詰め替え容器などとして、周辺にシール部を形成する単層又は多層の合成樹脂フィルムからなる角状のパウチが広く使用されているが、これらのパウチには、使用時の便宜性を向上するため、注出口に工夫を凝らしたものがある。例えば、特開平５−１３２０６９号公報に記載されたパウチの角部のシール部に外側を封止した注出流路を設け、この注出流路に注出性を改善する小管を挿入したものや、特開平９−２４９５６号公報に記載されたパウチのシール部に設けられた突起状注出口部に半硬質ないし硬質パイプを埋設したものがある。また、実公昭５３−１５６５９号公報に記載された薄肉鱗片状で横断面がほぼ舟形の取付部に注出用口頸部を立設する口栓を取り付けたパウチがなどが知られていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述の特開平５−１３２０６９号公報のパウチは、開封するときに、鋏などの開封器具を必要とし、また、特開平９−２４９５６号公報のパウチには、再封止手段が考慮されていなかった。そして、実公昭５３−１５６５９号公報のパウチは、口栓の比較的に幅広の取付部にパウチを熱融着することや、口栓が比較的に大きくて構造が複雑なインジェクション成形品であるため、高価な製作費用を必要とした。

本発明は、上述の従来の注出口付パウチの問題を解決するものであり、開栓が器具を用いずに指で容易にでき、再封止手段をもち、比較的に安価な口栓付パウチを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の第１の発明は、図１に示すように、周辺にシール部（１２０）を形成し、このシール部に注出口部（１１０）をもち合成樹脂フィルムからなる角状のパウチ（１００）であって、前記注出口部（１１０）に、両側に栓突起（２２１，２２２）をもつ先端部（２２０）が薄肉脆弱部（２０１）を介して管状本体部（２１０）に接続する口栓（２００）を、前記管状本体部（２１０）を貫通させた状態で、図４に示すように、前記シール部の合成樹脂フィルム（１０１と１０２）に外周面を熱融着させて固設し、パウチの口栓の先端部の両側のいずれかの栓突起が、口栓の先端部を分離後、パウチの注出口部の管状本体部に、挿着可能に設けられ再封止することができることを特徴とする口栓付パウチ。

【作用】
本発明の口栓付パウチは、シール部に形成された注出口部に、口栓が管状本体部をパウチ内に貫通させた状態で取り付けられ、この管状本体部の外側の先端に、両側に栓突起をもつ先端部が薄肉脆弱部を介して接続している。このため、パウチを開封するときに、先端部を両側の栓突起を利用しながら、指で先端部を捻じるように回転させると、薄肉脆弱部が切断されて、先端部が管状本体部から分離し、パウチを容易に開封することができる。

また、本発明の口栓付パウチは、開封したのちに、必要に応じては、パウチから分離した口栓の先端部を、パウチの注出口部の管状本体部に、側面に設けられているどちらかの栓突起を挿着させることにより、パウチを再封止することができる。

また、本発明の口栓付パウチの口栓は、小さくて構造が簡単であるため、製造費用が比較的に安価であり、また、パウチへの取り付けが容易となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の口栓付パウチは、周辺にシール部を形成し、このシール部の所定位置に注出口部を設けた単層又は積層の合成樹脂フィルムからなる角状のパウチと、片側の先端を封止した管状の一部品からなる口栓とで構成されるものである。パウチは、自立性のない袋状のものでも、底部が開いて自立性をもつ容器状のものでもよく、合成樹脂フィルムとしては、通常、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体を基材とし、これらの基材に低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリプロピレンなどのオレフィン系のシーラントを積層した積層フィルムを用いる。また、口栓は、ポリエチレンなど熱可塑性樹脂を用いて射出成形法やブロー成形法で作製し、出来るだけ薄肉で安価なものが好ましい。

本発明の一実施形態の口栓付パウチ（１０）の構造は、図１に示すように、パウチ（１００）の周辺に形成されるシール部（１２０）に設けられた注出口部（１１０）に、両側に栓突起（２２１，２２２）をもつ先端部（２２０）が薄肉脆弱部（２３０）を介して管状本体部（２１０）に接続する口栓（２００）を、管状本体部（２１０）を貫通させた状態で、図４に示すように、シール部の合成樹脂フィルム（１０１と１０２）に外周面を熱融着させて固設するものである。

本発明の口栓付パウチの製造方法は、パウチの表面又は裏面を形成する合成樹脂フィルムの少なくとも一方の注出口部位置に凹部を形成し、この凹部に口栓の管状本体部を載置
する。このとき、パウチに凹部があるため、口栓を載置し易く、また、口栓の先端部の両側には栓突起が設けられているため、口栓が転がることがなく、パウチの定位置に口栓を載置し易い。次に、重合させた表裏の合成樹脂フィルムのパウチの周辺位置に、図３に示すように、内容物を充填するための上方の未シール部（１３０）を除いて熱融着によるシール部（１２０）を形成し、同時に、口栓（２００）を注出口部（１１０）位置に固設して本発明の口栓付パウチ（１０）を作製する。

次に、上述の作製した口栓付パウチに、内容物を上方の未シール部から充填したのち、この未シール部を熱融着して封止する。そして、内容物を注出するときには、口栓の先端部を指で捻じるように回転させ、先端部と管状本体とを接続する薄肉脆弱部を切断し、図２に示すように、先端部（２２０）を口栓の管状本体部（２１０）から分離して、パウチ（１００）を開封する。分離して他所に置かれた口栓の先端部（２２０）は、両側に栓突起（２２１，２２２）が設けられているため、転がることがない。

そして、内容物を注出したのち、残存する内容物を保管するために、必要に応じて、パウチから分離した口栓の先端部の両側に設けられた栓突起を、パウチの注出口部に貫設された口栓の管状本体部に挿着して、パウチを再封止することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の口栓付パウチは、開封するときに、注出口部に取り付けられている口栓の両側に栓突起をもつ先端部を、指で捻じるように回転させることにより、容易にパウチを開封することができ、開封のために鋏やナイフなどの器具を必要としない。

また、注出後に残存する内容物を保管する必要のあるときには、開封のために分離した口栓の両側に設けられている栓突起によって、パウチの注出口を再封止することができる。

また、本発明の口栓付パウチの口栓は、小さくて構造が簡単であり、しかも一部品であるため、製造費用が比較的に安価である。また、パウチへの取り付けも容易である。
