Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a nozzle section to be easily opened in a wide form, held in a stable manner and to enable the contents of high viscosity to be positively spouted up to the last point by a method wherein a mountain-shaped folding line and a valley- shaped folding line are arranged in this sequence from an inside of a packing bag toward a nozzle section formed while a plastic film being heat sealed. SOLUTION: A packing bag 1 is made such that its upper part is applied as a filling port 2, its upper corner part is provided with a nozzle part 3 and at the same time the extremity end of it is provided with an easy-opening processed section 4. Then, a V-shaped mountain-shaped folding line 5 and a truncated chevron-shaped valley folding line 6 are arranged in this order and directed toward a root section of the nozzle part 3 and the inside part of the packing bag 1 from a location near the root section. In the case that the contents of the packing bag 1 are spouted, an easy-opening processed section 4 is opened, thereafter the packing bag 1 is set up-side down. Then, the mountain-shaped folding line 5 is deformed under a state in which its width is made narrow and projected outwardly, and at the same time the valley- folding line 6 is deformed to be projected inwardly, resulting in that the nozzle section 3 is pushed wide in an outward direction to open and this opened state is stably held.

[0010] The packaging bag of the invention described in claims 1 to 8 of the present application (hereinafter referred to as "first invention") has a mountain fold line (packing) extending from the base of the nozzle portion or the vicinity thereof to the inside of the packaging bag. A fold line that is convex toward the outside of the bag and a valley fold line (a fold line that is convex toward the inside of the package) are arranged in the order of a mountain fold line and a valley fold line from the inside of the package toward the nozzle. However, the mountain fold line and the valley fold line are provided on at least one surface, preferably both surfaces, of the nozzle portion. By providing the mountain fold line and the valley fold line, when the packaging bag is opened, the outward bias of the mountain fold line and the inward bias of the valley fold line work, so that the center of the nozzle portion is outward. The nozzle protrudes, the width of the nozzle is reduced by approaching both sides of the nozzle, and the center of the nozzle is expanded. The nozzle is opened only by this opening operation, and the opened state is maintained after the opening.

That is, by providing the mountain fold line and the valley fold line, when the packaging bag is opened and the contents are poured out,
Depending on the pressing force on the packaging bag and the weight of the contents in the packaging bag,
Outward deformation and distortion occur near the base of the nozzle of the packaging bag. And deformation near the base of the nozzle of the packaging bag,
The acting force due to the distortion sequentially acts on the mountain fold line and the valley fold line, and the mountain fold line protrudes to the outside of the packaging bag in a state where the width is narrow, while the valley fold line is inward in a state where the width is narrow. Protruding into
Since the acting force concentrates on the nozzle part, the nozzle part is inverted and protrudes outward, it is easily pushed outward and opened, and the open state is maintained without closing, and stable pouring is performed. State can be maintained. (See Fig. 4)

In the packaging bag according to the first aspect of the present invention, an auxiliary valley fold line is provided on an extension of the central mountain fold line in a region defined by the mountain fold line and the valley fold line, so that the package bag can be formed into a package bag. The pressing force and the acting force due to the self-weight of the contents in the packaging bag are efficiently transmitted from the mountain fold line to the valley fold line, and the valley fold line is securely folded, making it easier to push and spread the nozzle portion. can do. This auxiliary valley fold line is usually formed so as to be continuous with the central ridge fold line on an extension of the central ridge fold line, but may be formed discontinuously with the central fold line. Further, the auxiliary valley fold line may be configured to be in contact with the adjacent mountain fold line and the valley fold line, or may be configured not to be in contact. In order to sharpen the pushing and spreading of the nozzle portion, it is preferable to form the auxiliary valley fold line so as to be continuous with the central mountain fold line and to be in contact with the valley fold line but not to be in contact with the mountain fold line inside the packaging bag. .

FIG. 7 is a partially enlarged view showing a fourth embodiment of the packaging bag of the first invention of the present application, and shows a state where the nozzle portion (3) is opened. The basic configuration of the packaging bag (1) is the same as the packaging bag of each of the above embodiments, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. In this example, a V-shaped valley fold line (6) and a U-shaped fold line are formed from the base portion (14) of the nozzle portion (3) toward the inside of the packaging bag (1), that is, downward. A mountain fold line (5) is provided. The valley fold line (6) and the mountain fold line (5) are provided so as to be in contact with each other at the base portion (14) of the nozzle portion (3). Further, all of the central mountain fold lines (7) formed of three straight lines provided in the nozzle portion (3) are formed so as to be in contact with the V-shaped valley fold line (6). In a region defined by the V-shaped valley fold line (6) and the U-shaped ridge fold line (5), an auxiliary valley fold line ( 16) is provided so as not to contact the U-shaped mountain fold line (5). Further, from both side ends of the mountain fold line (5), inward second mountain fold lines (15) are formed. In this packaging bag, when the contents are poured out by opening the nozzle portion (3), the internal pressure in the bag increases due to the pressing force and the weight of the contents, and the mountain fold line (5)
The neighborhood rises from the inside of the bag, and the second from the mountain fold line (5)
The area extending to the mountain fold line (15) is the second mountain fold line (1).
5), the region from the second mountain fold line (15) to the valley fold line (6) is depressed in the opposite direction, and the second mountain fold line ( 15) The area is reversed and protrudes outward. At this time,
The auxiliary valley fold line (16) rises from the mountain fold line (5) to the second mountain fold line (15), and rises to the second mountain fold line (1).
5) Since the valley fold line (6) is inclined deeply from the vicinity to the valley fold line (6), and the valley fold line (6) also forms a deep valley, the valley fold is maintained even when the contents are poured out and the internal pressure decreases. Further, in the vicinity of the protruding second mountain fold line (15), even if the contents are poured and the internal pressure is reduced, the protruding portion is kept outward, so that the opening state of the nozzle portion (3) is not changed. It is kept. Therefore,
As with the packaging bags of the above embodiments, this packaging bag can stably and quickly pour out even contents having high viscosity.
