Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a packaging bag with a dispensing function provided with a nozzle part for taking out contents such as seasonings, cosmetics, and detergents, and more particularly to a packaging bag with a dispensing function for taking out highly viscous contents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
After purchase, packaging bags used for seasonings, cosmetics, detergents, etc. that can be refilled in plastic bottles, glass bottles, or other containers can be easily taken out and can be removed while maintaining a stable flow to the end. Is required. As such a packaging bag, a packaging bag (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-129683) in which a crease line is provided in an opening has been proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the packaging bag provided with a crease line at the opening described above can be easily opened by the crease line when a pressing force is applied to the packaging bag when taking out the contents after opening. There are problems that the opening state is not stable and the opening state after opening cannot be maintained. Furthermore, if the pressing force on the packaging bag is weakened or stopped, there is a problem that the opening becomes narrow or closes and it becomes difficult to pour out the contents.
[0004]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to open the nozzle part of the packaging bag and pour out the contents, so that the nozzle part is easily opened while stabilizing the opening state, and the opening state is maintained after the opening. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging bag that is capable of reliably and stably dispensing the contents to the end, and that is particularly suitable for dispensing high-viscosity contents.

A packaging bag with a pouring function, characterized by a mountain fold line facing inward.
In the present invention, the mountain fold line means a convex fold line toward the outside of the packaging bag, and the valley fold line means a convex fold line toward the inside of the packaging bag.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
There is no restriction | limiting in particular as a material of the plastic film used for the packaging bag of this invention.
Examples of plastic materials suitable for constituting the plastic film include crystalline polypropylene, crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer, crystalline polybutene-1, crystalline poly-4-methylpentene-1, low-, medium-, Or polyolefins such as high density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), ion-crosslinked olefin copolymer (ionomer); polystyrene, styrene-butadiene copolymer Aromatic vinyl copolymers such as polyvinyl chloride, vinyl halide polymers such as vinylidene chloride resin; nitrile polymers such as acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer; nylon 6, nylon 66 , Para or metaxylylene adipa Such polyamides de, polyethylene terephthalate, polyesters polytetramethylene terephthalate; various polycarbonates; may be mentioned thermoplastic resins such as polyacetal such as polyoxymethylene or the like.
Plastic films made of these materials are used after being unstretched, uniaxially stretched, or biaxially stretched.
[0007]
The plastic film used for the packaging bag of the present invention can be constituted by a single layer of these plastic films, or by laminating two or more kinds, and one kind or two or more kinds of these plastic films. Further, a metal foil such as aluminum, paper, cellophane, or the like can be bonded together.
As a preferable plastic film, for example, a stretched nylon film as an outer layer, a two-layer structure having a polyolefin film such as low density polyethylene and polypropylene as an inner layer, a stretched polyester film as an outer layer, and a two-layer structure having a polyolefin film as an inner layer, and Among these, a film having a three-layer structure in which a metal foil such as aluminum is laminated between outer layer films, and the like are included. In the production of these laminated films, an adhesive and an anchor agent are interposed between the respective layers as necessary. You can also.
[0008]
And the layer structure of the said plastic film is selected according to the property of the content with which a packaging bag is filled, for example, when low cost is requested | required like the packaging bag for refill detergents, it is a two-layer structure. When a laminated film is used and storage stability is required like a seasoning packaging bag, a laminated film having a three-layer structure or more including an aluminum foil may be used.
[0009]
Moreover, in the packaging bag of this invention, although a nozzle part is provided above a packaging bag, it is preferable to provide this nozzle part in the upper corner part of a packaging bag, as shown in FIG. You may make it provide in a part. What is necessary is just to set the shape and dimension of this nozzle part suitably according to the property of the content to pour out, and the dimension of a packaging bag.
[0010]
The packaging bag of the invention described in claims 1 to 3 of the present application (hereinafter referred to as the “first invention”) has a central mountain fold line at the center of the nozzle portion and extending inward of the packaging bag beyond the nozzle portion. And a fold-inclined line from the upper end of the central mountain fold line and a fold-inclined line from the lower end of the central mountain fold line are provided so as to be directed toward the side end portion of the nozzle portion. The central mountain fold line, the mountain fold inclination line, and the fold inclination line are provided on at least one side, preferably both sides, of the nozzle portion.
[0011]
By providing the central mountain fold line, the mountain fold slope line, and the fold slope line, when the packaging bag is opened and the contents are poured out, the pressing force on the packaging bag and the weight of the contents in the packaging bag Due to this, outward deformation and distortion occur near the nozzle part of the packaging bag due to this, but the action force of this deformation or distortion acts on the fold inclination line, the central mountain fold line, and the mountain fold inclination line in sequence. The nozzle portion is easily and instantly expanded by concentrating on the nozzle, and the contents can be easily and reliably taken out while preventing bending.
In particular, due to the angle of the mountain fold on the tip side of the nozzle part, the opening becomes even narrower and easily expands greatly, the opening state is stable, the opening state is maintained without being blocked, and stable. The dispensing state can be maintained.
[0012]
Further, in the packaging bag of the first invention of the present application, when the folding inclination line provided at the lower end of the central mountain fold line is a mountain fold inclination line, the above deformation or distortion acts directly on the central mountain fold line. It works, narrows the width of the nozzle part and pushes it out instantly, and it is easy and reliable to take out the contents while preventing bending.
Further, in the packaging bag of the first invention of the present application, when the folding slope line provided at the lower end of the central mountain folding line is a valley folding slope line, the valley folding slope line protrudes inward of the packaging bag, and the nozzle portion The wrapping material is inverted, the central mountain fold line protrudes outward, the width of the nozzle portion is narrowed and expanded instantly, and the contents can be easily and reliably removed while preventing bending.
The packaging bag of the first invention of the present application is not bulky when stacked and transported or stored, can prevent collapse of the load, and does not require extra space.
[0013]
The packaging bag of the invention described in claim 4 of the present application (hereinafter referred to as “second invention”) is provided with a bulging portion at the center of the nozzle portion, and the base portion of the nozzle portion is located closer to the inner side of the bulging portion than the packaging bag. Or the mountain fold line which goes inward of a packaging bag from the vicinity is provided, but this bulge part and mountain fold line are provided in the single side | surface of a nozzle part, Preferably both surfaces are provided.
By providing this bulge and mountain fold line, when unpacking the contents after unpacking the packaging bag, the pressure on the packaging bag and the root of the nozzle portion of the packaging bag due to the weight of the contents in the packaging bag An outward deformation or distortion occurs in the vicinity of the part. Due to this deformation or strain acting force, the mountain fold line protrudes outward from the packaging bag, the base of the bulge part protrudes inward, the packaging material of the bulge part inverts and protrudes outward and further expands. Since the bulging part is more easily and greatly expanded while preventing bending, the opening state is stabilized, the opening state can be maintained without being blocked, and the stable dispensing state can be maintained. The contents can be easily and reliably poured out.
[0014]
In order to provide the central mountain fold line, the mountain fold inclination line, and the fold inclination line of the packaging bag of the first invention, and the bulging portion and the mountain folding line of the packaging bag of the second invention, all constitute a packaging bag. The plastic film is preferably formed by stamping a heater or high-frequency heated jig, but it may be formed by heating the plastic film before bag making and stamping a jig having a desired shape.
And these fold lines may be constituted by continuous lines or may be constituted by discontinuous lines, but they are continuous in order to easily and reliably expand the nozzle part of the packaging bag. It is preferable to use a line.
[0015]
Furthermore, an easy-opening processing part can be provided in the nozzle part of the packaging bag of the first and second inventions in order to facilitate the opening of the packaging bag. Examples of such easy-open processing parts include I-type and V-type notches formed in the nozzle part, perforations and scores crossing the nozzle part, and other thinning processing parts. Laser machining, machining with a cutter, a grindstone, etc., and electric discharge machining such as corona discharge and plasma discharge can be mentioned.
In addition, the shape of the packaging bag of the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a three-side seal, a four-side seal flat bag, and a standing pouch.
[0016]
Next, although the packaging bag of this invention is demonstrated in detail based on drawing, these specific examples do not limit the content of this application.
FIG. 1 is a partially enlarged view showing an example of the packaging bag of the first invention of the present application, showing a state where the nozzle portion (3) is opened, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. .
As shown in FIG. 1, a central mountain fold line (17) is provided at the center of the nozzle part (3) of the packaging bag (11) so as to extend inward of the packaging bag beyond the nozzle part (3). In addition, the mountain fold inclination line (12) from the upper end of the central mountain fold line (17) and the fold inclination line (13) from the lower end of the central mountain fold line (17) form an acute angle, respectively, and the nozzle portion (3) It is provided toward the side end of the. Then, by providing the mountain fold inclination line (12), the opened nozzle portion (3) and the vicinity of the dispensing tip end portion are expanded as indicated by arrows in FIG. (3) and the vicinity of the opening can be expanded.
In addition, you may provide the said mountain fold inclination line (12) and fold inclination line (13) toward the root side edge part of a nozzle part (3), respectively.
[0017]
In dispensing the contents using the packaging bag (11), the packaging bag (11) is turned upside down, and the nozzle part (3) of the packaging bag (11) is placed in another refill container such as a plastic bottle. Insert and pour out the contents. At this time, deformation and distortion occur in the vicinity of the root portion of the nozzle portion (3) due to the pressing force to the packaging bag (11) and the weight of the contents. The acting force of the deformation and distortion acts on the fold inclination line (13), the central mountain fold line (17), and the mountain fold inclination line (12) in sequence, and concentrates on the nozzle section (3). It is possible to easily and surely take out the contents by instantly expanding the.
The folding slope line (13) from the lower end of the central mountain fold line (17) toward the vicinity of the root side end of the nozzle portion (3) may be either a mountain fold or a valley fold.
[0018]
FIG. 3 is a view showing the packaging bag of the second invention of the present application, showing a state in which the nozzle portion (3) is opened, and FIG. 4 is a schematic sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG. The same components as those of the invention are denoted by the same reference numerals.
In this example, as shown in FIG. 3, a bulging portion (25) is provided in the center of the nozzle portion (3) of the packaging bag (21), and the root of the nozzle portion (3) is provided below the bulging portion (25). A mountain fold line (26) is provided from the portion toward the inside of the packaging bag (21). You may provide this mountain fold line (26) from the base part vicinity of a nozzle part (3).
When pouring out the contents when using this packaging bag (21), the packaging bag (21) is turned upside down and placed in another refill container such as a plastic bottle in the same manner as the packaging bag of the first invention described above. The nozzle part (3) of the packaging bag (21) is inserted and the contents are poured out.
At this time, deformation and distortion occur in the vicinity of the base of the nozzle portion (3) due to the pressing force on the packaging bag (21) and the weight of the contents. The acting force of the deformation or distortion is concentrated on the nozzle portion (3) provided with the bulge portion (25) via the mountain fold line (26), and the bulge portion (25) of the nozzle portion (3) is concentrated on the bulge portion (25). Further expanding, it becomes easier to take out the contents, and the opening state can be maintained.

【The invention's effect】
According to the packaging bag of the present invention, when the nozzle part of the packaging bag is opened and the contents are poured out, the nozzle part is used by utilizing deformation or distortion acting force generated near the root part of the nozzle part. It expands to form a large opening, and even high-viscosity contents can be easily poured out while preventing the nozzle from bending, ensuring a stable flow to the end, and reliably and quickly The contents can be poured out.
In addition, as the contents are poured from the packaging bag to the other refill container, the contents of the packaging bag decrease, the pressure on the packaging bag, the deformation and distortion of the contents in the package due to its own weight. In this case, the opening state of the nozzle part of the packaging bag is maintained and does not block.
Furthermore, according to 1st invention of this application, when piled up and transported or conveyed, it does not become bulky and does not need a load collapse or an extra space.
