[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a mortar-like material pattern coating method. Here, the mortar-like material means a mortar or mortar-like material using ordinary cement, polymer cement, calcium carbonate powder or the like. The surface to be painted is, for example, various interior parts such as paper board, ALC board, Hebel board, veneer, mortar, metal, block, slate, concrete, and the surface of the outer wall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Before the surface on which a conventional mortar-like material is applied does not dry, for example, an uneven surface of a synthetic resin film having a grain-like unevenness formed on one side is overlaid and dried, and then the film is removed to give a certain pattern. However, the patterning was insufficient because one kind of color was used. In addition, pattern painting using different color mortar materials has not been performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a mortar-like material patterning and coating method in which two types of mortar-like materials having different colors are used so that a pattern is more clearly displayed.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a first mortar-like material having a predetermined color is applied, and a step of forming irregularities on the surface in the case of this application or before drying, and a first color having a color different from that after drying of the first mortar-like material. A step of applying the mortar-like material 2 and polishing the surface of the second mortar-like material after drying so that the first mortar-like material is exposed or can be seen through from the high uneven portion. A mortar-like material patterning and coating method comprising a step of forming and applying a surface protective agent after forming this pattern, the step of forming irregularities on the surface of the first mortar-like material, Before the surface of the first mortar-like material is applied and the surface is dried, the surface of the synthetic resin film with the irregularities formed thereon is stacked, and the synthetic resin-made film is dried after the first mortar-like material is dried. Excluding There is provided a mortar-like material pattern out coating method characterized by forming irregularities by.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An example of the mortar-like material pattern coating method according to the present invention will be described as follows. At first, as in ordinary construction, a surface of a base material to be coated with a mixed material of a base treatment material, a polymer cement mortar material, an adhesive, and water is subscripted to the extent of a paint base. This subscript is done as needed, but it is almost done in most construction.
[0006]
Next, a first mortar-like material having a predetermined color obtained by mixing cement or calcium carbonate powder, an adhesive, an aggregate such as silica sand, a pigment or a colorant, and water into an appropriate hardness. Apply to the surface of the enclosure. In order to form unevenness on the surface of the first mortar-like material, the surface of the applied first mortar-like material does not dry, for example, there is an unevenness of the synthetic resin film in which the unevenness of woodgrain is formed on one side. Unevenness can be formed by overlapping the surfaces and removing the synthetic resin film after drying the first mortar material.
[0007]
After drying the first mortar-like material having the irregularities, an appropriate cement or color cement, an adhesive, an aggregate such as silica sand, a pigment or colorant, and water are mixed to obtain an appropriate hardness. The second mortar material having a color different from that of the first mortar material is thinly applied to a thickness of about 1 mm, for example, with a square hook. In addition, when color cement is used for the second mortar-like material, a pigment or a colorant may not be used.
[0008]
After the second mortar-like material is dried, it is polished using a sandpaper or cloth so that the surface is not damaged. In this case, the first mortar-like material is exposed or can be seen through from the high uneven portion, and the pattern comes out. A good pattern can be made by sanding more or less each different part of the surface with sandpaper or cloth as needed.
[0009]
Next, for example, a surface protective agent such as fluorine, acrylic, urethane, or silicon is applied to complete the operation. It should be noted that the pattern formed in the present invention can be various patterns depending on the purpose, such as wood grain, stucco with a large number of dotted portions, or a geometric pattern.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has an effect that it is possible to perform patterning and coating of a mortar-like material from which a desired clear pattern can be obtained with two colors.
