Conventionally, ceramic building materials that are generally used as wall materials, etc. are ricin-like, with sand-like substances mixed in the paint in addition to the design that is produced from the color of the paint used, A highly viscous paint is sprayed like rain, and the formed convex part is lightly pressed with a roll to make a stucco tone, or a base material surface is coated with a sealing agent and polished to make a smooth surface, There is a decorative plate that is coated with a paint on this surface. If these conventional examples are classified, in the case of ceramic building materials, there are decorative boards having various surface properties such as woodgrain, brick, tile, lysine, stucco, and marble, and a method for producing these. However, each one applies printing technology, one that expresses an uneven pattern by a special coating machine, or apply a film after applying paint, and smooth the film by means such as rolls or pressing. There are various manufacturing methods such as pressing to remove the film after the paint has dried to obtain a smooth surface, and efforts have been made to approach the texture of natural materials.

Also, in general, when grinding the resin surface, that is, the paint surface,
When the resin content is 100%, the heat generated during polishing causes the resin to melt and adhere between the abrasive grains of the abrasive cloth paper, causing clogging and incapable of polishing, so talc, kaolin clay, calcium carbonate, etc. are typical bones. By mixing the material in 40-70% resin, the clogging of the abrasive grains is prevented and the grindability is increased. These techniques are widely used in the base treatment process of the base material and are useful for smoothing the ceramic base material.

However, the surface texture of the conventional decorative board manufactured by the above method is limited to the range of designability imposed on the paint itself, and as a result, the surface is too orderly, so at a glance It was distinguished from natural materials and was not highly evaluated.

Therefore, the present invention focuses on the above-mentioned polishing property improving method, and as a method for improving the grindability of the coating film that determines the surface properties of the decorative plate, a natural material is used instead of the above-mentioned aggregates such as talc, kaolin clay and calcium carbonate. To fix this to the surface of the base material using sand, knead it with an acrylic emulsion to form a paint, apply it evenly on the base material and dry it, then grind and polish with a wide belt sander. The present invention provides a uniform polished surface, and the present invention provides a polishing stone material decorative plate obtained by polishing natural stone as described above and a method for producing the same.

As a polishing stone material decorative decorative plate according to the present invention, on one surface of a ceramic-based building substrate, a sand-like substance having a particle size passing through a sieve having an opening size of 1 mm to 2 mm is dispersed and contained in a resin coating, and the resin coating The surface of the layer formed by is polished to have a smooth glossy surface so that a clear layer is provided on the upper surface of the abrasive coating layer. As a first material, a paint prepared by mixing and stirring the aggregate with a resin paint in which the aggregate can be evenly dispersed is applied to one surface of the ceramic base material to form a first resin paint layer, which is dried and then the paint layer is polished. Then, a smooth glossy surface is formed, and a clear resin paint as a second resin paint layer is applied onto the abrasive paint layer.

As an example of the production method, first, 8 g / 30.3 cm square of asbestos sealer is applied to the surface of the base material 1 shown in FIG. 1 by a roll coater, impregnated and naturally dried, and then a sealer layer 2 is formed to seal the surface. Do the processing. Next, a paint containing colored aggregates made of sand-like material, which was sieved with a sieve having a mesh size of 1.4 mm (specified in JIS Z8801), was uniformly applied with a resin gun at a rate of 0.9 kg / m 2. The first resin paint layer 3 is formed by drying on a shelf for 24 hours. After drying, grind until the coating becomes flat while blowing cooling air with a wide belt sander of abrasive grain # 180, and further polish with abrasive cloth paper of # 400 to make the first resin paint layer 3 in FIG.
