凹凸面を突出させて塗着して、中塗り塗層を設
け、その中塗り塗層の外面にアクリルエマルジヨ
ン、着色顔料及び水から成る上塗り塗料を多孔質
ゴムローラーコーターを使用することによつて、
表面に前記砂粒状の細小凹凸面を有する上塗り塗
着を設けているので、基板上に均整な砂粒状の細
小凹凸面を有する上塗り塗層を効果的且つ強力に
塗着させて塗着性を良好にすることができると共
に、良好な作業性にて砂粒状の細小な凹凸面を有
する上塗り塗層を有する砂粒状凹凸塗装板を効果
的に得られることになり、頗る有用である。
