Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a surface excellent in decorativeness on an aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) by coating while retaining the rugged pattern of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin emulsion-based undercoating material is sprayed on the ALC 1 with the skin exposed and having partial rough surfaces having ruggednesses, the undercoating material is wiped with a wool roller and further wiped at right angles to the former wiping. An intermediate coating material and an overcoating material are then applied. Consequently, even when an ALC with the skin exposed to the surface and having a rugged surface is coated, any defective part due to the through-hole such as a pinhole is not formed on the finished surface, and ruggednesses are retained even after coating.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, spray painting on the surface of an ALC board includes undercoating using a spraying machine, main coating, as described in JASS23 spraying work for synthetic resin Elmageon multi-layer pattern spray finishing. It is known that the method consists of three steps: wood blowing and finishing material application, or four steps including convex part treatment after blowing the main material.

[0003] On the other hand, an ALC board is also known in which a projection material is projected onto the ALC board and the projection surface is made into a concave portion. The larger the diameter of the projection material, the rougher the surface of the ALC board is. It is known that the roughness of the rough surface increases. Since such a large-diameter projection material is projected by the so-called shot blasting method, in the present invention, the pattern is formed by exposing the background on the ALC board surface and partially having an uneven rough surface. The ALC board that is used is hereinafter referred to as a shot blast ALC board. Shot blast AL like this
Since the C board has irregularities on the exposed rough surface, the projection processed area and the non-processed area are clearly distinguished, and the pattern resembles natural stone, resulting in a product with excellent design. It has been known.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when the synthetic resin Elmajon multi-layer pattern spray finish of the JASS23 spraying work is applied to shot blast ALC boards only by spraying, the surface of the ALC board is exposed and unevenness occurs. Because of the rough surface, pinhole-like through holes are formed on the surface of the finishing coating material, which poses problems in terms of waterproofing and design. The present invention aims to eliminate such conventional disadvantages.

[0006] As the undercoat material of the present invention, a synthetic resin emulsion type, for example, an acrylic emulsion type is used, and when this undercoat material is diluted in advance, it exposes the bare surface of the ALC board surface and forms a rough surface with unevenness. This is preferable in that the pores are sufficiently filled. The proportion of dilution water is
Although it differs depending on the undercoat material used for the finishing coat, synthetic resin emulsion-based multi-layer finishing coats can be used for conventional AL with a smooth surface.
When used for C board, the dilution water of the undercoat material is 7 to 12%, whereas in the present invention, the dilution water is 13 to 20%,
Preferably, a setting of 15% brings about even better results. If the ratio of dilution water mixed and stirred with the undercoat material is small,
The undercoat material may not be sufficiently filled into the holes formed in the rough surface that exposes the surface of the C surface and has irregularities. Furthermore, if the dilution is large, there is a risk that the unevenness formed on the shot blast ALC surface will be filled in and smoothed out. For example, there is a possibility that the cross-sectional state shown in FIGS. 3, 4, etc. will occur.

[0007] The required amount of the undercoat material varies depending on the undercoat material used for the finishing coat material, but in the case of a synthetic resin emulsion-based multilayer finish coat material, the required amount for spraying on the smooth surface of the ALC board may be sufficient. The tool used for scrubbing may be a roller or a brush, and can fill the holes formed in the base with the undercoat material without exposing the base of the ALC surface and crushing the uneven surface, and can further strengthen the base of the ALC surface. Any material may be used as long as the undercoat material can be attached along the exposed rough surface having irregularities. A wool roller is generally used as the roller.

[0008] If the time between spraying and squeezing the undercoat material is delayed, the undercoat material will not stretch and fill the pores formed in the background insufficiently, and marks from the roller or brush will remain. Therefore, the sooner the better, preferably within 5 minutes. The number of times of ironing is determined so that the undercoating material can be filled into the holes formed in the surface without exposing the rough surface of the ALC surface and crushing the rough surface with unevenness, and furthermore, it can expose the surface of the ALC surface and flatten the rough surface with unevenness. As long as the undercoat material can be applied along the surface, it may be applied as many times in one direction as possible, but it is preferable to apply it in two orthogonal directions to erase the marks from the tools used for ironing.

[0009] If a material other than a synthetic resin emulsion type is used as the undercoat material, the effects of the present invention cannot be obtained. For example, with cement-based undercoat materials, waterproofing is ensured by spraying a thick layer onto the surface of the ALC board using a spraying machine, so the undercoat material may not be sufficiently filled into the holes formed in the surface of the ALC board. On the other hand, there is a drawback that the rough surface having irregularities is crushed by exposing the background of the ALC surface.

The finishing coating material used in the examples is an acrylic emulsion finishing coating material. 1. Undercoating process: Use an acrylic emulsion as the undercoat material, mix and stir 15% diluted water with the undercoat material, and apply the mixture to a diameter of 6 mm.
1. At an air pressure of 5 kg/m2 using a reshin gun.
Immediately after spraying an amount of 4 kg/m2 onto the surface of the Shotplast ALC board shown in Figure 2, which has a rough surface with unevenness with the bare skin exposed, use a roller to stroke the sprayed surface once, almost perpendicular to the stroke. I squeezed her further in the direction. 2. Intermediate coating process The intermediate coating process was performed in the same manner as for the smooth surface of the ALC board.

That is, an acrylic emulsion system is used as the topcoat material, and 20% dilution water is mixed and stirred with the topcoat material, and the mixture is sprayed with an air pressure of 130Kg/m2 using an airless spraying machine at an air pressure of 0.4Kg/m2. The same amount was applied twice on top of the intermediate coating material, which had been embossed with a yuzu skin pattern. The product obtained in this example has excellent waterproof performance. After applying the ink to the surface of the product, the product was cut and the penetration status of the ink was checked, and no penetration was observed. However, on the items that were not rubbed, the ink penetrated through air bubbles formed on the skin. Additionally, the product obtained in this example had no exposed air bubbles or pockmarks on the panel surface.
The design is also excellent because the unevenness is clear.

Effects of the Invention: The target ALC board has pockmarks on the surface due to the shot blasting method, but according to the present invention, in the painting and undercoating process of the shot blast ALC board, diluted synthetic resin emulsion is applied to the surface of the ALC board. The synthetic resin emulsion base coat is sprayed and then rubbed with a wool roller or brush to fill the air bubbles formed on the skin with the synthetic resin emulsion base coat, and the shot blasting method is used to remove pockmarks and rough surfaces exposed on the surface. It is possible to eliminate defects such as through holes that extend from the finish to the surface of the finish coating material, and eliminate problems in terms of waterproofing and design. At the same time, it is possible to make the unevenness formed on the surface of the shot blast ALC board remain even after painting, without impairing the excellent design of the shot blast ALC board.
