Claims (3)
- 流体の通過が可能な円筒形の外管内に外管内を直径方向に横切る板状の混合エレメント多数枚を直列に配列し、かつ隣接する混合エレメントが互いに交差するように連結してなるスタティックミキサーにおける上記混合エレメントの表裏両面に金属酸化物からなる光触媒層を形成し、この表裏両面の光触媒層に対して外管の外側または内側から紫外線を照射するようにした流体の浄化装置において、上記の混合エレメントが平板を右捻子方向または左捻子方向に180度捻った形状に形成され、右捻子方向に180度捻った形状の混合エレメントと左捻子方向に180度捻った形状の混合エレメントとが90度の交差角度で交互に配設されており、上記の光触媒層に対する紫外線の照射が光透過性の外管の外側に配置された紫外光源と、該紫外光源を囲むように配置され、該紫外光源の光を受けて上記の外管に向けて反射する反射板とで行なわれることを特徴とする流体の浄化装置。
- 流体の通過が可能な円筒形の外管内に外管内を直径方向に横切る板状の混合エレメント多数枚を直列に配列し、かつ隣接する混合エレメントが互いに交差するように連結してなるスタティックミキサーにおける上記混合エレメントの表裏両面に金属酸化物からなる光触媒層を形成し、この表裏両面の光触媒層に対して外管の外側または内側から紫外線を照射するようにした流体の浄化装置において、上記の混合エレメントが平板を右捻子方向または左捻子方向に180度捻った形状に形成され、右捻子方向に180度捻った形状の混合エレメントと左捻子方向に180度捻った形状の混合エレメントとが90度の交差角度で交互に配設されており、上記の光触媒層に対する紫外線の照射が外管内面における各混合エレメントの表面および裏面と対向する部分に配置された紫外光源と、光反射性の外管内面とにより行なわれることを特徴とする流体の浄化装置。
- 混合エレメントが多孔板または網板からなる請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の流体の浄化装置。
