前記所定の薄肉部は、前記ベーン溝の壁の、前記シリンダと前記ローラと前記ベーンとに囲まれて形成されるより低圧になりやすい作動室の側の、前記ベーン溝と前記作動室とで形成されたエッジ部に、前記ベーン溝と前記シリンダに形成された所定の切欠きとにより形成されており、
前記所定の切欠きは、作動流体を吸入するための開口部で兼ねられている、ロータリ圧縮機である。

Claims (3)
- 密閉容器の内部に配置されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダに接しながら回転運動するローラと、
前記シリンダに形成されたベーン溝と、
前記ベーン溝に設置された、前記ローラにその先端を接しながら前記ベーン溝を往復運動するベーンと、を備え、
前記ベーンが往復運動する際に前記ベーンと接する、前記ベーン溝の壁の少なくとも一部は、所定の弾性を有し、
前記弾性は、あらかじめ形成された所定の薄肉部によって生じ、
前記所定の薄肉部は、前記ベーン溝の壁の、前記シリンダと前記ローラと前記ベーンとに囲まれて形成されるより低圧になりやすい作動室の側の、前記ベーン溝と前記作動室とで形成されたエッジ部に、前記ベーン溝と前記シリンダに形成された所定の切欠きとにより形成されており、
前記所定の切欠きは、作動流体を吸入するための開口部で兼ねられている、ロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記ベーン溝の長さLと、前記ベーン溝の幅Tと、前記薄肉部の長さsと、前記薄肉部の幅wとは、L/T≦s/wを満足する、請求項1記載のロータリ圧縮機。
