【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disengagement returning device for a car door engaging member that automatically detects a disengagement between a landing door interlock engaging roller and a car door unlocking engaging member, and disengagement. It is related with the disengagement alerting | reporting apparatus of the cage door engaging member which detects this and notifies a user in a cage | basket | car.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in an elevator system, in order to avoid the danger that only the landing door opens and closes alone when the car is not stopped, the landing door interlock engaging roller and the car provided in the car door to release this interlock are used. A door interlock releasing engagement member is provided, and the landing door cannot be opened and closed unless they are engaged.
[0003]
In this conventional landing door interlock device, as shown in FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, the car door interlock release engaging member 3 is attached to the car door 1 at an angle 2, and the car door 1 is attached to the car door 4. A landing door interlocking A engaging roller 5 and a B engaging roller 6 that are engaged with the interlock releasing engaging member 3 from both sides are attached.
[0004]
When the car door 1 starts to open in response to a car door opening / closing command from the elevator control device, the car door 1 starts to move to the left from the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 3 comes into contact with the B door engaging roller 6 for landing door interlock, and the B engaging roller 6 swings slightly by this pressing force, and the A engaging roller 5 swings in conjunction with this to release the car door interlock. The engagement member 3 is engaged with the right side surface of the engagement member 3 in a state indicated by a chain line by moving from the right side to the left side in FIG. 18, and the contact (not shown) is brought about by the operation of the A engagement roller 5. The interlocking operation of the landing door 4 is released by reversing, and the landing door 4 starts to open together with the movement of the car door 1.
[0005]
When the landing door 4 and the car door 1 are closed, when the car door 1 and the landing door 4 move from the left side to the right side until the state shown by the chain line in FIG. 18, the landing door 4 is first fully closed and stopped. At the same time, the B engaging roller 6 fixed to the landing door 4 stops first, and only the car door 1 moves further to the right, whereby the B engaging roller 6 and the A engaging roller 5 are connected to the car door interface. The unlocking engagement member 3 is released, and the car door 1 returns to the fully closed state indicated by the solid line. When the A engagement roller 5 returns to the original position shown by the solid line in FIG. 18, the output of the landing door interlock release signal stops, and the elevator control device applies the landing door interlock. Further, a switch for detecting whether the car door 1 is fully closed operates to output a car door 1 fully closed signal to the elevator control device.
[0006]
This landing door interlock device is one of the door safety devices, and is installed on each floor landing door so that the car cannot be opened or closed unless the car stops and the car door starts to open. The landing door is opened from the landing side of the floor that is not stopped, so that people do not accidentally fall into the hoistway.
[0007]
However, when the user forcibly opens the car door due to mischief, etc., or when the car hits the door opening device (door safety) provided on the car door when loading or unloading the baggage with the car open 19, the car door interlock release engagement member 3 is located between the landing door interlock A and B engagement rollers 5 and 6 on the left side of the B engagement roller 6 (in the opening direction of the car door 1). It can happen that it falls off. In addition, an excessive force was added to the fully open platform door by hitting the carriage against the platform door, or a force was applied to forcefully close the car door 1 in the fully open state. In some cases, as shown in FIG. 20, the car door interlock releasing engagement member 3 is disengaged between the landing door interlock A and B engagement rollers 5 and 6 on the right side of the A engagement roller 5.
[0008]
When the car door 1 and the landing door 4 are closed together in the disengaged state as shown in FIG. 19, the landing door 4 is first fully closed, but the left side of the B engaging roller 6 ( Since the engagement member 3 remains hooked on the rear side in the closing direction, the car door 1 cannot be closed to the fully closed state, and the elevator cannot be started no matter how long it waits.
[0009]
When the car door 1 and the landing door 4 are closed together when the disengaged state as shown in FIG. 20 is reached, the car door 1 is first fully closed. Since the engaging member 3 remains hooked on the right side (front side in the closing direction), the landing door 4 cannot be closed to the fully closed state, and the elevator cannot be started.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional landing door interlock device, once the car door interlock releasing engagement member 3 is disengaged from the position between the landing door interlock A and B engaging rollers 5 and 6, Since there was no means for automatically returning the vehicle to the normal position, there was a problem that the elevator could not be started unless the disengagement was manually restored, and the vehicle would remain stopped forever.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem. When the engagement member for releasing the car door interlock is separated from between the A and B engagement rollers for the landing door interlock for some reason, the present invention is automatically performed. [0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the functional configuration of the first embodiment of the present invention. A landing door closing signal 12 from a landing door interlock device 11 and a car door closing signal 14 from a car door device 13 are inputted. A disengagement detection circuit 15 that determines disengagement by a combination of these signals, and a disengagement return device 17 that operates based on the disengagement detection signal 16 from the disengagement detection circuit 15 are provided. .
[0024]
The landing door interlock device 11 has the same configuration and function as the conventional example shown in FIGS. 17 to 20, and when the car door 1 starts an opening operation by a car door opening / closing command from the elevator control device. When the car door 1 starts to move to the left from the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 18, the car door interlock releasing engagement member 3 comes into contact with the landing door interlock B engaging roller 6, and B The engagement roller 6 swings slightly, and the A engagement roller 5 swings in conjunction therewith, and moves rearward (to the left side in FIG. 18 from the right side to the left side in FIG. 18). Is engaged with the right side surface of the engaging member 3, and when the contact (not shown) is reversed by the operation of the A engaging roller 5, the interlock is released and the car door 1 and the landing door 4 are brought together. Has a function to enable opening and closing Further, the landing door interlock device 11 has a widely used means, for example, a contact point contact element (not shown) that moves together with the landing door 4 when the landing door 4 is fully closed. It has a function of outputting a landing door closing signal 12 when the switch is reversed by contacting a movable contact of a fully-closed detection switch (not shown) attached to the fixed portion.
[0025]
The car door device 13 is a device that drives the car door 1 to open and close, and has been widely used, for example, a contact contact element that moves together with the car door 1 when the car door 1 is fully closed (see FIG. A car door closing signal 14 is output when a switch (not shown) abuts against a movable contact of a fully-closed detection switch (not shown) attached to a fixed portion of the car to reverse the switch.
[0026]
The disengagement detection circuit 15 is in the state shown in FIG. 19, that is, when the car door closing signal 14 is not input even though the landing door closing signal 12 is input, or in the state shown in FIG. When the signal 14 is input but the landing door closing signal 14 is not input, the disengagement between the landing door interlocking A and B engaging rollers 5 and 6 and the car door interlock releasing engaging member 3 is disengaged. It determines with having generate | occur | produced, and the disengagement signal 16 is output.
[0027]
The disengagement return device 17 has the mechanical configuration shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and is hydraulic or electromagnetic for driving the car door interlock releasing engagement member 3 attached to the car door 1 upside down. Suction device 21, a plunger 22 that is driven to be sucked and pushed out by the suction device 21, a guide rail 23 that guides the raising / lowering operation of the car door interlock release engagement member 3, and the guide rail 23 And a guide shoe 24 that slides. Reference numeral 25 denotes a fixed angle, which supports the engaging member 3 so as to stand vertically upright with respect to the car door 1 at a regular position.
[0028]
When the disengagement return device 17 receives the disengagement return signal 16 described later in the normal state shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the disengagement return device 17 drives the suction device 21 as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. As a result, the root portion of the engagement member 3 is pulled toward the suction device 21 side and brought down, and the tip portion of the engagement member 3 is moved more than the A and B engagement rollers 5 and 6 on the landing door 4 side. By moving closer to the side, the car door 1 and the landing door 4 can move relative to each other, and after this, the plunger 22 is pushed out to the original position by the suction device 21, and the engaging member 3 is moved to the position shown in FIGS. 3 can be raised to a normal state.
[0029]
Next, the operation of the disengagement return device for the car door engaging member having the above-described configuration will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the car door 1 and the landing door 4 are both fully closed and the car door 1 starts to open in response to the car door opening / closing command, as shown in FIG. When the car door 1 starts to move to the left from the state shown, the car door interlock releasing engagement member 3 comes into contact with the landing door interlock B engagement roller 6, and the B engagement roller 6 is slightly moved by this pressing force. Swinging, the A engagement roller 5 swings in conjunction with this, and the rear side of the engagement member 3 for releasing the car door interlock (moved from the right side to the left side in FIG. Engage with the right side, and the operation of this A engagement roller 5 reverses the contact (not shown) to release the interlock of the landing door 4, and the landing door 4 moves together with the movement of the car door 1. Start to open.
[0030]
When the door 4 and the car door 1 are closed, when the car door 1 and the car door 4 move from the left to the right until the state shown by the chain line in FIG. 18, the hall 4 is first fully closed. The B engaging roller 6 fixed to the landing door 4 is stopped first, and only the car door 1 is further moved to the right side to move the B engaging roller 6 to the A engaging roller 5 and the like. The door interlock release engaging member 3 is released, and the car door 1 returns to the fully closed state indicated by the solid line.
[0031]
However, the user forcibly opens the car door by mischief, or hits the car against the door opening device (door safety) provided in the car door when loading and unloading the car with the car open. As shown in FIG. 4, the car door interlock releasing engagement member 3 is located between the landing door interlock A and B engaging rollers 5 and 6 on the left side of the B engaging roller 6 (in the direction in which the car door 1 opens). If it comes off, when the car door 1 and the landing door 4 are closed together, the landing door 4 is first fully closed, but is engaged with the left side of the B engagement roller 6 (the rear side in the closing direction). Since the member 3 remains caught, the car door 1 cannot be closed to the fully closed state.
[0032]
At this time, in FIG. 1, the landing door closing signal 12 is output from the landing door interlock device 11, but the car door closing signal 14 is not output from the car door device 13. For this reason, the disengagement detection circuit 15 outputs the disengagement detection signal 16 to the disengagement return device 17.
[0033]
When receiving the disengagement detection signal 16, the disengagement return device 17 drives the suction device 21 to suck the plunger 22 and tilt the engagement member 3 as shown in FIG. 5. As a result, the distal end portion of the engaging member 3 is disengaged from the hook with the B engaging roller 6, and the car door 1 can be moved to the fully closed position and is moved to the fully closed state. Therefore, the plunger 22 is pushed out by the suction device 21 to return the engaging member 3 to the normal state in which the engaging member 3 stands upright, whereby the engaging member 3 is positioned between the landing door interlock A and B engaging rollers 5 and 6. Thus, it is possible to return from the disengagement.
[0034]
Conversely, when the car door 1 and the landing door 4 close together when the car door 1 and the landing door 4 are closed together as shown in FIG. 6, the car door 1 is first fully closed. Since the engaging member 3 remains hooked on the right side of 5 (the front side in the closing direction), the landing door 4 cannot be closed to the fully closed state.
[0035]
At this time, in FIG. 1, the landing door closing signal 12 is not output from the landing door interlock device 11, and the car door closing signal 14 is output from the car door device 13. A miss detection signal 16 is output. Therefore, the disengagement return device 17 drives the suction device 21 to suck the plunger 22 and tilt the engagement member 3 as shown in FIG. 7, and the distal end portion of the engagement member 3 is connected to the A engagement roller 5. The landing door 4 is moved to the fully closed position, and then the plunger 22 is pushed out by the suction device 21 to return the engaging member 3 to the normal state in which the engaging member 3 stands upright. It is positioned between the locking A and B engaging rollers 5 and 6, and is returned from the disengagement.
[0036]
The control of the above operation will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 8. When either the fully closed signal 12 of the landing door 3 or the fully closed signal 14 of the car door 1 is not input, the disengagement detection circuit 15 is disengaged. Is detected (step S1), the disengagement return device 17 is activated to perform the disengagement return operation described above, and the car door interlock release engagement member 3 and the landing door interlock A and B engagement rollers. The disengagement with 5, 6 is automatically restored so that the elevator can be started (step S2).
[0037]
Next, a car door engagement member disengagement notification device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The feature of the second embodiment is that the disengagement detection circuit 15 detects disengagement between the A and B engaging rollers 5 and 6 for the landing door interlock and the engaging member 3 for releasing the car door interlock. In this case, the car disengagement detection signal 16 is provided with an in-car informing device 18 that broadcasts, for example, “The car door has been disengaged. Please press the emergency button.” .
[0038]
According to the second embodiment, as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 10, the disengagement of FIG. 4 or 6 occurs as in the first embodiment, and the disengagement detection circuit 15 is engaged. When the disengagement is detected (step S11), the disengagement and anxiety of the user are suppressed by broadcasting the disengagement to the user by the in-car notification device 18 (step S12).
[0039]
In addition, as the notification apparatus 18 in a car, a means for displaying on a display installed in the car can be employed instead of performing sound notification by a speaker or simultaneously.
[0040]
Further, the car door engaging member disengagement return device shown in FIG. 11 can be configured as having both the functions of the first and second embodiments. In the disengagement return device for the car door engaging member according to the third embodiment, the disengagement return is detected when the disengagement detection circuit 15 detects the disengagement and outputs the disengagement detection signal 16. The device 17 performs the disengagement return operation, and the in-car informing device 18 sends a guidance broadcast such as “There has been a disengagement of the car door. As a result, user discomfort and anxiety can be suppressed.
[0041]
Next, a car door engagement member disengagement return device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the fourth embodiment, a car door engaging member breakage detecting device 19 that detects breakage of the car door interlock releasing engaging member 3 together with the disengagement detection circuit 15 is provided in the car door 1. Even when the disengagement detection circuit 15 outputs the disengagement detection signal 16 in the second embodiment, the car door engagement member detection device 19 detects the breakage of the engagement member 3 for releasing the car door interlock. The disengagement detection signal 16 is not output.
[0042]
As shown in FIG. 13, the car door engaging member breakage detecting device 19 includes a gap sensor 27 that measures the distance G between the car door interlock release engaging member 3 and the car door 1, and this gap sensor 27. It functions to output a car door engaging member breakage detection signal 110 when the detected distance G deviates more than a specified value. For example, if the engagement member 3 for releasing the car door interlock is caught by any member and greatly deforms or falls off, the distance G to the car door 1 detected by the gap sensor 27 greatly changes from the specified value. To do. Therefore, the car door engaging member breakage detection device 19 receives the distance measurement signal from the gap sensor 27 and outputs a car door engaging member breakage detection signal 110 when a large deviation occurs compared to the specified value. To do.
[0043]
Therefore, the disengagement return device for the car door engaging member according to the fourth embodiment operates as shown in the flowchart of FIG. When only one of the landing door closing signal 12 and the car door closing signal 14 is input, the disengagement detection circuit 15 determines that the engagement is disengaged (step S21). It is determined whether or not the detection signal 110 is input (step S22). If the breakage detection signal 110 is not input, it is determined that the disengagement has actually occurred, and the disengagement signal 16 is transmitted to the disengagement return device 17. And the disengagement return device 17 returns the disengagement of the car door interlock releasing engagement member 3 by the same operation as in the first embodiment (step S23).
[0044]
However, if it is determined in step S22 that the engagement member breakage detection device 19 has output the breakage detection signal 110, the disengagement detection circuit 15 does not output the disengagement detection signal 16 so that the disengagement is restored. The operation of the device 17 is prohibited.
[0045]
As a result, when disengagement occurs as a result of the car door interlock release engagement member 3 being damaged, it is distinguished from simple disengagement, and reengagement is performed by the operation of the disengagement return device 17. This will prevent the occurrence of secondary disasters that may occur if the elevator is departed.
[0046]
Next, a car door engagement member disengagement return device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 15 and 16. The fifth embodiment is characterized in that, in the fourth embodiment, an in-car notification device 18 is also provided in parallel. That is, the car door engaging member breakage detecting device 19 for detecting the breakage of the car door interlock releasing engaging member 3 together with the disengagement detecting circuit 15 is provided in the car door 1, and the in-car notifying device 18 is provided in the car. Even when the disengagement detection circuit 15 outputs the disengagement detection signal 16 in the first and second embodiments, the car door engaging member detection device 19 is engaged with the car door interlock releasing engaging member. 3 is detected so that the disengagement detection signal 16 is not output, and instead, the engagement member damage detection signal 110 is output to the in-car notification device 18.
[0047]
In the car door engaging member disengagement return device according to the fifth embodiment, only one of the landing door closing signal 12 and the car door closing signal 14 is input as shown in the flowchart of FIG. Thus, the disengagement detection circuit 15 determines that the engagement is disengaged (step S31). At this time, it is further determined whether or not the engagement member breakage detection signal 110 is input (step S32). If it is not input, it is determined that the disengagement has actually occurred, and the disengagement signal 16 is output to the disengagement return device 17, and the disengagement return device 17 operates in the same manner as in the first embodiment. To return the disengagement of the engagement member 3 for releasing the car door interlock (step S33). In addition, the car disengagement detection signal 16 is also output to the in-car informing device 18, and a guidance broadcast such as "A car door has been disengaged. Please wait for a while as it recovers." The user's discomfort and anxiety are eliminated (step S34).
[0048]
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S32 that the engagement member breakage detection device 19 has output the breakage detection signal 110, the disengagement detection circuit 15 does not output the disengagement detection signal 16 so that the disengagement is restored. The operation of the device 17 is prohibited. In this case, the engagement member breakage detection signal 110 is output to the in-car notifying device 18 and the in-car notifying device 18 “a problem has occurred in the engaging device of the car door. Please press the emergency button”. A guidance broadcast is output (step S34).
[0049]
As a result, when disengagement occurs as a result of the car door interlock release engagement member 3 being damaged, it is distinguished from simple disengagement, and reengagement is performed by the operation of the disengagement return device 17. Thus, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a secondary disaster that may occur when the elevator is departed, and to eliminate the discomfort and anxiety that the user has by guidance broadcasting.
[0050]
