本発明は、筒状の長尺部材と他の部材との接合構造及び接合方法に関する。

【背景の技術】
近年、建物の柱部材や梁部材などの長尺部材として、木質材料からなる筒状の部材が用いられている。この部材は、図4に示すように、木質材料からなる4つの長尺な板状部材を断面視ロ字状の筒状に接合したものである。

このような長尺部材と他の部材とを接合した技術として、特開平07−011733号公報に開示のものがある。この公報においては、梁部材として用いられた一方の長尺部材を他の長尺部材に垂直に当接させている。そしてこれら長尺部材の表面によって形成された入り隅部分に平面視略L字状の接合金物を固定することにより、一方の長尺部材と他の長尺部材とを接合している。

しかしながら、上記のような接合構造においては、長尺部材の表面に接合金物が固定されているため、長尺部材の表面が面一とならず、接合部分の外観を損ねていた。
本発明の課題は、接合金物を外部に露出させずに、筒状の長尺部材と他の部材とを接合することができる接合構造及び接合方法を提供することを目的とする。

以上の課題を解決するため、請求項1記載の発明は、例えば図1〜図4に示すように、長手方向に貫通する孔部を有した筒状の長尺部材(例えば、柱部材10)と、この長尺部材10の一方の端部と当接して前記長手方向とほぼ垂直に延在する他の部材(例えば、床部材11)との接合構造であって、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を参照して本発明の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。
〔第一の実施の形態〕
図1(a)は、本第一の実施の形態における接合構造を適用した、柱部材と床部材11との接合部分1の斜視図である。なお、本第一の実施の形態においては、長尺部材を柱部材10とし、他の部材を床部材11として説明する。

接合部分1は、図1(a)に示すように、水平に延在する床部材11と、この床部材11を間に介在させて上下に配置された筒状の柱部材10,10と、これら床部材11と柱部材10,10とを接合する接合部材12等とから一体に構成されている。
