Claims (14)
- 液体ヘリウムを保持するクライオスタット構造であって、
外側ジャケットと、
前記外側ジャケット内に配置されたヘリウム容器と、
前記ヘリウム容器と前記外側ジャケットとの間に接続された少なくとも2つのサスペンションチューブと、
前記外側ジャケットに接続された上方暖端および前記ヘリウム容器に接続された下方冷端を有し、前記外側ジャケット、前記ヘリウム容器および前記サスペンションチューブと共に真空スペースを画定するネックチューブと、
前記ネックチューブ内に配置される多段極低温冷凍機のコールドヘッドと、
前記ヘリウム容器を包囲し、また、前記サスペンションチューブ及び前記ネックチューブに熱伝導可能に接続された放射シールドと、
前記ネックチューブの暖端と前記サスペンションチューブの暖端との間に配置され、ヘリウムを通流可能とする構成および大きさを有する直接接続手段と
を備えるクライオスタット構造。 - 前記極低温冷凍機がパルスチューブ冷凍機である請求項1記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記極低温冷凍機のコールドヘッドの最冷コールドステージでヘリウムを4.2K以下の温度で液化することができる請求項1又は2に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記コールドヘッドが断熱材で包囲されたチューブを含み、前記チューブは第1コールドステージ上に配置されまた可能であれば更なるコールドステージ領域にも配置される請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記断熱材およびネックチューブの壁が、ガスが通流可能なギャップ又はチャネルを画成する請求項4に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記ネックチューブが、薄い壁を有し及び又はベロー状に設計され、低熱伝導率材料からなる請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記ヘリウム容器内に配置され又は前記ヘリウム容器と接触して配置された好ましくは電気式のヒータを更に備える請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記コールドヘッドの、最冷コールドステージでない1つ以上のコールドステージが1つ以上の放射シールドと熱伝導可能に接続されている請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記放射シールドは、前記極低温冷凍機の前記コールドヘッドに熱伝導可能に接続された液体窒素の容器を含み、蒸発した窒素が前記極低温冷凍機の前記コールドヘッドによって少なくとも部分的に再液化される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記窒素容器内に配置され又は前記窒素容器と接触して配置された好ましくは電気式の第2のヒータを備える請求項9記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記サスペンションチューブと前記ネックチューブとの間で前記接続手段に配置されたガス流量制御バルブを更に備える請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記サスペンションチューブと前記ネックチューブとの間で前記接続手段に配置された可変循環ポンプを更に備える請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 超伝導磁石装置を含む請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のクライオスタット構造。
- 前記超伝導磁石装置が、磁気共鳴装置、磁気共鳴画像(MRI)装置または核磁気共鳴分光(NMR)装置の一部である請求項13に記載のクライオスタット構造。
