食品に付帯させてそのタレ,調味料,香辛料等を収納する簡易容器が知られている。これらは、例えば2枚のシート周辺を融着等の方法で密閉した袋状のもので、縁部にノッチを設け、この部分から破断開封して使用する。これらの簡易容器を収納する収納物として、2種類のものを必要とするものが有り、例えば、納豆に付帯させるためのタレとカラシとの組み合わせ等があるが、これらは各々別々の簡易容器に収納して本体に付帯させたり、或いは一対の簡易容器をミシン目等の破断線を介して一体に形成したものに収納して本体に付帯させたりしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のこの種の容器では、ノッチ部分から容器を切断して開封するが、ノッチはその性質上一般に端部近傍に設けられるため、特に小容器の場合には充分に掴む幅をとりにくく、切断し難い。また、手が濡れている場合等充分に袋を力を入れて掴むことが出来ずに切断がママならないという不都合があった。また、ノッチから意図しない方向へ袋が破けたりする不都合を生じる場合もある。更に、小容器の場合は、開封すると上端部が容器の幅分だけ除去されるため大きな開口となり、目的部位への注出が定め難いという欠点があり、また、斜め方向に切断させる如きノッチを設けた場合には、上記した如き意図しない方向に切断されて殆ど開口しない等の不都合を生じる場合もある。

本発明は上記した点に鑑みなされたもので、2種類の収納物を一遍に収納することができるとともに、使用時には簡単にしかも確実に開封でき、開口した注出口も適した大きさに形成することができるとともに、収納物の注出も容易且つ確実に行え、更に、構造も簡単で容易に製造できる優れた簡易ペア容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図1乃至図3は第1の手段の一実施例を示し、図中1は簡易ぺア容器を示す。該容器1は、本体2と、蓋板3とを備えている。

本体2は合成樹脂製で、平板状の基板4に一対の収納凹部5,5を凹設するとともに、各収納凹部5にそれぞれ一端を連通する細溝状の一対の注出凹部6,6を凹設したものである。

また、本発明の容器は、各収納凹部間の基板を通り且つ各注出凹部をそれぞれ分割縦断して本体を縦断する分離破断線7を設けている。分離破断線7の具体的な形態は種々選択できるが、主として本体2に形成する薄肉線状のものが用いられる。注出凹部に掛からない部分ではミシン目等を併用しても良い。また、薄肉線を設ける場合も、前面に合成樹脂製の蓋板3を固着する関係で、後面が凹む如き形態の薄肉線状の分離破断線7を設けると良い。尚、本実施例では基板4下辺中央にノッチ8を形成している。

上記の如く構成した容器は、例えば、本体2の各収納凹部内にそれぞれ収納物を充填した後、蓋板3を固着して図1の状態の如く形成できる。次いで、図2に示す如く、ノッチ8部分より分離破断線7を破断して図3に示す如く二分割し、それぞれの注出凹部部分に注出口9を開口する。次いで分割した各容器を傾け、要すれば収納凹部部分を押圧して内容物を注出することができる。

また、本発明では上記スペース部分を貫通して下向き半環状の切溝10を設けるとともに、該切溝10の両端部よりそれぞれ上方へ、各注出凹部を各々分割縦断して基板4上辺に至る一対の分離破断線7を設け、切溝10と各分離破断線7により画成された切取部11下方の各収納凹部間に折り返し線12を設けている。折り返し線の形態も種々採用できるが、分離破断線同様の薄肉線状のものが好ましく採用できる。但し、この場合は薄肉部分の厚さを、当然のことながら切断しない程度のものを選択する。本実施例では、各注出凹部6が内方へ傾斜しているため、各分離破断線7は略垂直方向に形成しているが、各注出凹部が垂直方向に形成されている場合には、各分離破断線を上方へ広がる如く傾斜させて形成すれば良い。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した如く本発明の簡易ペア容器は、既述構成としたことにより、2種類の収納物を一遍に収納することができるとともに、使用時には分離破断線部分を切断すれば簡単に開封することができ、しかも切断部分が意図しない方向へ曲がったりする等の不都合がなく確実に開封できるものである。また、注出凹部の分離破断線部分の大きさを選択すれば、開口する注出口を収納物の性質,用途等により適した大きさに形成することができるとともに、収納物の注出も容易且つ確実に行え、更に、構造も簡単で容易に製造できる利点も備えている。
