Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid paper container for filling and selling various beverages such as soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea or green tea, milk, and sake.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of liquid paper container is widely known as a gobeltop type that is often used as a milk or liquor pack, or a brick type that is frequently used as a pack of soft drinks or juices. Yes. Further, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a polyhedral one adopting a special form.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-58647
The packaging container disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is a packaging container body that is formed in an octagonal shape by bending a packaging material, and includes at least a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, and a rear wall, and a top wall A pull tab covering the formed spout. And the top wall has a spout portion that is formed in a concavely low shape, and a central portion at the top of the front wall that is close to the spout is formed in a convex shape.
[0005]
Since the spout portion of the top wall has a concave shape, and the portion from the spout to the front wall is formed lower than the surroundings, the liquid that has come out of the spout when the beverage is poured into the container is on the top wall. It does not spread from side to side and forms a narrow flow on the tangent line between the top wall and the front wall. Thereby, the beverage does not spill out of the container, and the beverage can be prevented from flowing along the front wall. In addition, the central part of the upper part of the front wall near the spout has a convex shape, and the central part protrudes from the other parts. It is made easy.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above multi-sided liquid paper container, there are the following problems.
(1) It has a unique appearance compared to a normal rectangular brick type, so it has excellent design and display effects and can be differentiated from other products, but the top of the top is almost rectangular. Therefore, the change from the conventional one is scarce. Therefore, when placed in an area far below the customer's line of sight, the characteristic body is difficult to see when looking down, and the top surface of the top is visible so that the differentiation from other products is reduced.
(2) Since the trapezoidal parts at the upper and lower ends project outside the trunk part, the trapezoidal part occupies a lot of space when juxtaposed on a shelf, etc., and the exhibition space cannot be effectively used. Since a gap is generated and the contact support force between adjacent containers is hindered, it is disadvantageous in maintaining physical distribution characteristics during transportation.
(3) Since the trapezoidal part at the lower end protrudes outside the body part, if the height of the body part is low and the capacity is small, the palm that grips the body part will be difficult to hold in contact with the bottom trapezoid part. And it will be slippery, but it feels bad when you hold it with your hand.
(4) The flow of the beverage poured out from the spout is adjusted so that it does not spread, and the upper part of the front wall near the spout is curved outward so that it is easy to drink. It is not always easy to drink, especially for children and elderly people.

The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving all the problems in the conventional liquid paper containers as described above. As a result of intensive research, the present inventors are excellent not only in the form of the entire container but also in the shape of the top part in particular, and are excellent in differentiating from other products. It is effective in maintaining the physical properties of the exhibition space, allowing close contact and effective use, and is easy to hold by hand and has a good feel when grasped, and is very easy to drink even for elderly people and children. A liquid paper container has been developed to complete the present invention.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for achieving the above object, according to claim 1 of the present invention, a body is formed by a front wall, a rear wall, and two side walls, and a bottom is formed at the lower end of the body. A liquid paper container having a top formed at the top, wherein the bottom is configured to be rectangular when viewed from the bottom, and the top is configured to be substantially octagonal when viewed from the top. To do. As a result, the bottom and top of the liquid paper container have different shapes, so the whole has a unique shape, and the top surface of the top looks almost octagonal, making it easy to differentiate from a regular rectangular brick container. can do.
[0009]
Next, according to a second aspect of the present invention, in the liquid paper container according to the first aspect, the front wall and the rear wall are composed of vertical surface portions facing each other and inclined surface portions provided continuously on both sides of the vertical surface portion. It is characterized by being. As a result, when the liquid paper containers are juxtaposed, the trapezoidal vertical surface portions of the front wall and the rear wall can be adhered to each other, so that the display space can be effectively used and the distribution characteristics during transportation can be improved. it can.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the liquid paper container according to the first or second aspect, the two side walls are configured as vertical surface portions whose upper half portions are opposed to each other with a substantially central portion as a boundary. The half portion is configured to be an inclined surface portion that is inclined inward toward the bottom portion. As a result, the lower half of the side wall has a shape that sags toward the bottom, so it is easy to hold it with your fingers, and the bottom end of the container does not protrude outwards, The feel is good.
[0011]

[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the liquid paper container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the embodiment is merely an embodiment and is not limited thereto.
FIG. 1 is a blank development view of a liquid paper container according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of a liquid paper container assembled using the blank of FIG. 3A is a front view of the liquid paper container shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 3B is a top view thereof. 4A is a rear view of the liquid paper container shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4B is a bottom view thereof. FIG. 5 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the attachment portion of the spout. FIG. 6 is a partial side view showing a state in which the liquid paper containers according to the present invention are juxtaposed. FIG. 7 is a partial plan view of the juxtaposed state of FIG. 6 as viewed from above.
[0014]
First, a blank (material) of a liquid paper container according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The paper-based blank 1 has a laminated structure of, for example, PE / craft paperboard / barrier layer / PE, and aluminum foil, silica, or aluminum-deposited PET is used as the barrier layer. However, the barrier layer may not be provided depending on the type of beverage to be filled.
[0015]
The blank 1 is set to a rectangular shape having a predetermined size, and a plurality of fold lines (ruled lines) are formed in a narrow groove shape at a predetermined location, and a circular hole serving as a spout 2 is formed. . Actually, as will be described later, a method is adopted in which the laminated base material is successively fed out from a roll wound in a long length, and container formation (including the folding line application step) is performed simultaneously with filling of the contents. ing.
[0016]
The blank 1 is provided with three horizontal straight fold lines, of which the area below the fold line L1 located at the lower part constitutes the bottom 3 of the liquid paper container (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as a container). In the rectangular section, two substantially V-shaped fold lines L2 are provided, and a region below the lowest fold line L3 is a portion constituting the lower end seal portion 4.
[0017]
The region between the horizontal fold line L4 that continues in a substantially trapezoidal shape and the fold line L1 is a portion that constitutes the body portion 5 of the container and extends vertically from the upper edge of the blank 1 to the substantially central portion. Are provided in parallel, and the lower portions following these vertical parallel fold lines are respectively diagonal fold lines connected to the fold line L1. Among these, the intermediate region sandwiched between the vertical fold line L5 and the vertical fold line L6 located on the inner side is a portion constituting the front wall 6 of the container, and the fold line L4 is formed at the center of the front wall 6. By providing two diagonal fold lines symmetrically from the fold line L1 to the fold line L1, a substantially trapezoidal vertical surface portion 6a that becomes a vertical surface when the container is assembled, and an inclined surface portion that is positioned on both sides and inclined rearward 6b and 6c are formed.
[0018]
On the other hand, a region sandwiched between the vertical fold line L7 located outside and the vertical fold line L5 located inside, and the vertical fold line L8 located outside and the vertical fold line L6 located inside. The sandwiched areas are portions constituting the side walls 7 and 8 of the container, respectively. The side walls 7 and 8 are formed on the vertical surface portions 7a and 8a whose upper half faces each other with the middle portion as a boundary when the container is assembled, and the lower half portions are inclined inward toward the bottom portion 3 respectively. It is formed on the surface portions 7b and 8b.
[0019]
The area sandwiched between the vertical fold line L7 located outside and the left edge of the blank 1 and the area sandwiched between the vertical fold line L8 located outside and the right edge of the blank 1 are left and right. Assemble the container by assembling the two diagonal fold lines from the fold line L4 to the fold line L1 to the left and right. In this case, a substantially trapezoidal vertical surface portion 9a opposed to the vertical surface portion 6a of the front wall 6 and inclined surface portions 9b and 9c which are located on both sides and are inclined to the front side are formed to be distributed to the left and right. Furthermore, when the left end edge of the blank 1 and the right end edge of the blank 1 are overlapped and bonded together, the left and right ends are equal so that the middle of the overlap width is the center of the container (the center of the rear wall). The width is set.
[0020]
The region sandwiched between the horizontal fold line L4 continuous in a substantially trapezoidal shape and the uppermost fold line L9 provided in a horizontal straight line is a portion constituting the top portion 11 of the container, and is from the uppermost fold line L9. The upper region is a portion constituting the upper end seal portion 12.
[0021]
In addition to the passage of the four vertical parallel fold lines L5, L6, L7, and L8, the portion constituting the top portion 11 includes four vertical lines extending from the fold line L9 to the fold line L4. Parallel fold lines are provided, diagonal fold lines L10 are provided symmetrically in the left and right trapezoidal sections in the center, and inverted V-shaped fold lines L11 are provided in the adjacent rectangular sections. An oblique fold line L12 is provided symmetrically in the rectangular sections on both sides. As a result, when the container is assembled, the front half is located on both sides of the central rectangular inclined surface portion 11a inclined downward toward the vertical surface portion 6a of the front wall 6 with the upper end seal portion 12 as a boundary. In other words, triangular inclined surface portions 11b and 11c that are connected to the inclined surface portions 6b and 6c and are inclined upward toward the left and right sides are formed. The spout 2 is located substantially at the center of the rectangular inclined surface portion 11a.
[0022]
On the other hand, when the container is assembled, the rear half is substantially inclined with respect to the upper end seal portion 12 as a boundary, the rectangular inclined surface portion 11d inclined downward toward the vertical surface portion 9a of the rear wall 9 formed by bonding, and both sides thereof The triangular inclined surface portions that are connected to the inclined surface portions 9c and 9b and that are inclined upward toward the left and right sides are formed to be distributed to the left and right.
[0023]
The container of the present invention can be produced by a known molding and filling apparatus that continuously forms the container and fills the contents including the formation of the blank 1.
[0024]
Specifically, in the molding and filling apparatus described above, a predetermined fold line (ruled line) is formed on the laminated base material fed out from a roll, and then the laminated base material is formed into a rectangular tube shape by forming rollers provided in a plurality of stages. After the formed and overlapped ends are sealed in the vertical direction (vertical seal), and further sealed (horizontal seal) orthogonal to the vertical seal, the contents are filled. After filling the contents, form another horizontal seal parallel to the horizontal seal so that it has a size corresponding to one container, cut the other horizontal seal, fold a predetermined location, and bond By doing so, a container having a predetermined shape filled with the contents is obtained.
[0025]
In the above process, a part of the folding line can be folded before filling the contents, and an opening for pouring the contents can be formed at an appropriate place in the series of processes. FIG. 2 shows the appearance of the entire container assembled by the above-described process.
[0026]
The contents filled in the container of the present invention can be exemplified by soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, oolong tea or green tea, milk, liquor, and other beverages, foods, and non-foods It can be. In addition, the properties of the contents are usually liquid, but in some cases, liquids containing solids, powdered fluids, and other solid substances can be used as the contents.
[0027]
In FIG. 2, 15 is a known resin pouring stopper, which is attached to the rectangular inclined surface portion 11 a of the top portion 11. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the spout 15 is inserted into the spout 2 provided substantially at the center of the rectangular inclined surface portion 11a so that the cylindrical portion 15a protrudes to the outside, and the lower flange portion 15b is rectangular. It can be attached and fixed by adhesion or heat fusion to the inner wall surface of the inclined surface portion 11a. A screw portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 15a, and a cap 15c is screwed to the screw portion. In addition, you may make it seal the center hole of the flange part 15b by sticking sealing materials, such as aluminum foil, from the back side.
[0028]
The pouring tap 15 is attached in advance before the assembly of the container. For example, it is preferable that the pouring tap 15 is attached after the blank 1 is produced by the molding machine. Further, the size of the spout 15 is set so that the cap 15c does not protrude forward from the vertical surface portion 6a of the front wall 6 of the container and does not protrude above the upper end seal portion 12 of the top portion 11. Then, it is preferable without getting in the way.
[0029]
Instead of attaching the spout 15, although not shown, a straw hole is provided at substantially the center of the rectangular inclined surface portion 11 a of the top portion 11, and a sealing material such as aluminum foil is stuck to the straw hole from the back side (inner side). It is also possible to adopt a structure for sealing.
[0030]
In the liquid paper container according to the present invention configured as described above, the bottom 3 is rectangular as shown in FIG. 4B, and the top 11 is the vertical surface 6a of the front wall 6 as shown in FIG. 3B. And the upper edge of the vertical surface portion 9a of the rear wall 9 (strictly speaking, a slight step is generated by the seal portion 10 and is not a straight line), and the upper edge of the vertical surface portion 7a of the side wall 7 (strictly In other words, the ear portion 13 has a slight step and is not a straight line, and the upper edge of the vertical surface portion 8a of the other side wall 8 (also strictly speaking, the ear portion 14 has a slight step and has a straight line. Not), and the upper surface of the inclined surface portions 6b, 6c of the front wall 6 and the upper edge of the inclined surface portions 9b, 9c of the rear surface wall 9 are unique forms that exhibit a substantially octagonal shape. Therefore, the distinction from other products becomes remarkable.
[0031]
For example, when placed in the lower area of a large refrigerated case such as a convenience store and lower than the customer's line of sight, the customer visually recognizes the substantially octagonal top 11 from above as shown in FIG. This makes it easy to distinguish from other products. If the case is placed in the middle region or upper region of the case and is within the range of the customer's line of sight, the customer can see the front side of the container as shown in FIG. The front half of the top portion 11 has a substantially hexagonal shape surrounded by the upper and lower edges of the rectangular inclined surface portion 11a and the two sides of the triangular inclined surface portions 11b and 11c, and is not a mere plane but from three inclined surfaces. Therefore, it is easy to distinguish from other products. Further, when viewed from the front side, the body portion 5 is not a single plane, but the inclined surface portions 6b and 6c located on both sides of the vertical surface portion 6a have a unique three-surface configuration in which the rear surface is inclined. Can be further improved.
[0032]
Usually, the back side of the container is not subject to differentiation from other products, but has a unique shape in which a finger is caught under the upper end seal portion 12 so that the top portion 11 can be easily grasped. When the container is viewed from the back side, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the overall shape is substantially the same as that of the front side, but the upper end seal portion 12 protrudes in a strip shape along the upper edge of the top portion 11 to the rear side. (See FIG. 2). Further, in the latter half of the top portion 11, the trapezoidal inclined surface portions 11e and 11f (see FIG. 1) are located on both sides of the rectangular inclined surface portion 11d, as described above, instead of the triangular inclined surface portion. Although not clear, the upper regions of the trapezoidal inclined surface portions 11e and 11f are slightly pulled downward by the upper end seal portion 12, and coupled with the downward inclination of the rectangular inclined surface portion 11d, A gap is formed under the upper end seal portion 12. Accordingly, the container can be lifted by inserting a finger into the gap portion, hooking it on the upper end seal portion 12, and grasping the upper end seal portion 12. When the store clerk removes the container from the cardboard box and arranges it on the shelf of the refrigerated case, or when carrying it, it becomes slippery.
[0033]
When the containers are displayed side by side on a shelf of a refrigerated case, a plurality of containers are arranged as shown in FIG. 6 by using the vertical surface portion 6a of the front wall 6 and the vertical surface portion 9a of the rear wall 9 which face each other. They can be arranged side by side in the front-rear direction in contact with each other. Therefore, since no useless space is generated between the containers, the exhibition space can be used effectively, and thereby the accommodation efficiency can be significantly increased.
[0034]
When the container is stored in a cardboard box or the like and transported, the opposing vertical surface portions 6a and 9a of the front wall 6 and the rear wall 9 are in close contact with each other in the vertical direction when viewed from above as shown in FIG. In addition, the vertical surfaces 7a and 8a of the side walls 7 and 8 can be juxtaposed in a substantially abutting state. Strictly speaking, since the ear portions 13 and 14 are fused to the upper end portions of the vertical surface portions 7a and 8a, the vertical surface portions 7a and 8a cannot be brought into close contact with each other. 14 can be juxtaposed with each other in a substantially abutting state. Accordingly, the internal volume of the cardboard box or the like can be effectively used, and the supporting force is improved by contact between the containers, which is advantageous in maintaining physical distribution characteristics without shaking during transportation. Further, since there is a slight gap between the lateral containers, the container can be easily taken out from the cardboard box or the like.
[0035]
Next, the state at the time of drinking the drink in a container is demonstrated. In order to open the cap 15c of the spout 15 and pour it into a cup or the like, the lower part of the container is usually grasped with one hand. From the positional relationship in which the pouring tap 15 faces downward, the lower portions of the side walls 7 and 8 are provided. The inclined surfaces 7b and 8b are formed on the lower portions of the front walls 7 and 8, Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 4 (a), the container is easy to hold because it has a shape that swells toward the bottom 3, and the lower end of the container does not protrude outwards. The feel is very good. For example, the lower portion of the container can be stably held by pressing the inclined surface portion 8b of the side wall 8 with the thumb and pressing the inclined surface portion 7b of the side wall 7 with the other four fingers. At this time, the index finger may hold down the vertical surface portion 9a or the inclined surface portion 9b of the rear wall 9. There is an advantage that even an old man with poor finger movement or a small palm-sized child can easily hold it.
[0036]
In addition, in order to drink directly with the spout 15 attached, the lower part of the container is usually held with one hand. The lower end of the front wall 6 and the rear wall 9 is provided in view of the positional relationship in which the pouring tap 15 is directed toward the front. The lower portions of the front wall 6 and the rear wall 9 are shown in FIGS. As shown in (a), the vertical surface portions 6a and 9a that widen toward the bottom portion are present, so that the container is easy to hold, and the lower end portion of the container does not protrude outward, and the lower portion of the side wall 8 Since there is the inclined surface portion 8b that swells toward the bottom, the touch of the hand is extremely good. For example, the lower surface of the container can be stably held by pressing the vertical surface portion 6a of the front wall 6 with the thumb and pressing the vertical surface portion 9a of the rear wall 9 with the other four fingers. At this time, the bottom 3 may be pressed with the little finger, or the inclined surface 9b of the rear wall 9 may be pressed with the middle finger and the ring finger. There is an advantage that even an old man with poor finger movement or a small palm-sized child can easily hold it. Further, since the spout 15 is inclined toward the front side, it is very easy to drink.
[0037]
In order to drink with a straw instead of the spout 15, a straw is inserted into the straw hole (not shown), a seal such as an aluminum foil is opened, and the lower part of the container is usually grasped with one hand. The way of holding the container is the same as that of the pouring tap 15. Since this straw also inclines to the near side, it is very easy to drink.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the liquid paper container according to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained as compared with the conventional container.
(1) According to the configuration of claim 1, since the bottom portion and the top portion of the liquid paper container have different shapes, the whole has a peculiar shape, and the top surface of the top portion looks almost octagonal, so that it is a normal rectangular parallelepiped brick type. It can be easily differentiated from containers.
(2) When the liquid paper containers are juxtaposed according to the structure of claim 2, the trapezoidal vertical surface portions of the front wall and the rear wall can be closely attached to each other. The characteristics can be improved.
(3) According to the configuration of claim 3, since the substantially lower half of the side wall has a shape that is recessed toward the bottom, it is easy to hold it with fingers and the lower end of the container does not protrude outward. Therefore, it feels good when grasped by hand.
(4) With the configuration of claim 4, the rectangular inclined surface portion of the front half of the top can be used as a region for providing a straw hole or spout, and this rectangular inclined surface portion is inclined downward toward the front wall. Even if a spout is attached to the spout, it will not get in the way because it does not protrude forward or upward. In addition, since the three inclined surface portions in the front half of the top portion look almost hexagonal from the front side, the design effect and the display effect are excellent.
(5) According to the structure of claim 5, it can be drunk through a straw or a spout, and it is not necessary to drink directly with a lip attached to the container, so it becomes very easy for children and elderly people to drink. In this case, the straw inserted into the straw hole or the spout plug attached to the spout is inclined to the front side, so that it becomes easier to drink.
