Description
Claims (41)
- 装置において、
プリント回路板に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのLED(16)と、
少なくとも1つのヒートステーク(24,26)を有する反射器(20)と、
前記少なくとも1つのヒートステークを受け入れる少なくとも1つの開口(36,38)を有する取り付け板(30)とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのLEDが、前記反射器と前記取り付け板との間に配置され、前記少なくとも1つのヒートステークが前記少なくとも1つの開口内に受け入れられ且つ熱変形されたとき、前記少なくとも1つのLEDが所定の位置に保持されるようにした、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記反射器に取り付けられたレンズ(40)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、前記ヒートステークが、変形して前記反射器がその他の締結具無しにて前記取り付け板に固着されるようにした、装置。
- 請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の装置において、前記反射器が金属製である、装置。
- 装置において、
ランプ組立体(10)を有するハウジング(50,120)を備え、
該ランプ組立体が、プリント回路板(14)に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのLED(16)と、少なくとも1つのヒートステーク(24,26)を有する反射器(20)と、該少なくとも1つのヒートステークを受け入れる少なくとも1つの開口(36,38)を有する取り付け板(30)とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのLEDが、前記反射器と前記取り付け板との間に配置され、前記少なくとも1つのヒートステークが前記少なくとも1つの開口内に受け入れられ且つ熱変形されたとき、前記少なくとも1つのLEDが所定の位置に保持されるようにした、装置。 - 請求項1ないし5の何れかに記載の装置において、前記少なくとも1つのLEDが吸熱部材(18)を備える、装置。
- 請求項2ないし6の何れかに記載の装置において、前記反射器が、前記少なくとも1つのLEDと整合された少なくとも1つの反射性カップ(22)を備える、装置。
- 請求項1ないし6の何れかに記載の装置において、前記吸熱部材が、前記ヒートステークの1つが貫通して伸びる開口(17)を有する、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングは、前記ランプ組立体の前記反射器が整合するように配置された開口(52)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングの前記開口(52)内に配置されたレンズ(40)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングに接続された取り付け構造体(60)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置において、前記取り付け構造体が前記ハウジングと係合する取り付け座金(68)を備える、装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置において、前記取り付け座金が、中央取り付けポスト(62)を備える、装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記取り付け構造体、前記取り付け座金及び前記中央取り付けポストが、前記取り付け板と熱的に連通している、装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置において、前記取り付け構造体が、二重ボール取り付け軸部(64)を備える、装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置において、前記取り付け構造体が、取り付けシュー(69)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項16に記載の装置において、前記二重ボール取り付け軸部及び前記取り付けシューが、前記取り付け板と熱的に連通している、装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置において、前記少なくとも1つのLEDが、前記取り付け構造体(60)と熱的に連通している吸熱部材(18)を備える、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングがリアビューミラーハウジング(50)の形態とされる、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングが、取り付けハウジング(120)の形態とされる、装置。
- 装置において、
開口(17)を有する吸熱部材(18)を備える少なくとも1つのランプ(16)と、
前記吸熱部材と接触した取り付け板(30)と、
前記ランプを前記取り付け板に固着し得るように、前記吸熱部材の前記開口(17)を貫通して伸び且つ熱変形されるヒートステーク(24,26)とを備える、装置。 - 請求項1,5又は21に記載の装置において、前記吸熱部材(18)が前記取り付け板(30)と熱的に連通している、装置。
- 請求項22に記載の装置において、前記取り付け板がヒートシンクである、装置。
- 請求項21に記載の装置において、前記少なくとも1つのランプに近接して配置された反射器(20)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項24に記載の装置において、前記反射器が、前記ヒートステークによって前記取り付け板及び前記少なくとも1つのランプに固着される、装置。
- 請求項25に記載の装置において、前記ヒートステークが前記反射器から伸びる、装置。
- 請求項24に記載の装置において、前記反射器に接続されたレンズ(40)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項27に記載の装置において、開口(52)を有するリアビューミラーハウジング(50)を更に備え、前記レンズが、前記リアビューミラーハウジングを貫通して突き出すように配置される、装置。
- 請求項28に記載の装置において、前記リアビューミラーハウジングが車のフロントガラスに近接して配置され、前記ランプが、前記車を取り巻く実質的に360°から見ることができる光線を放出するようにした、装置。
- 請求項29に記載の装置において、前記ランプが、前記車の防護装置が作動したとき、照明し得るような形態とされる、装置。
- 請求項21に記載の装置において、前記ランプがLEDである、装置。
- ランプ組立体(10)を製造する方法において、
a)LEDサブ組立体(12)と、少なくとも1つのヒートステーク(24,26)を有する反射器(20)と、少なくとも1つの開口(36,38)を有する取り付け板(30)と、を提供することと、
b)前記LEDサブ組立体を前記反射器と前記取り付け板との間に配置することと、
c)前記少なくとも1つのヒートステークが前記少なくとも1つの開口内に受け入れられるように、前記反射器を前記取り付け板と係合させることと、
d)前記反射器が前記取り付け板に固着されるように前記少なくとも1つのヒートステークを変形させることと、
を備える、ランプ組立体を製造する方法。 - 請求項32に記載の方法において、熱伝導材料を前記取り付け板(30)と前記LEDサブ組立体(12)の吸熱部材(18)との間に配置することを更に備える、方法。
- 装置において、
吸熱部材(18)を備えていて、プリント回路板(214)に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの第一の型式のLED(216)と、
少なくとも1つのヒートステーク(224,226)を有する反射器(220)と、
前記少なくとも1つのヒートステークを受け入れる少なくとも1つの開口(36,38)を有する取り付け板(30)とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つの第一の型式のLEDが、前記反射器と前記取り付け板との間に配置されて、前記少なくとも1つのヒートステークが前記少なくとも1つの開口内に受け入れられ且つ熱変形され、且つ前記吸熱部材が前記取り付け板と接触したとき、前記少なくとも1つの第一の型式のLEDが所定の位置に保持されるようにした、装置。 - 請求項34に記載の装置において、前記プリント回路板に接続された少なくとも1つの第二の型式のLED(260)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項35に記載の装置において、前記反射器に接続されたレンズ(250)を更に備える、装置。
- 請求項36に記載の装置において、前記反射器が1つの開口(227)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの第二の型式のLEDが前記開口内に配置される、装置。
- 請求項36に記載の装置において、前記レンズ(250)がドーム形状である、装置。
- 請求項38に記載の装置において、1つの開口(52)を有するハウジング(50,120)を更に備え、前記ドーム形レンズが前記ハウジングの前記開口内に配置されるようにした、装置。
- 請求項38に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングが、リアビューミラーハウジング(50)の形態とされ、前記リアビューミラーハウジングが、車のフロントガラスに近接する位置にあり、前記少なくとも1つの第二の型式のLEDが、前記車を取り巻く実質的に360°から見ることができる光線を放出するようにした、装置。
- 請求項40に記載の装置において、前記第二の型式のLEDが前記車の防護装置が作動したとき、照明し得る形態とされる、装置。
