Claims (6)
- 少なくとも片面に球面または非球面の微小凸レンズが所定のレンズピッチで規則的に配列された樹脂レンズプレートの製造方法であって、キャスト法により溝付きの樹脂プレートを成形し、成形された樹脂プレートの溝部分に光吸収性膜を形成し、溝部分に光吸収性膜が形成された樹脂プレートにホットエンボス法により前記微小凸レンズを成形することを特徴とする樹脂レンズプレートの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂プレートの厚みは、前記樹脂レンズプレートのレンズ形成領域以外の領域の厚み以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂レンズプレートの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂プレートは、紫外線および/または赤外線を減光する機能を有する材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂レンズプレートの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂プレートの表面に低反射被膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂レンズプレートの製造方法。
- 少なくとも片面に球面または非球面の微小凹部が所定のピッチで規則的に配列された固定金型および可動金型を用いてホットエンボス法により前記微小凸レンズを成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の樹脂レンズプレートの製造方法。
- 選択的にレンズプレートの面形状を凹形状または凸形状となるように固定金型および可動金型の冷却速度を変えるか、または冷却時に固定金型と可動金型との間に温度差を設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の樹脂レンズプレートの製造方法。
