本発明は、集合住宅のベランダ空間を利用して設置される収納庫に関する。

【従来の技術】
集合住宅のベランダは共有部分であり、火災などの緊急時の避難路を兼ねている。さらに、集合住宅の家主との契約や、管理組合の規約などによって、美観を損ねる物の設置が制限されており、物置などの収納庫を設置できないことになっている。しかし、緊急時の避難に支障がなく、規約などに違反しない範囲で、ベランダ空間の一部を収納スペースとして有効利用することが検討されている。例えば、集合住宅のベランダに設置して使用する収納庫が提案されている（特許文献１参照）。そこでは、角箱状の収納庫本体と、その下部４隅に設けた脚柱とで収納庫を構成しており、脚柱が空調用の室外機を跨ぐ状態で収納庫を設置することにより、室外機の上方空間を収納スペースとして利用している。

別の提案では、隣家との隔壁部分を利用して、その両側に収納庫を配置している（特許文献２参照）。そこでは隔壁の下部を避難のためのスペースとして確保し、残る隔壁の面壁の外面に収納庫を形成している。収納庫は、避難スペースの上方に形成される第１室と、ベランダ側壁に沿ってベランダ床面から天井にわたって形成される第２室とを備えている。第２室には、室内で収納するには嵩張る、スキー板、釣竿、およびゴルフバッグなどの物品を収納することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特許文献１の収納庫によれば、既に設置されている空調用の室外機の上方空間を収納スペースとして利用できるうえ、収納庫が緊急時の避難の邪魔になることもない。しかし、ベランダに設置される空調用の室外機や洗濯機などの上方空間を収納スペースとして利用するので、収納対象が小さな物品に制約される。収納庫を大型化すると、より大きな物品でも収納できるが、設置位置を自由に変更できることもあって、建物の外観を損ないやすい不利がある。収納庫がベランダに臨む引戸の外に設置してある場合には、室内からの視野が収納庫によって遮られるうえ、採光や換気の邪魔になる不利もある。

特許文献２の収納庫によれば、ベランダ空間を利用して収納を行え、スキー板やゴルフバッグなどの長尺物や嵩高い物品を体裁良く収納保管できる。しかし、緊急時の唯一の避難経路である隣のベランダとの隔壁に収納庫を設けるので、収納庫自体が避難の邪魔になるのを避けられず、充分な安全性を確保するうえで問題がある。第１室の下部空間を避難スペースとしているが、そこに物が置いてあると避難に手間取ることが予想され、とくに非健常者の避難が極めて困難になるおそれがある。地震発生時に、半壊した収納庫によって避難スペースが塞がれてしまう可能性もある。

本発明の目的は、緊急時の避難に支障がないのはもちろん、建物の外観を損ねることもなく、ベランダ空間の一部を収納スペースとして有効利用できる集合住宅のベランダ用収納庫を提供することにある。本発明の目的は、スキー板、釣竿、ゴルフバッグなどの長尺物や嵩高い物品を収納するのに好適な集合住宅のベランダ用収納庫を提供することにある。本発明の目的は、収納庫がベランダに臨む引戸に付設してあるにもかかわらず、室内からの視野が収納庫によって遮られることがなく、しかも収納庫が採光や換気の邪魔になることもない集合住宅のベランダ用収納庫を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のベランダ用収納庫は、緊急時の避難経路を兼ねるベランダに臨んで引戸１が設けてある集合住宅を適用対象とする。引戸１は、左右一対の縦開口枠５と上下のガイド枠６・７とで構成される開口枠２と、開口枠２で開閉自在に案内支持される戸本体３とで構成する。戸本体３は、左右一対の縦戸枠１１と、上下一対の横戸枠１２と、縦横の両戸枠１１・１２に固定される透明板１３とで構成する。開口枠２の側端に位置する戸本体３の縦戸枠１１ａを広幅に形成して、その外面に縦長の収納庫２０を形成する。収納庫２０は、戸本体３の縦戸枠１１ａの外面両側に固定される左右一対の側壁２１と、両側壁２１の上下を塞ぐ屋根壁２２および底壁２３と、収納庫２０の前面の出入口２４を開閉するドア２５とで構成する。両側壁２１、屋根壁２２および底壁２３は、それぞれ締結壁２６・３０・３１を一体に備えた中空のアルミニウム条材で形成する。各締結壁２６・３０・３１をビス２８・３２・３３で、それぞれ縦戸枠１１ａに締結固定する。屋根壁２２および底壁２３と両側壁２１とは、ビス３４・３５でそれぞれ締結固定する。

【発明の作用効果】
本発明では、開口枠２の側端に位置する戸本体３の縦戸枠１１ａを広幅に形成して、その外面に縦長の収納庫２０を形成するので、緊急時に収納庫２０が避難の邪魔になるのを解消できるのはもちろん、収納庫２０が建物の外観を損ねることもなく、ベランダ空間の一部を収納スペースとして有効利用できる。収納庫２０を戸本体３とほぼ同じ上下寸法の縦長箱状に形成するので、スキー板や釣竿等の長尺物を問題なく収納保管できるうえ、ゴルフバッグなどの嵩高い物品であっても収納できる。
