Description

The present invention relates to a fitting including an opening / closing body arranged in an opening of a frame.

In a fitting installed in an opening of a building, the opening is formed by a plurality of frames of the frame, and the opening / closing body is arranged in the opening of the frame. The opening / closing body is openably / closably connected to the frame body and is opened / closed according to an opening / closing operation. Further, conventionally, a fitting has been known in which the tight material of the door frame (frame body) is brought into contact with the shoji when the shoji (opening / closing body) is closed (see Patent Document 1).

In the conventional fitting described in Patent Document 1, the tight material holder is formed so as to project from the frame, and the tight material is attached to the tight material holder. However, in the conventional fittings, the structure of the frame becomes complicated due to the formation of the tight material holder and the like, and thus it may not be possible to easily form a plurality of frames. Further, since the end portions of the frame are combined with each other, it is necessary to cut the end portions of the frame and then process the tight material holder or the like in accordance with the shapes of other frames. Therefore, the structure of the fitting including the structure of the end portion of the frame may be complicated. In addition, the formation of the tight material holder may reduce the effective opening of the fitting. There is room for improvement from a safety point of view because there is concern about collision with the tight material holder.

Depending on the installation location of the fitting, ventilation is required on one side and the other side of the fitting. For example, in a toilet door, in order to ventilate the inside of the toilet, it is necessary to circulate air by ventilating the inside and outside of the room with the shoji screen closed. However, in the conventional fittings, the tight material contacting the shoji blocks the air flow, so that the ventilation cannot be performed easily. On the other hand, when forming the ventilation path in the fitting, there is a concern that the inside of the room is visually recognized through the ventilation path. Therefore, a problem may occur from the viewpoint of privacy.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object thereof is to allow ventilation of one side and the other side of the fitting while suppressing the structure of the fitting from becoming complicated, and This is to prevent visual recognition through the ventilation passage.

The present invention is a fitting including a frame body having a vertical frame and a lower frame and forming an opening, and an opening / closing body arranged in the opening. The fitting is a ventilation path formed between the vertical frame and the opening / closing body, and is attached to the vertical frame to project inward of the opening from the vertical frame, with respect to a vertical edge of the opening / closing body. And a vertically projecting member disposed on one side of the vertical frame in the prospective direction, and an elastically deformable member that is attached to the mounting portion of the lower frame and projects from the mounting portion of the lower frame to the inner side of the opening. The frames 4 to 6 of the frame body 2 are long frame members that form the frame body 2 and are made of metal (for example, aluminum alloy) or synthetic resin. The frames 4 to 6 are molded by extrusion molding and are combined in a rectangular shape with their ends in contact with each other. When the opening / closing body 3 is closed, the opening / closing body 3 is arranged in the opening 2 </ b> A of the frame body 2, and the frame body 2 surrounds the opening / closing body 3. In that state, the frames 4 to 6 are provided on the outer side of the opening 2A with respect to the edges 3A to 3C (the upper edge 3A, the lower edge 3B, and the pair of vertical edges 3C) of the opening / closing body 3, respectively. And is arranged along the edges 3A to 3C. Further, the opening / closing body 3 is opened / closed to open / close the opening 2A of the frame body 2.

The opening / closing body 3 is a foldable opening / closing body for a folding door, and connects the shoji 20, 20 to the two shoji 20, 20 (first shoji 20, second shoji 21) arranged side by side. It has a connecting member 22 and two handles 23, 24 (first handle 23, second handle 24). The first shoji 20 is a turning shoji and is rotatably connected to the frame body 2. The second shoji 21 is a moving shoji and is movably connected to the frame body 2.

The connecting member 22 is located at an intermediate portion in the left-right direction of the opening / closing body 3 and rotatably connects the shoji 20 and 21. The first handle 23 is an indoor-side handle provided on the indoor side of the opening / closing body 3, and is attached to the first shoji 20. The second handle 24 is an outdoor handle provided on the outdoor side of the opening / closing body 3 and is attached to the second shoji 21.

Each of the shoji screens 20 and 21 has a rectangular panel body 25 and a rectangular frame body 30. The second shoji 21 has two slide members 26. The panel body 25 is a face material held by the frame body 30, and is formed of, for example, a composite material of an aluminum alloy and a synthetic resin. The frame 30 has four framed frames 31 to 34 (an upper frame 31, a lower frame 32, a pair of vertical frames 33 and 34) which are framed.

The upper frame 31 and the lower frame 32 extend in the left-right direction, and the pair of vertical frames 33, 34 extend in the vertical direction. The frames 31 to 34 are long frame members that form the frame body 30, and are made of metal (for example, aluminum alloy) or synthetic resin. The frames 31 to 34 are molded by extrusion molding and combined into a rectangular shape. The panel body 25 is fitted into the frame body 30.

One of the vertical frames 33 is a connecting vertical frame that is arranged at an intermediate portion of the opening / closing body 3 in the left-right direction, and the other vertical frame 34 is a supporting vertical frame that is arranged at an end portion of the opening / closing body 3 in the left-right direction. is there. The connecting member 22 is attached to the vertical frame 33 of the first shoji 20 and the vertical frame 33 of the second shoji 21 to rotatably connect the two vertical frames 33. The vertical frame 34 of the first shoji 20 is rotatably supported by the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5. The first shoji 20 rotates about the vertical frame 34 toward the outside and the frame 2 side.

The two slide members 26 are attached to the upper end and the lower end of the vertical frame 34 of the second shoji 21. The upper slide member 26 is connected to the upper frame 4 and slides in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 4. The lower slide member 26 is connected to the lower frame 5 and slides in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 5. The vertical frame 34 of the second shoji 21 is movably supported by the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5 via the slide member 26, and is moved in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5 by the sliding of the slide member 26. To do. Further, the slide member 26 has a rotating portion that rotates the vertical frame 34 of the second shoji 21. The second shoji 21 moves in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5 while rotating around the vertical frame 34 toward the outdoor side and the frame body 2 side.

When opening the opening / closing body 3, the first handle 23 is pushed to the outside of the room, or the second handle 24 is pulled to the outside of the room. Along with this, while the second shoji 21 rotates around the vertical frame 34 to the outside of the room, the vertical shovel 34 of the second shoji 21 moves toward the first shoji 20. At the same time, the two vertical frames 33 rotate with respect to the connecting member 22, while the first shoji 20 rotates around the vertical frame 34 to the outside of the room. As a result, the opening / closing body 3 projects from the frame body 2 to the outdoor side and is bent. Further, the opening / closing body 3 is opened, and the opening 2A of the frame body 2 is opened. When closing the opening / closing body 3, the opening / closing body 3 is deployed and closed by the operation opposite to the opening operation.

The upper frame 31 of the shoji 20 and 21 is provided on the upper edge 3A of the opening / closing body 3, and the lower frame 32 of the shoji 20 and 21 is provided on the lower edge 3B of the opening / closing body 3. The vertical frames 34 of the shoji 20 and 21 are provided on the pair of vertical edges 3C of the opening / closing body 3. When the opening / closing body 3 is closed, the upper edge 3A (upper frame 31) of the opening / closing body 3 faces the upper frame 4, and the lower edge 3B (lower frame 32) of the opening / closing body 3 faces the lower frame 5. . Further, the pair of vertical edge portions 3C (vertical frame 34) of the opening / closing body 3 do not contact the vertical frame 6 respectively, but face the vertical frame 6 with a gap formed therebetween.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged sectional view showing a part of FIG. 2 including one vertical frame 6. In FIG. 6, the screws 12 and the like are omitted. The structure of the fitting 1 on the other vertical frame 6 side is similar to the structure of the fitting 1 on the one vertical frame 6 side.
As illustrated, the vertical frame 6 has a plate-shaped inner peripheral surface portion 6A forming the opening 2A of the frame body 2, a plurality of support portions 6B, and a concave mounting portion 6C. The inner peripheral surface portion 6A of the vertical frame 6 is a part (side surface portion) of the inner peripheral surface portion of the frame body 2, and is arranged on the outer side of the opening 2A with respect to the opening / closing body 3. The inner peripheral surface portion of the frame body 2 is constituted by the inner peripheral surface portions 4A, 5A, 6A of the frames 4, 5, 6 and is formed in a rectangular shape.

The inner peripheral surface portion 6A is a side surface portion of the vertical frame 6 formed along the prospective direction of the vertical frame 6, and faces a part (side portion) of the outer peripheral portion of the opening / closing body 3. The surface of the inner peripheral surface portion 6A on the opening / closing body 3 side (the inner side of the opening portion 2A) is a flat surface formed in a planar shape. The mounting portion 6C is a groove portion (mounting groove portion) formed in a groove shape on the inner peripheral surface portion 6A, and is recessed to the outer side of the opening 2A with respect to the inner peripheral surface portion 6A. The mounting portion 6C is formed on one side portion (here, the end portion) of the inner peripheral surface portion 6A located on one side (inside the room) of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction, and extends along the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. Extend. The mounting portion 6C has two locking portions 6D. The two locking portions 6D project in the prospective direction of the vertical frame 6 in the mounting portion 6C and face each other.

The inner peripheral surface portion 6A extends from the mounting portion 6C toward the other side (outdoor side) of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction. Of the plurality of support portions 6B, one support portion 6B on the outdoor side is a hollow protrusion that protrudes from the inner peripheral surface portion 6A toward the outside of the opening 2A (opening edge portion 13 of the building 10). The two support portions 6B on the indoor side are projection pieces that project from the attachment portion 6C toward the outside of the opening 2A. The plurality of supporting portions 6B contact the opening edge portion 13 and support the inner peripheral surface portion 6A and the mounting portion 6C.

The prospective portion 6E of the vertical frame 6 includes an inner peripheral surface portion 6A and an opening 6F of the mounting portion 6C, and is formed along the prospective direction of the vertical frame 6. The prospective portion 6E and the inner peripheral surface portion 6A are located on the innermost side of the opening 2A in the vertical frame 6, and are formed flat except the opening 6F of the mounting portion 6C. The mounting portion 6C is formed on the indoor side of the inner peripheral surface portion 6A (prospecting portion 6E) and opens to the inner peripheral surface portion 6A.

The fitting 1 includes a ventilation path 7 formed between the vertical frame 6 and the opening / closing body 3, and a soft vertical protruding member 50 attached to the vertical frame 6. The ventilation path 7 is a gap formed between the vertical frame 6 and the vertical edge portion 3C of the opening / closing body 3, and opens toward the space on the indoor side and the space on the outdoor side of the opening / closing body 3. Further, the ventilation path 7 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6 and is formed over the entire portion between the vertical frame 6 and the vertical edge portion 3C of the opening / closing body 3.

The ventilation path 7 is formed between the inner peripheral surface portion 6A of the vertical frame 6 and the opening / closing body 3 in a state where the opening / closing body 3 is closed. When the opening / closing body 3 is closed, the ventilation path 7 allows air to flow between the space on the indoor side and the space on the outdoor side of the opening / closing body 3. The air passes from the indoor side of the opening / closing body 3 to the outdoor side through the ventilation path 7, and passes from the outdoor side of the opening / closing body 3 to the indoor side.

The vertical protruding member 50 has a base portion 51, two locked portions 52, and a protruding piece 53, and is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. The locked portion 52 is a groove formed in the base portion 51, and the projecting piece 53 projects from the base portion 51 toward the inner side of the opening 2A. When the vertical protruding member 50 is attached, the base portion 51 is inserted into the attachment portion 6C of the vertical frame 6. Further, the locking portion 6D of the mounting portion 6C is arranged inside the locked portion 52, and the base portion 51 is locked to the locking portion 6D. As a result, the vertical protruding member 50 is detachably locked to the mounting portion 6C.

The vertical protrusion member 50 is attached to the attachment portion 6C of the vertical frame 6 and protrudes from the vertical frame 6 and the inner peripheral surface portion 6A toward the inner side of the opening 2A. Here, the projecting piece 53 of the vertical projecting member 50 projects toward the vertical edge portion 3C of the opening / closing body 3 on the indoor side of the opening / closing body 3. The vertical projecting member 50 (projection piece 53) is arranged on one side (indoor side) of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction with respect to the ventilation path 7 and the vertical edge portion 3C (vertical frame 34) of the opening / closing body 3 to open and close. Adjacent to the vertical edge 3C of the body 3. The vertical protruding member 50 does not contact the opening / closing body 3 and is arranged at a position separated from the vertical edge portion 3C of the opening / closing body 3.

In the state where the opening / closing body 3 is closed, the vertical protruding member 50 is arranged along the vertical edge portion 3C of the opening / closing body 3 and forms a gap 54 with the opening / closing body 3. The gap 54 is provided between the space on the indoor side of the opening / closing body 3 and the ventilation path 7. The ventilation path 7 is connected to the space on the indoor side of the opening / closing body 3 via the gap 54. The gap 54 between the vertical protruding member 50 and the opening / closing body 3 does not hinder the flow of air through the ventilation path 7, and allows the fitting 1 to smoothly ventilate the air.

The vertical protruding member 50 is a shielding member (blindfold) that shields the ventilation path 7. When the vertical projecting member 50 is viewed from one side (inside the room) of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction, the vertical projecting member 50 overlaps with the ventilation path 7, and the ventilation path 7 is shielded by the vertical projecting member 50. Further, when the ventilation path 7 is viewed from the other side (outside of the room) of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction, the space on the indoor side of the opening / closing body 3 is hidden by the vertical protruding member 50. The vertical protruding member 50 is provided over the entire length of the ventilation passage 7 in the longitudinal direction, and shields the entire ventilation passage 7. The vertical protruding member 50 prevents the indoor side of the fitting 1 from being visually recognized through the ventilation path 7.

The opening / closing body 3 (see FIG. 2) projects and bends to the other side (outside of the room) of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction of the vertical frame 6 when opened, and heads toward one side (inside of the room) of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction of the vertical frame 6 when closed. Eliminates bending. On the vertical frame 34 side of the second shoji 21, the ventilation passage 7 is formed with the opening / closing body 3 closed, and the ventilation member 7 is shielded by the vertical protruding member 50. On the other hand, on the side of the vertical frame 34 of the first shoji 20, the ventilation passage 7 is formed with the opening / closing body 3 closed and with the opening / closing body 3 open, and the ventilation passage 7 is formed by the vertical protruding member 50. Is shielded.

Before the frame of the frame body 2 (see FIG. 1), the frames 4 to 6 are cut in a direction orthogonal to their respective longitudinal directions to have a predetermined length. As a result, both end portions orthogonal to each longitudinal direction are formed in the frames 4-6. Subsequently, the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5 are arranged between the ends of the pair of vertical frames 6 and combined with the pair of vertical frames 6. As a result, the frames 4 to 6 are combined in a rectangular shape with their ends in contact with each other, and the frame body 2 is framed.

In the fitting 1 described above, the ventilation passage 7 enables ventilation between one side and the other side of the fitting 1 (here, the indoor side and the outdoor side), and the vertical projecting member 50 allows the ventilation passage of the fitting 1 to flow. The visual recognition through 7 can be prevented. Further, the formation of the ventilation passage 7 and the prevention of visual recognition can be easily realized, and the structure of the fitting 1 can be prevented from becoming complicated.

Since the inner peripheral surface portion 6A is formed along the prospective direction of the vertical frame 6, the effective opening of the fitting 1 can be secured. Since the collision with the vertical frame 6 can be suppressed, the safety of the vertical frame 6 on the opening / closing body 3 side can be improved. The vertical protrusion member 50 is attached to the attachment portion 6C formed in the inner peripheral surface portion 6A in a groove shape, and the vertical protrusion member 50 can be easily attached to the vertical frame 6 while simplifying the structure of the vertical frame 6. Further, the inner peripheral surface portion 6A of the vertical frame 6 is formed in a flat shape without a portion protruding inward of the opening 2A. Therefore, the frames 4 to 7 can be combined by simply cutting the ends of the frames 4 to 6. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the structure of the fitting 1 including the structures of the ends of the frames 4 to 6 from becoming complicated.

The attachment portion 6C is formed on one side portion (here, the indoor side portion) of the inner peripheral surface portion 6A, and the vertical protruding member 50 protrudes on the indoor side of the inner peripheral surface portion 6A. Therefore, the vertical protruding member 50 can be reliably arranged on the indoor side with respect to the vertical edge portion 3C of the opening / closing body 3. Since the opening / closing body 3 projects outward and is bent, the opening / closing body 3 is prevented from contacting the vertical protruding member 50 when the opening / closing body 3 is opened / closed. Accordingly, the opening / closing body 3 can be opened / closed smoothly.

An airtight material similar to the airtight material 40 of the upper frame 4 is used as the vertical protruding member 50, and an airtight material similar to the airtight material 41 of the lower frame 5 is used as the lower protruding members 42 and 43. The airtight members 40 and 41, the vertical protruding member 50, and the lower protruding members 42 and 43 are soft members, and are formed of elastically deformable soft materials (for example, soft resin and rubber). Therefore, when a person contacts the vertical protruding member 50 and the lower protruding members 42 and 43, the vertical protruding member 50 and the lower protruding members 42 and 43 are flexibly deformed. As a result, the safety of the fitting 1 can be further improved.

The lower protruding members 42 and 43 can prevent the toes from being caught between the lower member of the opening / closing body 3 (for example, the lower frame 5, the floor) and the opening / closing body 3. Further, when the opening / closing body 3 is about to bend toward the indoor side, the first lower protruding member 42 contacts the airtight material 41 of the lower frame 5, and the opening / closing body 3 stops. When the first lower projecting member 42 moves over the airtight material 41 and moves to the indoor side of the airtight material 41, the second lower projecting member 43 contacts the airtight material 41 and the opening / closing body 3 stops. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the opening / closing body 3 from moving to the indoor side (reverse bending). When the lower projecting members 42 and 43 move over the airtight material 41 and move to the indoor side of the airtight material 41, the lower projecting members 42 and 43 and the airtight material 41 are deformed, and the lower projecting members 42 and 43 are moved to the chamber of the airtight material 41. It can be easily returned to the outside. As a result, it is possible to prevent a person from being trapped inside the fitting 1 inside the room.

The fitting 1 may be a new fitting or a remodeling fitting. At the time of remodeling, the existing fitting is removed and the fitting 1 is installed in the opening 11 of the building 10. Moreover, you may form the vertical protrusion member 50 in shapes (for example, hollow shape) other than a protrusion.

The frame body 2 of the fitting 1 has at least a pair of vertical frames 6. The ventilation passage 7 and the vertical protruding member 50 may be provided on either one of the vertical frames 6 side, or may be provided on both vertical frame 6 sides. That is, the ventilation path 7 is formed between at least one vertical frame 6 and the opening / closing body 3, and the vertical protruding member 50 is attached to at least one vertical frame 6 forming the ventilation path 7. The vertical protruding member 50 may be arranged on the outdoor side with respect to the vertical edge portion 3C of the opening / closing body 3. In this case, one side of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction is the outdoor side, and the other side of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction is the indoor side.

FIG. 7: is sectional drawing of fitting 1A of other embodiment, and has shown the cross-sectional view which cut | disconnected the fitting 1A in the horizontal direction similarly to FIG.
Here, as illustrated, the fitting 1A is a sliding door. The opening / closing body 3 of the fitting 1A is a slidable slide opening / closing body, and is opened and closed by sliding. When the opening / closing body 3 is closed, the ventilation path 7 is formed between the vertical frame 6 of the frame body 2 and the opening / closing body 3. The vertical protruding member 50 is attached to the vertical frame 6, and a gap 54 is formed between the vertical protruding member 50 and the opening / closing body 3. When the vertical protruding member 50 is viewed from one side of the vertical frame 6 in the prospective direction, the ventilation passage 7 is shielded by the vertical protruding member 50.

Although the fittings have been described above by taking the folding door and the sliding door as examples, the fittings may be other fittings (for example, hinged doors and windows). The present invention can be applied to various fittings that perform ventilation. Further, the fittings are not limited to the entrance and exit of the toilet, but are installed in various openings of the building. The fitting may be provided between two rooms (or two spaces) of the building. In this way, both sides of the fitting may be indoors, and both the one side and the other side of the vertical frame in the prospective direction may be the indoor side. Further, the configuration of the frame of the frame body is changed according to the type and shape of the fitting. The frame body has at least one vertical frame.
