As shown in FIG. 6, the lower surface of the connection wall portion 311 of the screen door lower ridge 34 is in contact with and supported by the upper end portion of the outdoor side rail portion 213 of the lower frame 12. One restricting wall portion 312A of the advancing and retracting unit 300 is disposed on the indoor side of the outdoor side rail portion 213, and the other restricting wall portion 312B of the advancing and retracting unit 300 is disposed on the outdoor side of the outdoor side rail portion 213. When the screen door 3 is displaced (inclined) to the indoor side in the lower room outer side recessed groove G1, the restriction wall portion 312B of the screen lower door 34 abuts on the surface 213b of the outdoor side rail portion 213 facing the outdoor side. When the screen door 3 is displaced (inclined) to the outdoor side in the lower room outer side recessed groove G1, the restriction wall portion 312A of the screen lower door 34 abuts the surface 213a of the outdoor side rail portion 213 facing the indoor side. That is, the restriction wall portion 312B has a surface 312b facing the surface 213b of the outdoor side rail portion 213, and the restriction wall portion 312A has a surface 312a facing the surface 213a of the outdoor side rail portion 213. In this way, indoor and outdoor movement of the screen door 3 is restricted. Further, the outer wall portion 303 disposed on the indoor side of the lower door 34 is in contact with the airtight member 220 provided on the lower frame 12.
Next, the configuration of the screen door 33 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 7, the screen door 33 is configured by inverting the screen door 34 shown in FIG. 6 up and down, and the same members will be assigned the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted.
The upper ridge support portion 244 of the projecting member 240 provided on the upper frame 11 is disposed slightly below the side wall portion 301 disposed on the indoor side of the screen door ridge 33. The side wall portion 301 is configured to be able to be supported by the upper rod support portion 244 of the projecting member 240.
As shown in FIG. 1, the first end of the plurality of connected advancing and retracting units 300 constituting the screen door lower frame 34 is attached to the screen door fixed longitudinal weir 31, and the plurality of connected advancing and retracting units 300 constituting the screen door lower frame 34. The second end portion (opposite to the first end portion) of the shutter is provided so as to be able to advance to and retract from the screen door movable longitudinal lever 32. The first end of the plurality of connected advancing and retracting units 300 constituting the screen door 33 is attached to the screen fixed fixed longitudinal weir 31, and the second end of the plurality of connected advancing and retracting units 300 constituting the screen door 33. Are provided so as to be able to advance to and retreat from the movable screen vertical rod 32.
As a result, when the screen door movable vertical bar 32 moves to the side away from the screen door fixed vertical bar 31 in the left-right direction, the second end of the advancing / retracting unit 300 of the screen door lower bar 34 is inside the screen door movable vertical bar 32. Moving downward, the advancing and retracting unit 300 on the second end side advances along the upper portion of the lower frame 12. In addition, the second end of the advancing and retracting unit 300 of the screen door 33 moves upward in the movable screen vertical groove 32, and the advancing and retracting unit 300 on the second end side advances along the lower portion of the upper frame 11. At this time, the upper and lower end portions of the net body 39 are guided to the advancing and retracting unit 300 which advances, and the pleated net body 39 spreads and opens (see FIG. 2).
On the other hand, when the screen movable vertical weir 32 moves to the side close to the screen fixed vertical weir 31 in the left and right direction, the second end of the advancing and retracting unit 300 of the screen door lower weir 34 moves upward in the screen movable vertical weir 32 , And the advancing and retracting unit 300 disposed along the upper portion of the lower frame 12 is accommodated in the screen door movable upright 32. Further, the second end of the advancing and retracting unit 300 of the screen door 33 moves downward in the movable screen 32 and the advancing and retracting unit 300 disposed along the lower part of the upper frame 11 is in the screen 32. Housed in At this time, the spread net 39 is folded in a pleated shape and stored (see FIG. 4).
In the screen door sash 100 configured as described above, the lower frame 12 is provided with the outdoor side rail portion 213 that protrudes upward. The outdoor side rail part 213 supports the lower door 22 of the outer shutter 3A and the screen door 34 of the screen door 3. The outer shutter 3A and the screen door 3 are slidably supported in the left-right direction. Therefore, it is possible to open and close the outer shutter 3A and the screen door 3 in the frame 1 of the different sash.
In addition, since the screen lower portion 34 is provided with the restriction wall portion 312 which can contact the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the outdoor side rail portion 213 of the lower frame 12, the indoor and outdoor portions of the screen lower portion 34 are provided. Movement of the direction is regulated. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately provide the frame door 1 with the screen door 34 for guiding the lower end portion of the net body 39.
In addition, if the screen door 34 is installed so as to sandwich the outdoor side rail portion 213 from the indoor / outdoor direction by the pair of restriction wall portions 312, the indoor / outdoor movement of the screen door 34 is restricted. Therefore, the screen door 34 can be easily installed in the frame 1.
In addition, the lower door 34 is in contact with the outdoor side upward wall portion 214 of the lower frame 12. As a result, movement of the screen door lower ridge 34 from the lower frame 12 to the outside is restricted. Further, the screen door lower hook 34 abuts on the indoor side upward wall portion 202 of the lower frame 12. As a result, movement of the screen door 34 so as to protrude from the lower frame 12 to the indoor side is restricted.
Further, the middle downward wall portion 234 of the upper frame 11 is provided with a protruding member 240 that protrudes toward the outdoor side. The upper airtight portion 243 of the projecting member 240 abuts on the indoor surface of the outer insulator 20A, whereby the airtightness of the outer insulator 20A can be secured.
Further, the projecting member 240 is provided with an upper airtight portion 243 and an upper weir supporting portion 244 which supports the screen door 33. By providing the projecting member 240 on the middle downward wall portion 234, the mesh upper door 33 can be supported, and the airtightness of the outer shoji 2A can be secured. Therefore, the workability is better than providing the support portion and the airtight portion on the upper frame 11 separately.
In addition, the outer seal 2A and the screen door 3 travel on the outdoor side rail portion 213 of the lower frame 12, and the inner seal 2B travels on the indoor side rail portion 203. Therefore, it is possible to take a form in which the inner shutter 2B is disposed on the indoor side of the outer shutter 2A and the screen door 3.
