Description

The present invention relates to a joinery, and more particularly, to a joinery such as a raising / lowering window provided with a window frame and a movable shoji supported in the window frame.

As a fitting provided in an outer wall opening of a house or the like, a raising / lowering window provided with a shoji that can be opened and closed slidably is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Patent Document 1 discloses a raising / lowering window including a window frame, and an upper shoji (outer shoji) and a lower shoji (inner shoji) provided on the window frame so as to be opened and closed vertically. In this raising and lowering window, the upper shoji on the outdoor side and the lower shoji on the indoor side are closed in the expected direction at the summoning section and closed, and the pulley provided in the vertical frame and the wire wound around this pulley The upper shoji and lower shoji can be opened and closed in conjunction with each other.

However, in the conventional raising and lowering window, the pulley is provided across the rail for the upper shoji and the rail for the lower shoji in the vertical frame, that is, the pulley is provided through the partition piece that partitions the inner and outer rails. Therefore, there is a possibility that inconvenience may occur in water-stopping property, heat insulating property, and airtightness. That is, normally, the partition piece is provided with a vertical airtight material (water-stopping material), and the vertical airtight material and the upper or lower shoji are in sliding contact with each other. In the case of penetration, the indoor and outdoor spaces are communicated through the notch. For this reason, in the conventional raising / lowering window, a vertical plate surrounding the periphery of the pulley is provided in the vertical frame for water stop, heat insulation, and airtightness in the cutout part, and the structure of the vertical frame becomes complicated and the number of parts is reduced. There are also problems such as an increase.

An object of the present invention is to provide a joinery that can ensure water-stopping property, heat insulation property, and airtightness without causing complication of the structure, and that can interlock upper and lower shoji.

The joinery of the present invention is supported by the window frame that is slidable up and down along the indoor side of the outdoor frame material, a window frame fixed to the building opening, the outdoor frame material supported by the window frame. The window frame includes an upper movable shoji and a lower movable shoji, wherein the window frame is configured by an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames, and is separated from the upper frame and separated from the lower frame. The outdoor surface material is supported while being spaced upward from the frame, and of the upper and lower separated portions, the closed position that covers the indoor side of the upper separated portion and the open position that opens the separated portion are described above. upper movable sash is mounted for vertical movement, between an open position for opening the closed position and the spaced portion covering the interior side of the separation portion of the lower side of the lower movable shoji mounted for vertical movement, the upper The closing position of the movable shoji is below the upper movable shoji. The inner召合allowed stile a position overlapping the interior side of the outer召合allowed stile of the chamber outer members top, between the outdoor surface and the vertical frame of the upper movable Shoji, airtight material is interposed, said The vertical frame includes a vertical frame rail that guides the upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji so as to be movable up and down. Inside the vertical frame rail is a pulley, and one end of the upper movable shoji is wound around the pulley. And the other end is connected to the lower movable shoji, and the upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji are configured to move up and down in conjunction with each other . The upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji are arranged at substantially the same position, and are supported so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis extending along the direction in which the vertical frame is found, and one end side of the connection support member is located on the outdoor side of the pulley Down and indoors Coupled to the Activity upper movable shoji, and the other end side of the connecting support member is connected to the lower movable shoji extends downward and outside direction from the interior side of the pulley.

According to the present invention described above, the pulley and the connecting support member are arranged inside the vertical frame rail, that is, the upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji move up and down in substantially the same plane, and the pulley is moved in the moving plane of this shoji. Since the connecting support member is disposed, it is not necessary to dispose the pulley at a position penetrating the vertical frame from the inside to the outside of the room, and there is no problem in water stoppage, heat insulation, and airtightness. And since the vertical frame does not penetrate indoors or outdoors, water stoppage, heat insulation, and airtightness can be secured without using a special structure for closing the penetration part, preventing the vertical frame structure from becoming complicated and increasing the number of parts. On the other hand, the upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji can be supported in an openable / closable manner in conjunction with each other.
In addition, since one end side of the connecting support member extends downward and indoors from the outside of the pulley and is connected to the upper movable obstacle, the upper movable obstacle is placed in the chamber by the tensile force of the connecting support member that supports the weight of the upper movable obstacle. A reaction force that pushes outward acts. Therefore, the inner summon bowl below the upper movable shoji is pressed against the outer summit bowl above the outdoor surface material by the reaction force, and the water stoppage, heat insulation, and airtightness at the summon section can be improved. In addition, since an airtight material is inserted between the outdoor surface of the upper movable shoji and the vertical frame, a reaction force acts in the direction of increasing the tightness of the airtight material, further improving water-stopping, heat insulation, and airtightness. Can be made.

At this time, in the joinery of the present invention, a slide member guided by the vertical frame rail is provided at the lower end of each of the upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji, and the connection support is provided to the slide member of the upper movable shoji. It is preferable that one end of the material is connected and the other end of the connection support member is connected to the slide member of the lower movable shoji.
According to such a configuration, the connection support member is connected to the slide member provided at the lower end portion of the upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji so that the upper movable shoji and the lower movable shoji can be connected even if they are configured to be turned over. The support material does not get in the way, and an inward-turning function can be added without changing the support structure. By inwardly tilting, the cleanability of the outer surface of each shoji room can be easily secured.

Furthermore, in the joinery of the present invention, it is preferable that an insertion portion through which the connecting support member on the other end side is inserted is formed in the slide member of the upper movable shoji.
According to such a structure, when the other end side of the connection support material extended toward the slide member of a lower movable shoji passes the slide member position of an upper movable shoji, a connection support material passes along the insertion part of this slide member. Thereby, interference with the slide member of an upper movable shoji can be avoided. Therefore, a smooth opening / closing operation can be realized without the connection support member and the slide member being caught when the shoji is opened / closed.

Further, the upper movable shoji 20 is slid downward so that the upper collar 21 substantially overlaps the indoor side of the upper intermediate collar 44, and the lower end portion (slide shoe 25) of the vertical collar 23 reaches the open position where it abuts against the shoji stopper 137. It is configured to be opened. On the other hand, the lower movable shoji 30 is closed with the lower collar 32 abutting against the lower frame 12 and the upper collar 31 and the lower intermediate collar 45 of the fixed face material unit 40 overlapping in the prospective direction (closed position). In this closed position, by operating the crescent lock 37 provided on the upper collar 31 of the lower movable shoji 30 to engage the lock receiver of the lower intermediate collar 45 with 37A, the lower movable shoji 30 and the upper part interlocked therewith The movable shoji 20 can be locked. Further, the lower movable shoji 30 is slid upward so that the lower rod 32 substantially overlaps the indoor side of the lower intermediate rod 45, and the upper end portion (latch device 36) of the vertical rod 33 reaches the open position where it contacts the shoji stopper 137. It is configured to be opened.

Next, the support structure of the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 in the raising / lowering window 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 6A is a side view of the vertical frame 13, and FIG. 6B is a vertical cross-sectional view of the raising / lowering window 1. FIG. 7 is a side view showing the support structure of the upper movable shoji 20. FIG. 8 is a side view, a plan view, and a cross-sectional view showing the slide shoes 25 and 35. FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the support structure.

The pulley 50 that supports the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 is provided inside the vertical frame rail member 132 in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the vertical frame 13 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. The pulley 50 is rotatably supported by a pulley support member 50A fixed to the expected rail surface portion 132A of the vertical frame rail member 132. The rotation axis A extends along the direction in which the vertical frame 13 is found, and the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 are provided approximately in the center of the prospective direction, that is, directly above the slide shoes 25 and 35. A wire 51 as a connection support member is wound around the pulley 50. One end of the wire 51 is connected to the slide shoe 25 of the upper movable shoji 20 and the other end is a slide shoe of the lower movable shoji 30. 35. That is, one end side 51A of the wire 51 directed downward from the outdoor side of the pulley 50 extends in the indoor direction and is connected to the slide shoe 25, and the other end side 51B of the wire 51 directed downward from the indoor side of the pulley 50 extends in the outdoor direction. It extends and is connected to the slide shoe 35.

As shown in FIG. 8, the slide shoes 25, 35 are provided with rotating shafts 25 </ b> A, 35 </ b> A connected to lower end edges of the upper movable shoddle 20 and the lower movable shoddle 30, and the inside of the vertical frame rail member 132 (rail expected surface part 132 </ b> A). Slide shoe main bodies 25B and 35B guided by the rail interior side surface 132B and the rail outdoor side surface 132C, and connecting members 25C and 35C for connecting the wires 51 to the slide shoe main bodies 25B and 35B. It is configured. The rotary shafts 25A and 35A are fixed to the lower end portions of the vertical rods 23 and 33 and the lower surfaces of the lower rods 22 and 32 of the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30, respectively. In addition, recesses 25D and 35D as insertion parts are formed on the side surfaces of the slide shoe main bodies 25B and 35B, and the other end side 51B of the wire 51 is positioned at the position of the slide shoe 25 attached to the upper movable shoji 20. When passing, the other end side 51B is inserted into the recessed portion 25D, and the other end side 51B is configured not to contact the slide shoe main body 25B.

In such a support structure, when the weights of the upper movable obstacle 20 and the lower movable obstacle 30 are supported by the wire 51, a balance of forces as shown in FIG. 9 occurs. That is, the tension F1 acts on one end side 51A of the wire 51 that supports the weight of the upper movable shoji 20, and the tension F1 also acts on the other end side 51B of the wire 51 that supports the weight of the lower movable shoji 30. It is assumed that the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 have substantially the same weight and the tension F1 is balanced. At this time, since one end side 51A of the wire 51 extends downward from the outdoor side of the pulley 50 in the indoor direction, a reaction force F2, which is a component force of the tension F1, acts on the upper movable shoji 20 in the outdoor direction. To do. On the other hand, since the other end side 51B of the wire 51 extends downward from the indoor side of the pulley 50 in the outdoor direction, a reaction force F3 that is a component force of the tension F1 acts on the lower movable shoji 30 in the indoor direction. To do. The reaction force F3 is smaller than the reaction force F2 because the inclination angle of the other end side 51B of the wire 51 is smaller than that of the one end side 51A.

As described above, the relatively large reaction force F <b> 2 acts to push the lower end portion of the upper movable shoji 20 toward the outdoor side, so that the lower collar 22 of the upper movable shoji 20 acts on the upper intermediate collar 44 of the fixed face material unit 40. It will be energized in the approaching direction. In other words, when the upper movable shoji 20 is closed, the lower summit 22 constitutes the inner summon bowl and the upper intermediate collar 44 constitutes the outer summon bowl. A reaction force F2 acts in the direction to draw the summon bowls together. Further, the vertical rod 23 of the upper movable shoji 20 and the rail chamber outer side surface portion 132C of the vertical frame rail member 132 are biased toward each other, whereby an airtight material 23A attached to the outdoor surface of the vertical rod 23 (see FIG. 4) is brought into close contact with the rail chamber outer side surface portion 132C.

According to this embodiment, there are the following effects.
(1) That is, since the pulley 50 and the wire 51 are disposed inside the vertical frame rail member 132 that is in the moving plane of the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30, the protruding piece of the vertical frame body 131 in the vertical frame 13 It is no longer necessary to penetrate the outer side surface 132C of the part 134 and the vertical frame rail member 132 to the inside and outside of the room, and there is no problem in water-stopping property, heat insulating property, and airtightness. Since the vertical frame 13 does not penetrate indoors or outdoors, a special structure for closing the penetrating portion can be dispensed with, and the structure of the vertical frame 13 can be complicated and the number of parts can be prevented while increasing. 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 can be interlocked and supported so that opening and closing is possible.

(2) Further, since the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 are supported so as to be able to be opened and closed, the upper movable shoji 20 is also opened and closed by opening and closing only the lower movable shoji 30. Even if the upper movable shoji 20 is provided at a height that is difficult to reach, the opening and closing can be easily performed, and convenience can be improved. In addition, since the wire 51 is connected to the slide shoes 25 and 35 of the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30, the wire 51 does not get in the way when the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 are tilted inward. The inward operation can be performed smoothly, whereby the outer surface of each shoji room can be easily cleaned.

(3) Since the recesses 25D and 35D are formed in the slide shoes 25 and 35, the slide shoe 25 of the upper movable shoji 20 interferes with the other end 51B of the wire 51 toward the lower movable shoji 30. Therefore, a smooth opening / closing operation can be realized without the wire 51 and the slide shoe 25 being caught when the shoji is opened / closed.

(4) Further, a reaction force F2 that presses the lower rod 22 (inner summoning rod) of the upper movable shoji 20 against the upper intermediate rod 44 (outer summoning rod) of the fixed face material unit 40 by the tension F1 of the one end 51A of the wire 51. Therefore, it is possible to improve the water-stopping property, heat-insulating property, and air-tightness at the summoning portion. Furthermore, the airtight member 23A of the vertical rod 23 of the upper movable shoji 20 is brought into close contact with the rail room outer side surface portion 132C of the vertical frame rail member 132 by the reaction force F2, thereby further improving the water stopping performance of the upper movable shoji 20 and the like. Can do.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, Including other structures etc. which can achieve the objective of this invention, the deformation | transformation etc. which are shown below are also contained in this invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the raising / lowering window 1 is configured to include a pair of upper and lower movable shojis (upper movable shoji 20 and lower movable shoji 30). You may be comprised with a movable shoji. Moreover, the outdoor surface material provided on the outdoor side of the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 is not limited to the fixed glass panel 48 provided in the fixed surface material unit 40 as in the above-described embodiment, but is provided in the window frame 10. It may be a fixed panel or a fixed shoji which is fixed, or an outdoor movable shoji supported by the window frame 10 so as to be movable up and down. Further, the outdoor surface material may be an open type or protruding type shoji that is supported by the window frame 10 and can be opened and closed on the outdoor side.

In the above-described embodiment, the wire 51 wound around the pulley 50 has one end 51 </ b> A extending downward and indoors from the outdoor side of the pulley 50 and connected to the slide shoe 25 of the upper movable shoji 20. The other end side 51B extends downward from the indoor side of the pulley 50 and is connected to the slide shoe 35 of the lower movable shoji 30. As shown in FIGS. The wire 51 may be wound in the opposite direction.
That is, in FIGS. 10 and 11, the wire 51 is connected to the slide shoe 25 of the upper movable shoji 20 so that one end 51 </ b> A of the wire 51 extends downward from the indoor side of the pulley 50 and extends in the outdoor direction. The other end side 51 </ b> B of the wire 51 that extends downward and extends in the indoor direction is connected to the slide shoe 35 of the lower movable shoji 30.

If the wire 51 is wound as described above, when the tension F1 acts on the one end side 51A of the wire 51, the reaction force F2 acts on the upper movable shoji 20 toward the indoor direction. On the other hand, when the tension F <b> 1 acts on the other end side 51 </ b> B of the wire 51, the reaction force F <b> 3 acts on the lower movable shoji 30 toward the indoor direction. Therefore, the reaction force F2 acts so as to pull the lower end of the upper movable shoji 20 into the indoor side, so that the upper movable shoji 20 is biased in the direction away from the rail room outer side surface 132C of the vertical frame rail member 132. For this reason, the tight contact between the airtight material 23A attached to the outdoor surface of the vertical shaft 23 and the rail outdoor side surface portion 132C becomes loose, and the sliding resistance when the upper movable shoji 20 is opened and closed can be reduced.
As described above, depending on the direction in which the wire 51 is wound around the pulley 50, whether to improve the water stop performance as in the above embodiment, or conversely to reduce the sliding resistance, improve the operability. It is possible to select according to the installation location of each and the size of each shoji, and the degree of freedom in designing the joinery can be improved.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 were comprised so that it could fall inward, not only this but the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30 can only be opened and closed by the up-and-down slide, and cannot be tilted inward. It may be configured. That is, when the fitting of the present invention is installed at a position that can be cleaned from the outdoor side, it is not always necessary to configure each shoji so that it can be tilted inwardly, the latch devices 26 and 36 are omitted, and the upper movable shoji 20 and The lower movable shoji 30 may be supported so as not to be disengaged from the vertical rail member 132. It is also possible to configure only the upper movable shoji 20 so that it can be tilted inward, or to configure only the lower movable shoji 30 so that it can be tilted inward.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the airtight material 23A was attached to the vertical rod 23 (33) side of the upper movable shoji 20 and the lower movable shoji 30, and it was made to contact | abut with the vertical frame 13, airtight material 23A is attached to the vertical frame 13 side. May be attached, or may be attached to both. Similarly, in the summoning heel portion (the lower arm 22 of the upper movable shoji 20, the upper middle arm 44, the lower intermediate arm 45, the upper arm 31 of the lower movable shoji 30 of the fixed face material unit 40), You may set an attachment location suitably.
In addition, the recesses 25D and 35D are formed in the slide shoes 25 and 35 so as to avoid interference between the slide shoe 25 of the upper movable shoji 20 and the other end side 51B of the wire 51 toward the lower movable shoji 30. This may be a structure in which the wire 51 and the slide shoe 25 are not in contact at all, or may be a structure in which the wire 51 and the slide shoe 25 are in sliding contact when the movable shoji is slid up and down slightly. That is, as long as the influence of the wire 51 on the slide of the slide shoe 25 can be reduced, not only the recesses 25D and 35D but also any configuration can be adopted.
