Claims (22)
- 伝動ベルトに張力を与えるためのテンショナに用いられるダンピング機構であって、
第1及び第2端部を備え、スプリングトルクを供給するスプリングと、
ピボット点に係合する少なくとも1つのランプ面と、摩擦面とを備えるダンピングプレートとを備え、
前記ダンピングプレートが、プレート底部、内側壁、及び外側壁を有する溝を備え、
前記ダンピングプレートが、前記スプリングの前記第1端部と係合する第1及び第2スプリング接点を備え、前記第1端部が前記第1及び第2スプリング接点に前記スプリングトルクを作用することにより、前記ダンピングプレートに作用するスプリングトルクが、前記ピボット点における反力と連携して垂直力を発生する
ことを特徴とするダンピング機構。 - 前記ダンピングプレートが少なくとも1つの軸に対して対称であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが、外側摩擦面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが、前記外側摩擦面を形成する取付ライニングを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記スプリングが捩りスプリングであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが円形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが半円形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが、内側摩擦面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが、前記内側摩擦面を形成する取付ライニングを備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記プレート底部が前記テンショナと摺動係合する底面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記底面が摩擦パッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記プレート底部が、前記スプリングと係合する上面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが、ダンピングプレートの相対運動を可能とするピボット継ぎ手を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のダンピング機構。
- 前記外側壁が、前記テンショナとの径方向への係合を可能にする偏向バンドを備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のダンピング機構。
- 無端部材に張力を与えるためのベルトテンショナであって、
シャフトを有するハウジングと、
前記シャフトに枢軸的に取り付けられるピボットアームと、
前記シャフトに実質的に平行かつ離れて配置されたプーリシャフトの回りに回転するように前記ピボットアームに枢着されたプーリと、
第1及び第2端部を備え、スプリングトルクを供給するスプリングと、
ピボット点に係合する少なくとも1つのランプ面と、摩擦面とを備えるダンピングプレートとを備え、
前記ダンピングプレートが、前記スプリングの前記第1端部と係合する第1及び第2スプリング接点を備え、前記第1端部が前記第1及び第2スプリング接点に前記スプリングトルクを作用することにより、前記ダンピングプレートに作用するスプリングトルクが、前記ピボット点における反力と連携して垂直力を発生し、
全てのピボットアームの運動を、無端部材から遠ざかる第1の方向への前記ピボットアームの運動に作用する第1ダンピング力と、無端部材に向かう第2の方向への前記ピボットアームの運動に作用する第2ダンピング力とにより実質的に減少させ、前記第1ダンピング力は前記第2ダンピング力よりも大きい
ことを特徴とするベルトテンショナ。 - 前記第1ダンピング力と前記第2ダンピング力の比率が非対称係数を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のテンショナ。
- 非対称係数が1よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記摩擦面が所定の長さの曲線形状を描くことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ダンピングプレートが更に、前記ピボット点に係合するプレートを備え、これにより前記ダンピングプレートの回転が、前記ピボット点を回転中心とする前記第1接点と第2接点に掛かる力により発生することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記摩擦面が、少なくとも2つの摩擦面要素を有し、1つの摩擦面部の曲率中心は、他のどの摩擦面要素の曲率中心とも一致しないことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記摩擦面が非金属材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記非金属が、滑らかにされていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のテンショナ。
