本発明は、技媒体である遊技球を用いて遊技を行うパチンコ遊技機に関し、更に詳しく言えば、遊技球を玉箱へ直接払出しすることができるパチンコ遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
図8に示すような従来のパチンコ遊技機Mにおいては、遊技盤1上の入賞口に遊技球が入賞すると、図9に示すように、賞球払出装置(賞球払出手段)3に信号が送られ、賞球払出装置3により賞球として一定数の遊技球が払い出される。図9に示すように、この遊技球は、賞球タンク2から賞球払出装置3によって、上部受皿玉払出通路4を経由して、上部受皿用玉払出口51より上部受皿5(遊技球供給皿)に払出される。上部受皿5に払出された遊技球は、遊技球発射装置(遊技球発射手段)6(図8において遊技球発射レバー61のみを図示)に供給され、遊技球発射装置6により新たに遊技盤1内に発射されて遊技に使用される。

この上部受皿5が収容できる遊技球数は100〜130球程度である。このため、大量の賞球が得られた場合には、上部受皿5はすぐに満杯となってしまう。そして、上部受皿5が満杯となった場合には、上部受皿5に入りきらない遊技球はフロー孔52から送り出され、下部受皿玉払出通路7を経由して下部受皿用玉払出口81から下部受皿8に払出される。

更に、下部受皿8の容量も200球程度であるため、大量の賞球が払い出される場合には、いずれ下部受皿8も満杯となる。よって、遊技者は、下部受皿8が満杯とならないうちに下部受皿玉抜スイッチ82を操作して、下部受皿8内の遊技球を、下部受皿8の底部に設けられた下部受皿玉抜口83から玉箱Bに移す必要がある。なお、下部受皿8が満杯となった場合には、賞球払出装置3にその旨の信号が送られ、賞球払出装置3は遊技球の払出しを停止する。

このようなパチンコ遊技機Mにおいては、大当たり後にパチンコ遊技機M内部の遊技球を玉箱Bに払い出す場合には、以下のような操作を行う必要があった(図8及び9参照)。まず、事前に、下部受皿8内部に多量の遊技球がある場合には、それらの遊技球を下部受皿玉抜口83から玉箱Bに排出しておく。その後で、上部受皿玉抜スイッチ53を操作して、上部受皿5底部に設けられた上部受皿玉抜口54(図8において図示せず)を開け、上部受皿5内に収容されている遊技球を上部受皿玉抜口54を通じて下部受皿8に払出す。

そして次に、下部受皿玉抜スイッチ82を操作して、下部受皿玉抜口83を開け、上部受皿5から払い出した下部受皿8内の遊技球を、下部受皿玉抜口83から玉箱Bに払い出す。即ち、賞球を上部受皿5と下部受皿8を経由させて、上部受皿玉抜スイッチ53及び下部受皿玉抜スイッチ82を操作して、玉箱に落としていた。このような上部受皿5と下部受皿8の2段階を経る玉抜きの手間を軽減する発明として、実開平6−52886号公報において開示されている「パチンコ機における景品球の抜取り装置」がある。この発明においては、遊技球を、上部受皿を経由せずに直接下部受皿に排出することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記の発明においては、パチンコ遊技機が通常どおり上部受皿に賞球を排出させる状態から、上部受皿を経由せずに直接下部受皿に賞球を排出させる状態に切り換えるための操作が新たに必要となる。また、下部受皿内の遊技球を下部受皿玉抜口から玉箱に払出す操作は、従来と同様に必要である。従って、賞球を玉箱にまで落とすためには、賞球を直接下部受皿に排出させる状態に切り換える操作と、下部受皿内の遊技球を玉箱に払い出す操作の二つの操作が必要である。

また、上記の発明においては、下部受皿に遊技球を直接排出させる状態では、上部受皿への遊技球(賞球)の供給が行われない。このため、遊技継続中に大当たりとなり下部受皿に賞球を直接排出させることとすると、新たな供給を受けない上部受皿内の遊技球はいずれ遊技球発射装置により使用され尽くされてしまい、上部受皿内の遊技球がなくなった時点で遊技が中断されてしまうこととなる。この上部受皿が収容できる遊技球数は100〜130球程度であるのに対して、例えば、セブン機等では最低10×16個=160個の球を打ち出す。よって、このような遊技の中断が頻発することとなる。

本発明は、上記観点に鑑みてなされたものであり、遊技球を賞球受皿を経由せずに玉箱へ排出することができ、且つ、遊技球を賞球受皿を経由せずに玉箱へ排出している状態においても遊技球発射装置への遊技球の供給が途絶えることのない、遊技球の玉箱への直接払出が可能なパチンコ遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載のパチンコ遊技機は、入賞時に一定数の遊技球を払い出す賞球払出手段と、該賞球払出手段から払い出される遊技球を誘導する上部受皿玉払出通路と、該上部受皿玉払出通路から送り出された該遊技球を上部受皿用玉払出口を介して受容する賞球上部受皿と、該賞球上部受皿から送り出される該遊技球を受容する賞球下部受皿と、を備えるパチンコ遊技機であって、該上部受皿玉払出通路の底面には、玉箱払出用開口部が開設され、該玉箱払出用開口部において、パチンコ遊技機外に配置された玉箱に通じる玉箱払出通路が連結されており、該玉箱払出用開口部には、該玉箱払出用開口部を開閉する入口側シャッター部を備え、該玉箱払出通路の出口側には、該玉箱払出通路の開閉を行う出口側シャッター部を備え、該入口側シャッター部及び該出口側シャッター部を開放させた場合には、該遊技球が該上部受皿用玉払出口に送り出されずに該玉箱払出通路に送り出されて該玉箱に払い出されることを特徴とする、遊技球の玉箱への直接払出が可能なパチンコ遊技機である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の遊技盤傾斜装置を実施例により詳細に説明する。
(1)本パチンコ遊技機の構成
本実施例のパチンコ遊技機Mを図1〜6に示す。ここで、図6はパチンコ遊技機の正面図、図7は本パチンコ遊技機における遊技球の流れを示す説明図、図1はパチンコ遊技機の下部を示す側面図、図2はその正面図、図3は玉箱払出用開口部の閉鎖状態を示す説明図、図4は玉箱払出用開口部の開口状態を示す説明図である。

即ち、本パチンコ遊技機Mは、遊技盤1と、表側には現れない賞球タンク2と、同様に表側に現れない、入賞時に一定数の遊技球を払い出す賞球払出装置3と、賞球払出装置3から払い出される遊技球を受ける上部受皿玉払出通路4と、この通路4から送り出された遊技球を上部受皿用玉払出口51を介して受容する上部受皿5と、遊技球発射レバー61を備える遊技球発射装置6と、下部受皿8と、玉箱払出通路9等とを備える。尚、賞球払出装置3が、特許請求の範囲記載の「賞球払出手段」に相当し、上部受皿5が「賞球上部受皿」に、遊技球発射装置6が「遊技球発射手段」に、下部受皿8が「賞球下部受皿」に、それぞれ相当するものである。

上記上部受皿玉払出通路4の底面41の一部には、パチンコ遊技機M外に配置された玉箱Bに通じる玉箱払出用開口部91が開設されている。そして玉箱払出通路9は、この玉箱払出用開口部91に連結されている。玉箱払出用開口部91から外部払出口92に至る玉箱払出通路9の内径は、遊技球を一個以上通過させるだけの径を持つものである。

また、この上部受皿玉払出通路4の底面の、玉箱払出用開口部91開口時にも残されている部分である橋部(図3の42)は、上部受皿用玉払出口51に連絡されている。更に、本パチンコ遊技機Mは、玉箱払出用開口部91を開閉する入口側シャッター部(四角形の板状)91dを備えている。そして、パチンコ遊技機前方に現れている把持部91hを把持して左右にスライドさせる。このスライド操作により、玉箱払出用開口部91を開口させたり閉鎖したりする。即ち、この入口側シャッター部91dを閉じた状態(図3参照)では、この開口部91が閉鎖されており、遊技球は上部受皿用玉払出口51を介して上部受皿5に送り出されることになる。一方、この入口側シャッター部91dを左側に移動させると(図4参照)、この開口部91が開放されて、この開口部91を通過する遊技球は、玉箱払出通路9に収容されて、玉箱B内へ落下されることとなる。

更に、玉箱払出通路9の出口側には、上記入口側シャッター部91dと略同様であるが、前後にスライドされて外側出口92の開閉を行う出口側シャッター部(板状)92dが設けられている。この玉箱払出通路9は、上部受皿玉払出通路4を流れてきた遊技球を、玉箱払出用開口部91を経て外部払出口92下部におかれた玉箱Bに導くものである。

(2)本パチンコ遊技機の作用
遊技者は、遊技球発射レバー61を操作して遊技球発射装置6により遊技盤1内に遊技球を発射し、遊技盤1内で遊技球を落下させて遊技を行う。遊技球が遊技盤1内の入賞口に入賞した場合は、図7に示すように、賞球払出装置3は信号を受け取り、賞球タンク2から所定の賞球を払い出す。賞球は、上部受皿玉払出通路4を経由して、上部受皿用玉払出口51より上部受皿5に払出される。上部受皿5に払出された賞球は、遊技球発射装置6に供給され、遊技球発射装置6により新たに遊技盤1内に発射されて遊技に使用される。

入口側シャッター部91dを操作していない状態では、図3に示すように、入口側シャッター部91dにより玉箱払出通路9の玉箱払出用開口部91は閉鎖されている。このため、賞球として上部受皿玉払出通路4から払出される遊技球は、入口側シャッター部91d上を通過して上部受皿払出口51から排出され、上部受皿5内に収容される。

一方、外部払出口92下に玉箱Bを配置してから、シャッター部91dを図4に示すようにスライドさせると、玉箱払出通路9の玉箱払出用開口部91が開口する。このとき、賞球として上部受皿玉払出通路4から払出される遊技球は、玉箱払出用開口部91から玉箱払出通路9へ落下し、外部払出口92から排出されて、玉箱Bに収容される。更に、それと同時に、上部受皿玉払出通路4の底面41のうちの橋部42は、上部受皿用玉払出口51に繋がっているので、この橋部42を通過する遊技球は、この上部受皿用玉払出口51に送り出され、その結果、この遊技球は上部受皿5内に収容される。

よって、本発明のパチンコ遊技機Mにおいては、入口側シャッター部91dを右端までスライドさせ、玉箱払出通路9の玉箱払出用開口部91が開口させた場合でも、図4に示すように、上部受皿用玉払出口51底部は遊技球1〜2個分の幅の底面を残している。このため、上部球受皿払出通路4から払い出される遊技球の一部はこの残った床面上を通過して、上部受皿5内に収納される。

また、玉箱Bが満杯になった場合には、遊技者は玉箱を交換する必要がある。その場合には、遊技者は、図1において破線で示すように、外部払出口92に設けられた出口側シャッター部92dを後ろ側(奥)にスライドさせることにより、外部払出口92を閉じて、外部払出口92からの遊技球の排出を停止させる。この間、賞球は排出され続けているが、出口側シャッター部92dから玉箱払出用開口部91にまで至る玉箱払出通路9内に遊技球が満たされた場合には、上部受皿玉払出通路4から払出される遊技球は玉箱払出用開口部91上を通過して、通常どおり、上部受皿払出口51から排出され、上部受皿5内に収容される。

(3)本パチンコ遊技機の効果
本実施例のパチンコ遊技機は、玉箱払出通路9を有するものであるため、大量の賞球を獲得した場合には、上部受皿5及び下部受皿8を経由せずに、直接玉箱Bにまで賞球を払い出すことができる。このため、遊技者は、従来のようにいちいち上部受皿玉抜スイッチ53及び下部受皿玉抜スイッチ82を操作することなく、そして短時間で、玉箱Bにまで賞球を払い出すことができる。

そして、下部受皿8の収容量が200球程度であるのに対して、玉箱Bの収容量は2000〜2500球であるため、玉箱交換のために出口側シャッター部92dを操作する頻度も、下部受皿玉抜スイッチ82を操作する頻度の1/10程度ですむ。

また、従来においては、通常、下部受皿8内に遊技球が満杯になった場合は、遊技球の詰まりや下部受皿8からの溢れ出しを防止するため、自動的に賞球払出装置3からの賞球の排出が止められる。従って、下部受皿8からの遊技球の排出が遅れ満杯となった場合には、獲得できたはずの賞球が取れなくなる場合がある。また、かかる仕組みを知らない遊技者は、下部受皿8から遊技球を排出するという対応を取らないため、排出自動停止後は賞球を全く獲得できない。

しかし、本発明においては、一度直接玉箱Bで賞球を受けるよう入口側シャッター部91dを操作すれば、玉箱は下部受皿8の10倍程度の容量があるため、かかる事態が発生する頻度及び失う賞球の数をより低く押さえることができる。即ち、玉箱Bが満杯になった場合の自動停止機構や、玉箱交換のために玉箱Bが置かれていない状態となった場合の自動停止機構を設けても、玉箱Bが満杯になるまでの時間は下部受皿8が満杯になるまでの時間の10倍程度と予想されるため、賞球を失う頻度及び失う賞球数を低く押さえることができる。なお、大当たりとなった場合に、自動的に玉箱払出通路9の玉箱払出用開口部91を開口し、玉箱Bに直接賞球を払い出すこととすれば、不慣れな遊技者も玉箱Bが満杯になるまで賞球を獲得することができ、より好ましい。

また、本実施例のパチンコ遊技機は、玉箱払出通路9により玉箱Bへ直接賞球を払いだすこととした場合にも、図4に示すように、賞球の一部は上部受皿用玉払出口51底部の残った床面上を通過して、上部受皿5内に収納される。このため、上部受皿5そして遊技球発射装置6への遊技球の供給が途絶えることがなく、遊技者は遊技を中断されることがない。

尚、本発明においては、上記実施例に示すものに限らず、目的、用途に応じて本発明の範囲内で種々変更した別の態様の実施例とすることができる。例えば、入口側シャッター部91dは、上記実施例のように左右にスライドさせる態様だけでなく、図5に示すように前後にスライドさせて玉箱払出用開口部91を開閉させる態様としてもよい。また、入口側操作部の開閉の態様も、スライド式に限らず軸を中心として回動するドア式としてもよい。出口側シャッター部92dについても、いずれの開閉態様であってもよいことは同様である。

また、本発明のパチンコ遊技機に、外部払出口92の下に玉箱Bがあるかどうかを判定するための玉箱判定装置を設けることができる。この判定装置を入口側シャッター部91dや出口側シャッター部92d、下部受皿玉抜口83と接続することで、玉箱Bがない場合には、入口側シャッター部91dや出口側シャッター部92d等を閉じるものとすることができる。また報知装置と接続して遊技者に玉箱Bが置かれていない旨を知らせるものとすることもできる。このような態様とすれば、玉箱が外部払出口92前に置かれていない場合に、誤って遊技球が排出されてしまうのを防ぐことができる。この判定装置の判定の態様は、特に問わないが、例としてマイクロスイッチ等を用いた機械式センサや、光、赤外線センサ等を用いることが挙げられる。また、報知装置としては、音や光等によるものとすることもできる。

【発明の効果】
請求項1記載のパチンコ遊技機は、賞球払出装置から賞球受皿を経由せずにパチンコ遊技機外部の玉箱に通じる玉箱払出通路を備え、賞球払出装置から払い出される遊技球を、賞球上部受皿に排出させることなくパチンコ遊技機外部の玉箱に排出させることができる。このため、全ての賞球を玉箱に払い出すまでの時間を短くすることができる。

また、従来のパチンコ機では、賞球としての遊技球が賞球上部受皿に払い出されるため、遊技者は、一旦、その遊技球を賞球下部受皿に移し、その後遊技球を賞球下部受皿から玉箱に払い出さなければならなかった。本発明のパチンコ遊技機によれば、直接遊技球を玉箱に払い出す旨を選択する動作だけで遊技球を玉箱に払い出すことができ、従来のような手数を減らすことができる。
また、請求項1記載のパチンコ遊技機は、玉箱払出通路の出口に、玉箱払出通路を閉鎖することができる出口側シャッター部を備えている。このため、玉箱への遊技球の払出しを止めたいときには、その出口側シャッター部で玉箱払出通路を閉鎖することにより、即座に遊技球の排出を止めることができる。玉箱払出通路の上流に出口側シャッター部を備える場合には、その出口側シャッター部から玉箱払出通路の出口までの区間に存在する遊技球は、出口側シャッター部により玉箱払出通路が閉鎖された後も外部に排出されてしまうが、本発明によればそのようなことはない。

請求項2記載のパチンコ遊技機は、上部受皿玉払出通路の底面に、その底面の少なくとも一部を残して玉箱払出用開口部が開設されている。従って、遊技球の一部が上部受皿玉払出通路の該残された底面上を通って上部受皿用玉払出口に送り出されることとなり、賞球払出装置から大量の遊技球が排出される場合に、直接遊技球を玉箱に払い出しながらその一部を遊技球供給皿にも供給することができる。このため、遊技球供給皿が賞球発射装置に供給する遊技球が切れ、遊技球が発射され尽くしてしまい遊技が中断するということがない。

該上部受皿玉払出通路の底面には、玉箱払出用開口部が開設され、該玉箱払出用開口部において、パチンコ遊技機外に配置された玉箱に通じる玉箱払出通路が連結されており、
該玉箱払出用開口部には、該玉箱払出用開口部を開閉する入口側シャッター部を備え、
該玉箱払出通路の出口側には、該玉箱払出通路の開閉を行う出口側シャッター部を備え、
該入口側シャッター部及び該出口側シャッター部を開放させた場合には、該遊技球が該上部受皿用玉払出口に送り出されずに該玉箱払出通路に送り出されて該玉箱に払い出されることを特徴とする、遊技球の玉箱への直接払出が可能なパチンコ遊技機。
