Description
Claims (23)
- 側壁(16)、ベース(14)、終端部(18)が付いたドーム(12)、ドーム(12)と側壁(16)を接続している腰部(20)が付いたボディ部分(10)を含む細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)で、
複数の直立したカラム(30)が上記腰部(20)と上記終端部(18)の間を隔てる関係で上記ドームの長さ方向に伸びていること、及び
複数の凹状のパネルが上記腰部(20)と上記終端部(18)の間に伸びていて、上記凹状のパネル(28)から選ばれたものが外向きの凹面(32)になっていること、かつ、ボトル(10)に生じた真空に対応する屈曲性を有するようになっており、
該ドームの屈曲性を有する上記パネルが、高温充填処理の結果としてボトル内に生じた真空の実質的に全てに対応するようになっていること
を特徴とする高温充填用ボトル(10)。 - 上記カラム(30)が上記腰部(20)から上向きの方向で内向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記カラム(30)が上記腰部(20)から上向きの方向で外周方向に広がり、かつ、それに応じて上記パネル(28)が同じ方向で狭くなることを特徴とする請求項2に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記カラム(30)がボトル(10)の中心の長軸に対して約1°から約10°の範囲の角度で上向きの方向で内向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項3に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記カラム(30)が内向きに傾斜した腰部(20)に隣接した下端(30a)を有していて、上記腰部(20)に接合していることを特徴とする請求項1に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記パネル(28)の中で少なくとも選ばれたものが、指を受けることができるグリップを設けるために、上記腰部(20)に隣接して、カラム(30)の間で外向きの凹面(32)になっていることを特徴とする請求項1に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記カラム(30)がドーム(12)の長手方向の範囲にほぼ等しい長手方向の範囲を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記複数のパネル(28)及びカラム(30)の数が5であることを特徴とする請求項1に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記ボトル(10)が少なくとも約2.5の細長比を有し、かつ、上記ドーム(12)がボトル全長の少なくとも約40%を占めていることを特徴とする請求項1に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- 上記ドーム(12)の上記屈曲パネル(28)がボトル(10)に必要な真空を吸収する全能力の少なくとも約90%に対応することを特徴とする請求項1に基づく細長いブロー成形による高温充填用ボトル(10)。
- ブロー成形によるプラスチック・ボディ(10)が、直立した終端部(18)を付けたドーム(12)、ベース(14)、上記ベース(14)から突出した実質的に筒状の側壁(16)、及び、上記のドーム(12)と側壁(16)の間に伸びていて、それらを接続していて、挿入されて、円周方向に伸びているグリップ・リング(20)を有すること、
上記ドーム(12)が、円周方向に間隔を明けて配置され、長手方向に伸びている複数のカラム(30)と円周方向に間隔を明けて配置された複数のパネル(28)とを交互に並べた配置を有し、上記パネル(28)が隣接する上記カラム(30)のペアの間で横方向に伸びて、それらを結合していること、
上記パネルのそれぞれ(28)の少なくともその一部分が成形状態のままでは外向きの凹面(32)を有し、指を受け入れる凹部を設けるために、上記挿入されたグリップ・リング(20)に直接接合している外向きの凹面の下部(34)が含まれていること、
該ドームの上記パネルが、屈曲性を有して、高温充填処理の結果としてボトル内に生じた真空の実質的に全てに対応するようになっていること
をことを特徴とするボトル(10)。 - そのボトル(10)に高温で充填し、キャップを締め、冷却させたとき、上記パネル(28)から選ばれたものが内部体積の減少に応答して内向きに屈曲し、かつ、その場合、上記屈曲パネル(28)からの上記の選ばれたものの両側にある上記カラム(30)が、製造時の状態で、内向きの凹面形状をしていて、その凹面形状が、上方で漸進的に減少していて、ボトル(10)の内部体積が漸進的に減少すると共に増大することを特徴とする請求項11に基づくボトル(10)。
- 上記屈曲パネル(28)のそれぞれの上記の外向きの凹面部分(32)が成形状態のままでは内向きの凹面になっている上方部分(36)を有し、かつ、屈曲パネル(28)は、そのパネル(28)を上記腰部(20)から上向きの方向で漸進的に内向きに屈曲させるイニシエーター部分(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に基づくボトル(10)。
- 上記ドーム(12)が、ボトル(10)に必要な高温充填操作から生じる真空の全吸収能力の少なくとも約90%を担当していることを特徴とする請求項11に基づくボトル(10)。
- 屈曲パネルとカラムの接合部40がそれぞれの隣接する屈曲パネル(28)と隣接するカラム(30)の間に形成され、かつ、その場合、上記の接合部(40)のそれぞれが、成形状態のままでは、カラム(30)の長さに沿って漸進的に変化する鈍角φを形成していることを特徴とする請求項11に基づくボトル(10)。
- 成形状態のままでは、上記の隣接したカラム(30)のそれぞれが上向きの方向で漸進的に広がり、かつ、それに関連する屈曲パネル(28)が上向きの方向で狭くなり、上記接合部(40)のそれぞれでの上記鈍角φはその長さに沿って変化し、上記接合部(40)が上記腰部(20)よりも上記終端部(18)の方が近い上記ドーム(12)の上側部分内に伸びた場合に上記鈍角φが最大になり、かつ、上記接合部(40)が上記終端部(18)よりも上記腰部(20)の方が近い上記ドーム(12)の下側部分(12a)内に伸びた場合に最小になることを特徴とする請求項15に基づくボトル(10)。
- 上記パネル(28)のそれぞれが外向きの凹面になっていて、かつ、ボトル(10)の内部体積の減少進行に応答して、上記外向きの凹面部分(32)から上記終端部(18)に向かう方向で屈曲パネルの変形を管理された形で漸進的に生じさせるように機能するイニシエーター部分(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項16に基づくボトル(10)。
- ブロー成形によるプラスチック・ボディ(10)が、直立した終端部(18)を付けたドーム(12)、ベース(14)、上記ベース(14)から上記ドーム(12)の方に突出した側壁(16)を有すること、
上記ドーム(12)が、円周方向に間隔を明けて配置され、長手方向に伸びている複数のカラム(30)と円周方向に間隔を明けて配置され、隣接する複数の上記カラム(30)のペアの間で横方向に伸びて、それらを接続している屈曲パネル(28)を有し、
ボトル(10)に高温で充填し、キャップを締め、冷却させたときに、そのボトル(10)に必要な真空吸収の全能力の実質的に全て担当するために、上記パネル(28)のそれぞれが内部体積の減少に応答して内側に屈曲すること、
から成るボトル(10)。 - 成形状態のままでは、各上記パネル(28)の両側に沿って伸びている各カラム(30)が上記腰部(20)に接合している下端(30a)を有し、かつ、上記カラム(30)の間の屈曲パネル(28)が、指を受け入れるくぼみを設けるために上記腰部(20)に隣接した外向きの凹面(34)になっていることを特徴とする請求項18に基づくボトル(10)。
- 各屈曲パネル(28)が上向きの方向で外周方向に狭くなり、かつ、各カラム(30)が上向き方向で外周方向に広くなることを特徴とする請求項19に基づくボトル(10)。
- 上記屈曲パネル(28)のそれぞれが、ボトル(10)の真空度上昇により上記屈曲パネル(28)に管理された内向きの屈曲を生じさせるイニシエーター部分(32)を有していることを特徴とする請求項20に基づくボトル。
- 成形状態のままでは、上記パネル(28)のそれぞれが、上記腰部(20)から漸進的に外向きの凹面が少なくなり、かつ、上記終端部(18)に向かって内向きの凹面になっていくことを特徴とする請求項21に基づくボトル(10)。
- 上記ボディ(10)が、挿入され、円周方向に伸びたグリップ・リング(20)を有し、そのグリップ・リングが上記ドーム(12)と上記側壁(16)の間に伸びていて、それれらを接続していることを特徴とする請求項22に基づくボトル(10)。
