Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod used for fishing, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing a fishing rod having a fishing line guide that is movable in the longitudinal direction, called a slide guide, on the peripheral surface of the rod constituting the fishing rod.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Among fishing rods, there is a fishing rod in which a plurality of rods are connected in a so-called swing-out form. In this type of fishing rod, a rod that is sequentially connected to the tip side can be stored in a rod-side rod that is set to have a large diameter. When fishing, each rod is pulled out to make one fishing rod, and when fishing is finished, each rod is sequentially stored in the rod on the rod side to make it compact.
[0003]
Even in this type of fishing rod, it is necessary to dispose a fishing line guide for sequentially guiding the fishing line from the reel disposed on the peripheral surface of the rod body on the rod side to the tip side. However, the fishing line guides arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rod are obstructive when the rod is stored in the swing-out form. Therefore, the fishing line guide is as follows in the swing type fishing rod in which the rod body is sequentially housed in the housing on the hand side.
[0004]
In other words, the housings are tapered and taper, a fixed guide fixed to the peripheral surface position is arranged at the end of the tip side of each housing, and a plurality of slide guides are arranged on the side of the collar. Is done. This slide guide has a pipe portion arranged on the circumferential surface of the housing in a state where the housing is inserted, and this pipe portion is fixed to match the outer diameter at an arbitrary longitudinal position of the housing. When the case is stored in the swing-out form, each slide guide is slid to the tip side on the circumferential surface to the fixed guide. At the time of use, each slide guide is slid to the base side on the peripheral surface and fixed at an arbitrary position.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a problem in a fishing rod in which such a slide guide is arranged, there is “circumferential displacement regulation when the slide guide is fixed”. That is, in this type of fishing rod, the slide guide is positioned and fixed in the longitudinal direction in relation to the outer diameter of the housing and the inner diameter of the pipe portion. After the fixing, the slide guide rotates in the circumferential direction on the circumferential surface of the housing. There is a risk. In addition, when a plurality of slide guides are fixed on the peripheral surface of the housing at predetermined positions in the longitudinal direction, unless the individual slide guides are aligned in the circumferential direction, they are arranged from the reel by the plurality of slide guides. I cannot guide the fishing line well.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a simple method for manufacturing a fishing rod capable of smoothly regulating the slide guide in the circumferential direction.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method of the invention 1 is a method for producing a fishing rod used for fishing, and includes the following steps. The process of forming the main-body part of the housing which is the cylindrical body to which the taper taper was given. A thin rod member is placed at a plurality of locations spaced in the longitudinal direction of the peripheral surface of the main body of the housing, and the thin rod member is included within a certain range near the center in the length direction excluding the vicinity of both ends of the thin rod member. Applying a thick resin coating material to the entire peripheral surface of the main body and forming a plurality of resin layers on the peripheral surface of the main body. A step of removing the thin rod member and forming a groove in the longitudinal direction on the resin layer. The peripheral surface of the casing is arranged to be movable in the longitudinal direction and fixed on a predetermined resin layer, and has a fixing pipe arranged on the main body of the casing in a state where the main body of the casing is inserted, A step of arranging a slide guide in which a convex portion extending in the longitudinal direction meshing with the concave groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed pipe.
[0008]
In this method, a resin coating material is thickly applied to the peripheral surface of the main body of the housing to form a resin layer at a predetermined position, and this resin layer is used as a portion where the fixed pipe of the slide guide is fitted. When this resin layer is formed, a resin coating material is applied in a state in which the thin rod member is arranged in advance, and then the thin rod member is removed, so that a groove can be easily formed in the trace of the thin rod member. . And the circumferential direction regulation at the time of mounting | wearing of a slide guide is attained by meshing | engaging the convex part of the fixed pipe of a slide guide with the concave groove formed in this way.
[0009]
The peripheral surface of the resin layer is easier to polish than the main body, and the fitting adjustment by adjusting the diameter of the slide guide and the resin layer is also easy.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, a fishing rod adopting an embodiment of the present invention is connected to a main rod 1 and a tip side of the main rod 1 in the form of a swing, and the upper rod 2, the middle rod 3, and the tip. It has 竿 4. These base rods 1 to 4 are taper-shaped tubular members formed from a prepreg obtained by impregnating carbon fiber or glass fiber with a synthetic resin. It is inserted inside the housing on the side and can enter and exit. However, the number of housings is arbitrarily set, and is not limited to four as described above.
[0011]
The main shaft 1 has a reel sheet 5 which is formed on the outer peripheral surface and on which a reel (not shown) can be detachably mounted. The reel sheet 6 is formed by arranging and fixing a pipe-like member separately formed of synthetic resin or the like at a predetermined position. Further, a female screw member (not shown) is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the base side end portion of the base rod 1, and a tail plug 6 is detachably screwed thereto. In addition, a fixed fishing line guide is also arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end of the base rod 1. Further, the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end portion of the base rod 1 is a fitting female portion for connecting and fixing the base rod 2.
[0012]
The former upper heel 2 to the tip heel 4 are skeletons having a tapered taper connected to the tip side of the forward dimension heel 1 as described above. In each case, a fitting female part is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end part and a fitting female part is formed on the base side end part as necessary so that it can be connected in a swinging manner. Since the structures of these casings are basically the same, the following description will be given taking the middle casing 3 as an example.
[0013]
(The structure of the middle 3)
As shown in detail in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the intermediate collar 3 is formed on the peripheral surface of the main body part 11 with a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction on the peripheral surface of the main body part 11 and a cylindrical body with a tapered taper. And a plurality of thick coating portions 12. In addition, a fixed fixed guide 7 and a plurality of slide guides 20 that are movable in the longitudinal direction are arranged on the peripheral surface of the intermediate collar 3.
[0014]
As described above, the main body 11 is a tubular body made of a prepreg material obtained by impregnating a reinforcing fiber such as carbon fiber with a synthetic resin. Specifically, a tape-like or sheet-like prepreg material is wound around a core material having a predetermined taper taper, laminated, fired, and the core material is drawn out.
The thick coating portion 12 is a portion whose peripheral surface is larger in diameter and thicker than the main body portion 11. Specifically, after forming the main body 11 described above, a thick resin resin material is applied to a predetermined range of the peripheral surface to form a synthetic resin layer, and the peripheral surface is polished. The thick coating portion 12 is a portion into which a slide guide 20 described later is fitted, and needs to be provided corresponding to the number of slide guides 20 to be arranged. Further, the outer diameter of the thick coating portion 12 is set to match the inner diameter of the fixed portion 21 of the corresponding slide guide 20.
[0015]
Further, the thick coating portion 12 is formed with a concave groove 12a extending so as to penetrate in the longitudinal direction. As will be described in detail later, the concave groove 12a is a portion formed while forming the thick coating portion 12.
As shown in FIG. 1, the fixed guide 7 is disposed and fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end portion of the midrib 3. One slide guide 20 is plural, and is arranged on the base side of the fixed guide 7. Both are different in whether or not they can be slid and fixed at a predetermined position, and the structure is the same. Therefore, the following description will be given with the slide guide 20.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the slide guide 20 is fitted into a pipe-shaped fixing portion 21, a frame 22 that is integrally formed with the fixing portion 21 and stands, and a through-hole of the frame 22. The guide ring 23 is fixed.
The fixing portion 21 is a pipe-shaped member that is disposed on the circumferential surface of the middle collar 3 in a state where the middle collar 3 is inserted. A rubber material may be disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the synthetic resin or metal. The fixed portions 21 of the individual slide guides 20 are set so that the inner diameter thereof matches the outer diameter of the corresponding thick coating portion 12. Then, in the intermediate collar 3 with the tapered taper, the fixing portion 21 can be slid to the tip side from the corresponding thick coating portion 12 while being fitted to the corresponding thick coating portion 12. . In addition, a convex portion 21a (see FIG. 3) extending in the longitudinal direction that meshes with the corresponding concave groove 12a is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed portion 21 so as to protrude in the inner diameter direction.
[0017]
The frame 22 rises from the fixed portion 21 and is formed integrally with the fixed portion 21. The frame 22 is formed with a through-hole that opens in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate collar 3, and a guide ring 23 is fitted and fixed in the opening. The guide ring 23 is made of a hard member such as ceramics. The fishing line will pass through this part.
[0018]
The fixed guide 7 has the same structure as the slide guide 20, but the fixed portion is fixed to the thick coating portion 12 located closest to the tip by an adhesive or the like so that it cannot move in the longitudinal direction. It has become. Moreover, although the above is demonstrated in the middle collar 3, the former collar 2 and the tip collar 4 also take the same structure.
(Manufacturing method of the middle 3)
Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing the casing will be described by taking the middle casing 3 as an example.
[0019]
First, the main body portion 11 of the intermediate collar 3 is manufactured based on a known casing manufacturing method. That is, a tape-like or sheet-like prepreg material is wound and laminated on a core material with a predetermined taper, and after firing this, the core material is drawn out, both ends are cut to set the length and necessary surface polishing Process and adjust the diameter.
Next, the thin rod members 30 are placed at a plurality of locations at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction (see FIGS. 4 (a) and 5 (a)), and the length excluding the vicinity of both ends of the thin rod member 30 is placed. The resin coating material 31 is thickly applied to the entire peripheral surface of the main body 11 including the thin rod member 30 within a certain range near the center in the direction (see FIGS. 4B and 5B). Then, the resin coating material 31 is dried to form a plurality of resin layers on the peripheral surface of the main body portion 11, and this resin layer becomes the above-described thick coating portion 12.
[0020]
Thereafter, the thin rod member 30 is removed (preferably in a state where the resin coating material 31 is approximately semi-dry), and the concave groove 12a is formed in the trace of the thin rod member 30 (FIG. 4 (c), FIG. c)). Further, the outer surface and the shape of the thick coating portion 12 formed by applying the resin coating material 31 are also polished by polishing. And the above-mentioned slide guide 20 and the fixed guide 7 are arrange | positioned from the tip side, and the fixed guide 7 is fixed in a predetermined position.
[0021]
The circumferential direction of the slide guide 20 when the slide guide 20 is fitted and fixed on the predetermined thick coating portion 12 by meshing the convex portion 21a of the fixing portion 21 of the slide guide 20 with the concave groove 12a thus formed. Regulation becomes possible. In addition, by forming the concave grooves 12a at positions that are aligned in the circumferential direction in the plurality of thick coating portions 12, it is possible to easily align the circumferential direction characteristics of the plurality of slide guides 20.
[0022]
Note that the peripheral surface of the resin coating material 31 is easier to polish than the main body portion 11, and fitting adjustment by adjusting the diameter of the slide guide 20 and the thick coating portion 12 is also easy.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the method of the present invention, a fishing rod that can easily regulate the circumferential direction of the slide guide can be manufactured.
