Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod having a plurality of rods connected in a swinging manner. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fishing rod designed to allow specific rod bodies to be connected and fixed to each other in both the housed state and the extended state, and to change the length of the entire rod so that fishing can be performed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional fishing rod, a plurality of cylindrical rods can be sequentially inserted from the tip-side rod into the rod-side rod. When fishing, each chassis is pulled out to the tip side sequentially and fitted and fixed to be used as a single chassis. On the other hand, at the time of storage, the body on the tip side is sequentially stored in the body on the base side to make it compact.
[0003]
In addition, some conventional fishing rods have been devised so that fishing can be performed by changing the overall length of the rod. The fishing rod devised in this way is, for example, a main rod having a fitting female portion on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side, and a vicinity of the center in the longitudinal direction while having the first fitting male portion on the outer peripheral surface of the hook side And an upper collar having a second fitting male part on the outer peripheral surface.
In this type of fishing rod, when the former rod connected to the tip side of the former rod is pulled out to the tip side (hereinafter referred to as “stretched state”), the fitting female portion is referred to as the first fitting male portion. In a state in which the fitting upper part is inserted and the former upper part is inserted into the former part (hereinafter referred to as “storage state”), the fitting female part can be fitted to the second fitting male part.
[0004]
Thus, the main rod and the upper rod can be fitted and fixed to each other in both the “extended state” and the “stored state”, and fishing can be performed by changing the length of the entire rod according to the situation.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Such a fishing rod that can be changed by changing the overall length of the rod has a fitting portion that sufficiently fixes the small-diameter rod and the large-diameter rod in the axial direction. There is no particular problem with the positioning in the direction or the mutual fixing. However, problems arise with respect to the circumferential positioning of the enclosures.
[0006]
That is, in a fishing rod formed by connecting a plurality of rods, a fishing line guide for guiding the fishing line from the reel is mounted on the circumferential surface of each rod, and the circumferential position of each fishing line guide is determined. Must match. For this reason, it is necessary to maintain consistency in the circumferential positional relationship of each housing. Conventionally, the angler has adjusted the circumferential position of each individual frame by visual observation or the like.
[0007]
However, in the case of fishing rods of the type described above, the length of the entire rod may be adjusted by taking in and out of the original rod and the upper rod even during fishing. When performing, it is necessary to adjust the circumferential positional relationship between the casings smoothly.
The subject of this invention is providing the fishing rod which can adjust the positional relationship of the circumferential frame bodies smoothly, adjusting the length of the whole fishing rod.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fishing rod according to the first aspect of the present invention is a fishing rod formed by connecting a plurality of rods in a swing-out manner, and a large-diameter rod having a fitting female portion on the inner peripheral surface of the tip end side, and the tip side of the large-diameter rod The first fitting male part formed on the outer peripheral surface of the heel-side end that can be fitted to the fitting female part and the second fitting male part formed on the outer peripheral surface on the tip side And a first ring member that is attached so as to protrude toward the tip of the ear of the large- diameter rod, and a part of the circumferential direction is recessed or protruded in the axial direction. A part of the circumferential direction is axially recessed or protruded so as to match the first ring member mounted on the peripheral surface adjacent to the tip side of the second fitting male part of the small-diameter housing. A first fishing line guide having a guide ring at the head end of the first ring member of the large-diameter frame, A second fishing line guide having a guide ring at its head end is fixed to the two-ring member, and the first fishing line guide has a curved portion that is partially curved toward the axial base at the head end, The second fishing line guide has its head end curved in the axial direction, and the head end portion into which the guide ring is inserted is in the first state when the small diameter rod is inserted into the large diameter rod. It arrange | positions so that it may accommodate in the curved part of a fishing line guide.
[0009]
In this fishing rod, in the extended state in which the small-diameter rod is pulled out toward the tip of the large-diameter rod, the first fitting male portion of the small-diameter rod is fitted and fixed to the fitting female portion of the large-diameter rod. . On the other hand, in the storage state in which the small-diameter casing is inserted into the large-diameter casing, the second fitting male part of the small-diameter casing is fitted and fixed to the fitting female part in the large-diameter casing. Thus, the rods can be fixed to each other both in the stretched state and in the housed state, and fishing can be performed in any state.
[0011]
When the fitting female portion of the large-diameter housing is fitted to the second fitting male portion of the small-diameter housing in the housed state, the unevenness of the first ring member and the second ring member match, and the large diameter The circumferential positions of the housing and the small-diameter housing are determined.
Furthermore, the first fishing line guide has a curved portion that is partially curved toward the axial heel side at the head end, and the second fishing line guide is curved toward the axial heel side at the head end side, Since the head end portion into which the guide ring is fitted is disposed so as to be stored in the curved portion of the first fishing line guide in the storage state in which the small diameter rod is inserted into the large diameter rod, the first fishing line guide And the second fishing line guide coincide with each other and the rod acts like one fishing line guide. Moreover, the action of twisting the casings in the circumferential direction in order to release the fitting between the small-diameter casing and the large-diameter casing is not hindered .
[0012]
In the fishing rod of the invention 2, the portion of the fishing line guide is curved so that the first fishing line guide and the second fishing line guide have their head end sides approaching each other in the axial direction, and the mutual guides are accommodated in the storage state of the small-diameter frame. The rings are arranged adjacent to act as one fishing line guide. Also in this case, the action of twisting the casings in the circumferential direction in order to release the fitting between the small-diameter casing and the large-diameter casing is not hindered.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the fishing rod employing the first embodiment of the present invention is a former rod 1 and a first middle rod 3 which are sequentially connected to the head side of the former rod 1 and the tip of the former rod 1 in a swinging manner. , A second middle collar 4 and a tip collar 5. These base rods 1 to 5 are taper-shaped tubular members formed from a prepreg obtained by impregnating carbon fiber or glass fiber with a synthetic resin. It can be inserted into and removed from the inner housing. Note that the number of housings is arbitrarily set and is not limited to five.
[0014]
The main rod 1 has a reel sheet 6 formed on the outer peripheral surface to which a reel (not shown) can be detachably attached, and a tail plug 7 is detachably attached to the end portion on the heel side. The first ring 10 is attached to the part. This reel sheet 6 is formed by arranging and fixing a pipe-like member separately formed of synthetic resin or the like at a predetermined position. A female screw member is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the base side end of the base rod 1, and a bottom plug 7 is detachably screwed thereto. Further, the inner peripheral surface of the tip end side of the base rod 1 is set to a slightly smaller diameter than the other portions to become a fitting female portion, and the first ring 10 is an adhesive on the outer peripheral surface of the tip end end portion. It is fixed with etc. The first ring 10 is made of, for example, metal or hard synthetic resin.
[0015]
As shown in detail in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a pair of concave portions is provided at a position that is displaced by 180 degrees in the circumferential direction at the edge of the tip side of the base 1. This recessed portion is a portion recessed in the base side direction, and is recessed in a smooth R shape. And the 1st ring 10 has the recessed part match | combined with the shape of the tip side edge of this heel 1 and has protected the tip side edge of the heel 1.
The former upper collar 2 is a casing connected to the tip side of the former collar 1, and a guide ring 8 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface located slightly closer to the tip side than the vicinity of the center in the axial direction. This upper collar 2 has a first fitting male part (not shown) on the outer peripheral surface of the collar side end, and a second fitting male part 2a on the outer peripheral surface of the guide ring 8 respectively. The fitting male part is fitted to the fitting female part on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end of the base rod 1, and can be fixed to each other in the housed state and the extended state. Although not particularly shown, a stopper ring is disposed inside the main rod 1 adjacent to the bottom plug 7 of the main rod 1, and in the housed state, the upper end of the upper rod 2 is fixed with this stopper ring. You may do it.
[0016]
As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, the second ring 11 is fixed to the peripheral surface adjacent to the tip side of the second fitting male part 2 a. Similarly to the first ring, the second ring 11 is made of a metal or a hard synthetic resin, and is fixed to a predetermined peripheral surface of the upper collar 2 with an adhesive or the like. And the 2nd ring 11 has a pair of convex part in the position displaced 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. This convex portion is a portion protruding in the base side direction, and protrudes into a smooth R shape. Its shape is set to match the first ring 10 described above.
[0017]
The other first center rods 3 to 5 are connected to the tip side of the forward dimension upper basket 2. The base end and the tip end outer peripheral surface of each casing are processed as fitting parts that can be fitted and fixed to each other. In addition, on the peripheral surface of each housing, a fixed guide is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the tip end portion of each housing, and a plurality of slide guides are disposed. This slide guide is a well-known one, and is arranged such that each casing peripheral surface is slidable in the axial direction, and can be fixed to coincide with the outer diameter of the casing at a predetermined axial position.
[0018]
In such a fishing rod, when fishing is finished, the slide guide is slid to the tip side, and each rod is stored in a swinging manner inside the rod on the rod side in a compact state. become. On the other hand, when fishing, the rods on the tip side are sequentially pulled out and connected to each other, the slide guide is also slid and fixed, and used as a single fishing rod. In particular, in the former fence 1 and the former fence 2, both the stretched state in which the former fence 2 is pulled out to the tip side of the former fence 1 and the storage state in which the former upper fence 2 is inserted into the former fence 1 are provided. The casings can be fixed to each other in the state. And it becomes possible to fish according to a fishing condition, adjusting the length of the whole fishing rod.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, in the relationship between the base rod 1 and the top rod 2, the fitting female portion at the end of the tip side of the top rod 1 and the second fit of the top rod 2 are shown in the stored state. When the male part 2a is fitted, the end edge of the heel 1 or the first ring 10 and the second ring 11 are meshed so that the unevenness is matched, and the heel 1 and the heel 2 Determine the position in the circumferential direction.
[0020]
On the other hand, when the stretched state is set, as shown in FIG. 3, the first ring 10 and the second ring 11 are separated from each other. Here, when releasing the fitting between the main rod 1 and the former upper rod 2 in the housed state, generally the force is applied in the direction of twisting the casings in the circumferential direction to release the fitting. The edge of the heel 1 or the unevenness of the first ring 10 and the second ring 11 is a smooth R shape, and the mutual skeletons can be smoothly twisted to release the fitting between the skeletons.
[0021]
[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The fishing rod in this embodiment also has a former rod 1 and a former upper rod 2 similar to those in the first embodiment. That is, a fitting female portion is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end portion of the base rod 1, and a first fitting male portion and a second fitting male portion are formed on a predetermined outer peripheral surface of the base collar 2. It is formed.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 4, the edge of the tip side of the base 1 has a convex portion protruding toward the tip side in a part of the circumferential direction. And the 1st ring 20 set so that it may correspond to this convex part is arrange | positioned at the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end part of this heel 1, and the tip side edge of the heel 1 is protected.
The former upper rod 2 is a rod connected to the tip side of the former rod 1, and a fishing line guide 15 is fixed to the peripheral surface adjacent to the tip side of the second fitting male portion 2a. The fishing line guide 15 includes a ring-shaped fixing portion 16 that is fixed to the peripheral surface of the original upper rod 2 in a state where the upper upper rod 2 has passed through, a main body portion 17 that stands up from the fixing portion 16, and a head of the main body portion 17. And a guide ring 18 made of a hard member such as ceramics fitted into the end so as to open toward the axial direction.
[0023]
The fixing portion 16 is made of metal or hard synthetic resin, like the first ring 20, and is fixed to a predetermined peripheral surface of the upper collar 2 with an adhesive or the like. And the fixing | fixed part 16 has a recessed part recessed in the tip side in a part of circumferential direction. The shape of the concave portion is set to match the convex portion of the first ring 20 described above.
Other casings and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0024]
Even in a fishing rod having such a structure, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. That is, in the relationship between the former upper rod 2 and the former rod 1, in the stowed state, the edge on the tip side of the former rod 1 or the convex portion of the first ring 20 and the concave portion of the fixing portion 16 of the fishing line guide 15 are matched. Thus, the circumferential positions of the former fence 1 and the former upper fence 2 are determined.
[0025]
[Third Embodiment]
Hereinafter, another modification will be described with reference to the drawings.
The fishing rod in this embodiment also has a former rod 1 and a former upper rod 2 similar to those in the first embodiment.
Unlike the above-described embodiment, the edge on the tip side of the base 1 has no uneven portions. Instead, as shown in FIG. 5, the first ring 30 formed with a recess 30 a that is recessed in the heel side direction at a position displaced 180 degrees in the circumferential direction is attached to the tip side end of the heel 1. ing. The first ring may be fixed to the main shaft 1 with an adhesive or the like, but may be detachable.
[0026]
On the other hand, the 2nd ring 31 is being fixed to the surrounding surface adjacent to the tip side of the 2nd fitting male part 2a of the former upper collar 2. The second ring 31 has a convex portion that protrudes toward the base so as to match the concave portion 30a of the first ring 30 described above.
Other casings and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Even in a fishing rod having such a structure, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. In other words, in the relationship between the former upper cage 2 and the former cage 1, in the stored state, the concave portion of the first ring 30 and the convex portion of the second ring 31 that are attached to the end of the tip side of the former rod 1 match. Thus, the circumferential positions of the former fence 1 and the former upper fence 2 are determined. And in this fishing rod, it is not necessary to carry out the deformation | transformation process of the tip side edge of the former rod 1 itself.
[0027]
[Fourth Embodiment]
The fourth embodiment will be described below.
The fishing rod in this embodiment also has a former rod 1 and a former upper rod 2 similar to those in the first embodiment. That is, a fitting female portion is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end of the heel 1, and a first fitting male portion and a second fitting male portion 2 a are provided on a predetermined outer peripheral surface of the heel upper 2. Is formed.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 6, the tip end side edge of the heel 1 protrudes obliquely toward the tip side in the circumferential direction (the tip end of the heel 1 itself is cut obliquely). And the 1st ring 40 set so that it might correspond to this slanting protrusion part is arrange | positioned on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end part of this heel 1, and the tip side edge of the heel 1 is protected.
The first fishing line guide 100 is fixed to the first ring 40. The first fishing line guide 100 includes a main body portion 101 fixed and standing on the peripheral surface of the first ring 40, and a hard material such as ceramics fitted into the head end of the main body portion 101 so as to open in the axial direction. And a guide ring 102 made of a member. The main body 101 is partially curved toward the heel side when viewed in the left-right direction on the head end side, and the guide ring 102 is fitted into the curved portion so as to match its shape.
[0029]
On the other hand, the former upper collar 2 is a casing connected to the tip side of the former collar 1, and the second ring 41 is fixed to the peripheral surface adjacent to the tip side of the second fitting male part 2a. The second ring 41 protrudes obliquely in the opposite direction so as to match the oblique protrusion of the first ring 40 described above. For example, the first ring 40 and the second ring 41 can be formed by cutting one pipe-shaped member obliquely in the axial direction near the center in the axial direction.
[0030]
The second fishing line guide 200 is fixed to the second ring 41. The second fishing line guide 200 includes a main body 201 that is fixed and standing on the peripheral surface of the second ring 41, and a hard material such as ceramics that is fitted to the head end of the main body 201 so as to open in the axial direction. And a guide ring 202 made of a member. The main body 201 is curved toward the heel side toward the head end side. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, in the stored state of the main rod 1 and the upper rod 2, the head end portion into which the guide ring 202 is fitted is the main body portion 101 of the first fishing line guide 100 and the guide ring 102. It is housed in a curved portion on the head end side.
[0031]
Other casings and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Even in a fishing rod having such a structure, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. In other words, in the relationship between the heel 1 and the heel 1, in the stowed state, the end edge of the heel 1 to the first ring 40 and the second ring 41 of the heel 2 match, The circumferential positions of the heel 1 and the former heel 2 are determined.
[0032]
Further, this fishing rod can cope with a change in the axial length of the fishing line guide, which is a problem with a fishing rod that can be fished by adjusting the overall length of the fishing rod. That is, in the extended state of the original rod 1 and the upper rod 2, the first ring 40 and the second ring 41 guide the fishing line from the reel at the respective axial positions as separate fishing line guides (FIG. 6). reference). On the other hand, in the retracted state, the first fishing line guide 100 and the second fishing line guide 200 of the main rod 1 are matched, and the rod acts as one fishing line guide (see FIG. 7).
[0033]
The vicinity of the stored guide ring 202 can easily escape in the circumferential direction due to the curvature of the main body 101 of the first fishing line guide 100, and the engagement between the main rod 1 and the upper rod 2 is released. Therefore, the operation | work which twists a housing in the circumferential direction mutually is not inhibited. Further, the circumferential positioning for matching the first fishing line guide 100 and the second fishing line guide 200 is performed smoothly by the first ring 40 and the second ring 41.
Thus, the fishing line guides are present at an appropriate axial interval in both the extended state and the retracted state of the original upper rod 2 and the original rod 1, and the fishing line can be smoothly taken in and out of the reel.
[0034]
[Other Embodiments]
(A) In the said 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, although the ring for a protection is mounted | worn with the tip side edge part of the heel 1, it is not necessarily mounted | worn.
(B) The shape of the concavity and convexity to be matched is not limited to the shape as in the above embodiment, and can be arbitrarily set such as a V shape.
(C) In the above embodiment, the ring member is attached to the peripheral surface instead of the former upper collar 2 itself and meshed with the edge on the tip side of the original upper collar 1. It is also possible to build up the material with the material forming the former upper bowl 2 and to engage a part of the former upper bowl 2 itself with the former bowl 1.
(D) As in the fourth embodiment, FIG. 8 shows a modified example in which two fishing line guides are combined in a stored state and used as one fishing line guide.
[0035]
In this fishing rod, a first ring 50 in which a part of the circumferential direction of the tip side periphery is recessed in the tip side is attached to the tip side end portion of the tip 1. On the other hand, a second ring 51 having a convex portion that matches the concave portion of the first ring 50 is attached to the peripheral surface on the tip side of the second fitting male portion of the upper collar 2. A first fishing line guide 110 and a second fishing line guide 210 are attached to the first ring 50 and the second ring 51, respectively.
[0036]
The first fishing line guide 110 and the second fishing line guide 210 are curved so that the head end sides thereof approach each other in the axial direction, and in the retracted state, the mutual guide rings are adjacent to each other, and the rod acts as one fishing line guide. Located to do.
