Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod used for fishing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a fishing rod is formed as a single fishing rod by connecting a plurality of rods by a swinging type or a cascade type. Various types of fishing rods are provided with various functions in accordance with the application. For example, in a total number of fishing rods such as a rod for fishing rods and mountain stream rods, a function is provided that allows the fishing rod to be quickly changed during fishing operations in order to make it easier to capture the fish associated with the device. ing.
[0003]
For example, in a certain type of conventional kite, a stretched kite is separately connected to the base side end portion of the model kite. This stretcher can be connected and fixed to the main bar in either the state stored in the main bar (stored state) or the state pulled out from the front of the main bar toward the hand side (extended state). Then, during the fishing operation, the angler performs fishing by adjusting the length of the entire fishing rod and taking out the extending rod depending on the situation (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Utility Model Registration No. 3022411 (FIGS. 2 and 3)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in FIG. 6, in the conventional fishing rod as described above, in order to fit the tip side end portion of the extended rod 101 to the inner peripheral surface of the heel side end portion of the main rod 100 in the extended state, A pipe-shaped fitting member 102 having a diameter one step smaller than the inner diameter of the collar is disposed. For this reason, in the extended state, the step (ΔX) between the peripheral surface of the extending rod 101 and the fitting member 102 becomes large. Such a step is liable to cause entry of dust or the like between the main rod and the insertion rod, and also deteriorates the appearance.
[0006]
The subject of this invention is providing the fishing rod which can change the length of the whole fishing rod between a main rod and an extending rod, and can eliminate the big level difference between a main rod and an extending rod. .
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fishing rod according to the first aspect of the present invention is a fishing rod formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of cylindrical rods, and is connected to the main rod and the main rod side of the main rod so as to freely enter and exit the main rod. And a stretched bar that can be fixed to the base bar in either the stored state stored in the base bar or the extended state pulled out to the base side of the main bar.
[0008]
The main shaft is a tubular main body portion that is tapered as a whole, and a pipe-shaped member that is detachably connected to the base side of the main body portion. In the vicinity, a portion where the inner diameter does not change is provided in part, and the inner peripheral surface of the main body portion has a plug having a reverse tapered surface whose diameter decreases toward the base as a whole. On the other hand, the extension rod is connected to the insertion side where the fitting male part formed larger in diameter than the other part is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip end side and inserted into and out of the main part, and the base side of the insertion part. And a grip portion. And the fishing rod in which the fitting male part of the insertion part can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface where the inner diameter in the vicinity of the axial center of the main body part of the main rod does not change and the inner peripheral surface of the stopper.
[0009]
The fishing rod can be connected and fixed to the main rod regardless of whether it is stored in the main rod (stored state) or pulled out from the main rod to the hand side (extended state). During fishing, draw the extended rod from the main rod to the hand side to be in the extended state, or push the extended rod into the main rod to be in the stowed state, and adjust the length of the whole fishing rod according to the situation And do fishing. Specifically, in each state, the base rod and the stretched rod are connected and fixed in the following manner.
[0010]
First, in the stowed state, when the extended rod is inserted into the main shaft from the base side, the male part of the extended rod is near the center of the main shaft in the axial direction due to the taper taper of the main rod. Fits on the inner peripheral surface. On the other hand, in the stretched state, when the stretched cocoon is pulled out from the heel to the heel side, the fitting male part of the end side of the stretched heel reaches the stopper from the heel side of the heel. Fits on the inner surface. In this case, the stopper is not located in the main bar to provide the fitting surface, but protrudes toward the side of the main bar to provide the fitting surface. The step becomes smaller. Moreover, if the stopper is removed, the stretched wrinkles are easily separated from the main bar. And when abrasion etc. arise by long-term use, a stopper can be replaced | exchanged easily and a fitting force can also be maintained over a long term.
[0011]
Here, the portion where the diameter does not change refers to a portion where the diameter does not change within a certain range in the axial direction, or a portion where only a very gradual change in diameter occurs.
The fishing rod of the invention 2 is the fishing rod of the invention 1, and the stopper has a tapered surface whose outer peripheral surface is reduced in diameter toward the base side.
By using the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the plug located on the base side of the main shaft as a tapered surface, the difference in level between the main shaft and the extended bar is as small as possible.
[0012]
The fishing rod of the invention 3 is the fishing rod of the invention 1 or 2, and further includes a former fishing rod connected in a swinging manner to the tip of the former rod. The former upper collar has a flange member that is detachably attached to the end portion on the tip side and protrudes in the outer diameter direction.
With the extension rod extended to the base side of the Marshal, when the former bowl connected to the head side of the Marshal in the swing type is stored in the Marshal, the Marshall pass further extends from the Marshal There is a risk of ending up. That is, there is a risk that the former bowl will completely enter the former bowl and be difficult to remove. In this fishing rod, the flange member on the tip side of the former upper rod is in contact with the end surface on the tip side of the former rod, thereby preventing the former upper rod from entering the former rod.
[0013]
The fishing rod of the invention 4 is the fishing rod of the invention 3, wherein the former upper rod has a bottom plug that is detachably attached to the end portion of the former rod, and this bottom plug closes the proximal portion of the former upper rod. ing.
If there are other rods connected in a swinging manner on the tip side of the former upper rod, even if these other rods are housed in the swinging manner in the upper rod, these other plugs can The body will not enter the base side of the Motogami Pass.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The fishing rod adopting the first embodiment of the present invention is a fishing rod used for fishing rods and the like, and as shown in FIG. It has 竿 2. In addition, the head side of the genius 1 is connected to the genital heel 3, the middle ridge 4, and the like. Each of these cases is formed by firing a prepreg material obtained by impregnating a reinforcing resin such as carbon fiber with a synthetic resin.
[0015]
Each housing on the tip side from the main rod 1 is connected in a so-called swing-out form, and can be inserted into and removed from the housing on the head side sequentially from the head-side housing. The outer peripheral surface of the heel-side end of each of the pods located on the tip side can be fixed to each other by being fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the stylus side adjacent to the heel side. A fishing line locking tool is arranged at the end of the tip of the tip rod (not shown) located closest to the tip. In addition, the main rod 1 and the extended rod 2 located on the side of the flange can be connected and fixed to each other regardless of the extended state or the stored state, as will be described later. .
[0016]
(About Genroku 1)
The main shaft 1 is a cylindrical body that is tapered so that the diameter of the tip is smaller toward the tip side as a whole. On the inner peripheral surface in the vicinity of the center of the main shaft 1 in the axial direction, there is provided a portion where the inner diameter does not change in the axial direction (see FIG. 3: X range). That is, the heel 1 is tapered such that the inner diameter is gradually increased from the tip side toward the heel side. In some of them, the inner diameter does not change partially (X range). And in the part which continues to the base side of X range, the steep taper part is formed so that it may agree | coincide with a normal taper again. This portion X where the diameter does not change fits in the retracted state with the end portion of the tip side of the extending rod 2 described later (see FIG. 3).
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, a stopper 5 is detachably attached to the end portion of the base side of the base 1. A thread groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the heel side end of the heel 1 to form a male thread portion.
The stopper 5 is a pipe-like member made of the same kind of prepreg material (light, which can be used in the same technique as that used in normal joining) or hard synthetic resin. The tip side has an inner diameter that is one step larger, and is an internal thread portion that is screwed into the external thread portion of the above-described base rod 1 while enclosing the base end portion of the base rod 1. On the other hand, the inner peripheral surface of the hook 5 on the heel side is continuous with the inner peripheral surface of the heel side of the heel 1, and the tip side is a portion where the diameter does not change. It is a reverse taper part with a reduced diameter. In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the inner peripheral surface of the plug 5 is combined with a reverse tapered surface that does not change in diameter, but it may be a simple reverse tapered surface. The inner peripheral surface (reverse taper surface) on the heel side of the stopper 5 is fitted in a stretched state with an end portion on the tip side of the extending heel 2 described later (see FIG. 2). Further, the outer peripheral surface of the stopper 5 is aligned with the outer peripheral surface of the heel 1 at the tip side end portion, and is preferably a reverse tapered surface that gradually decreases in diameter toward the heel side.

The insertion portion 6 has a taper that does not change in taper or has a taper that decreases in diameter toward the base side. The outer peripheral surface of the end portion on the tip side has an outer diameter larger than that of other portions in a certain range in the axial direction, and this is a fitting male portion 6a (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The fitting male portion 6a is composed of a tip side portion whose diameter is larger than that of the other portion and whose diameter does not change in the axial direction, and a reverse taper portion whose diameter is continuously reduced toward the base side. . The outer diameter of the portion of the fitting male portion 6a where the diameter does not change is set in accordance with the portion X where the diameter of the main shaft 1 does not change, and the diameter of the reverse tapered portion is the inner diameter of the reverse tapered portion of the plug 5. It is set according to.
[0019]
Moreover, this insertion part 6 has the rubber cover 8 arrange | positioned at the tip side edge part. The rubber cover 8 is a cylindrical member formed of a well-known elastic rubber and having a hollow passing through in the axial direction. A part of the outer peripheral surface of the heel side is shaved, and this is inserted into the end of the tip of the insertion portion 6 and fixed with an adhesive or the like. The inner diameter of the rubber cover 8 on the tip side is tapered so as to increase in diameter toward the end portion on the tip side. In addition, a “split” is also formed in the axial direction from the end on the tip side. The rubber cover 8 smoothly guides the upper collar 3 into the insertion portion 6 when storing the upper collar 2 or the like connected in a swing-out manner on the tip side of the former collar 1 in the former collar 1. belongs to.
[0020]
On the other hand, the grip portion 7 is a pipe-like member having a diameter larger than that of the insertion portion 6 and a diameter that matches the outer peripheral surface of the main shaft 1. Although it may be composed of a fiber reinforced resin or the like, similar to the main fence 1 or the insertion portion 6, it may be composed of a metal material or the like separately. The grip portion 7 is connected to the base side end portion of the insertion portion 6 so as to be detachable by a known method such as screwing in a state where the insertion portion 6 is inserted from the tip side. The grip portion 7 may be in a state in which the insertion portion 6 is completely inserted, or may be in a state in which the insertion portion 6 is partially inserted in the end portion on the tip side of the grip portion 7. Further, the grip portion 7 may be fixed to the insertion portion 6 by adhesion or the like.
[0021]
(About Motokami 3)
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the upper collar 3 is also a cylindrical body with a tapered taper. As mentioned above, it is connected to the tip side of the martial arts 1 in a swinging manner.
A mouth plug 10 is detachably attached to the tip side end of the former upper collar 3, and a bottom plug 11 is also detachably attached to the edge side of the collar.
[0022]
A screw groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end of the former upper collar 3 to form a bolt portion. Here, the plug 10 is screwed to be detachable. The plug 10 is a hollow, substantially pipe-shaped member that is made of a synthetic resin (for example, elastic rubber) or a light alloy (such as aluminum) and penetrates in the axial direction. The hollow 4 or the like is inserted through the hollow of the stopper 10. The spigot 10 has a nut portion that is screwed to the above-described former upper collar 3 on the inner peripheral surface, and is attached to the former upper collar 3 so as to enclose the end portion of the original upper collar 3. The outer diameter of the plug 10 is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the end portion on the tip side of the base 1. That is, the spigot 10 protrudes outward on the tip side of the former upper collar 3 to prevent the former upper collar 3 from entering the former collar 1. By attaching such a spigot 10, for example, even when fishing is finished and the fishing rod is completely completed, the original upper rod 3 will inadvertently enter into the main rod 1, causing inconvenience when carrying it. It does not occur.
[0023]
A thread groove is also directly formed on the inner peripheral surface of the base side end portion of the base upper rod 3 to form a nut portion. Here, the bottom plug 11 is screwed in a detachable manner. The bottom plug 11 is also a plug member made of elastic rubber or light metal. The outer peripheral surface on the tip side is a bolt portion that is screwed to the end portion on the heel side of the upper collar 3, and the head portion on which the heel side of the bolt portion matches the outer diameter of the upper collar 3. Yes. The bottom plug 11 may be hollow for weight reduction, or an air hole penetrating in the axial direction may be formed. In FIG. 5, the thing which has arrange | positioned the rubber plate which obstruct | occludes the tip side of the bottom plug 11 is illustrated. The bottom plug 11 functions as a plug for preventing the middle collar 4 or the like from passing through the upper collar 3 and jumping out to the collar side.
[0024]
(Regarding the connection and fixing of the former fence 1 and the extended fence 2)
The fishing rod extension rod 2 is stored in the main rod 1 (stored state: FIG. 3) and pulled out from the main rod 1 to the hand side (extended state: FIG. 2). It can be connected and fixed to the flange 1. During fishing, the extended rod 2 is pulled out from the main rod 1 to the extended state, or the extended rod 2 is pushed into the main rod 1 to be in the stowed state. Adjust the length for fishing.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the stored state, when the insertion portion 6 of the extension rod 2 is inserted into the main rod 1 from the side of the flange, the fitting male portion 6 a of the insertion portion 6 of the extension rod 2 is inserted. The portion where the diameter does not change is fitted to the portion X where the diameter does not change, which is formed near the center of the main shaft 1 in the axial direction. In this way, in the housed state, by fitting with the elongated hook on the inner peripheral surface near the center in the axial direction of the main bar 1, there is no rattling and the main bar does not fall during use. Garbage is less likely to accumulate on the fitting surface.
[0026]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, in the stretched state, when the stretched heel 2 is pulled out from the interior of the main shaft 1 to the heel side, the fitting male portion 6 a at the end of the end of the stretched heel 2 becomes the front surface. 1 reaches the inside of the stopper 5, and the reverse tapered portion of the fitting male portion 6 a is fitted to the inner peripheral surface (reverse tapered portion) of the stopper 5. In this case, the plug 5 is not located in the main bar 1 to provide a fitting surface, but protrudes toward the bar side of the main bar 1 to provide a fitting surface. A level difference with the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part 6 of the extending | stretching rod 2 becomes small. Further, the outer diameter of the stopper 5 is a tapered surface that is reduced in diameter toward the base side, and the step is not conspicuous in appearance.
[0027]
Further, if the stopper 5 is removed from the main bar 1, the extended bar 2 is easily separated from the main bar 1. When wear or the like occurs in the plug 5 due to long-term use, the grip portion 7 can be removed from the insertion portion 6, the plug 5 can be removed from the insertion portion and easily replaced, and the fitting force can be maintained for a long time .
[Other Embodiments]
(A) A film made of an epoxy resin or the like may be bonded to the inner peripheral surface (fitting surface) of the plug 5 described above. Mutual wear at the time of fitting of the plug 5 and the fitting male portion 6a can be suppressed.
(B) Further, a “split” may be inserted in the axial direction from the base end of the stopper 5 as required.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
According to the fishing rod according to the present invention, the entire length of the fishing rod can be changed between the main rod and the extended rod, and a large step between the original rod and the extended rod can be eliminated.
Furthermore, even if the fitting force between the base rod and the extending rod decreases due to long-term use, the fitting force can be easily recovered.
