Description

【0001】
【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod used for fishing. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fishing rod that has an extending rod that is connected to the rod side of the rod so that it can be inserted and removed freely and can easily adjust the length of the entire rod.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a fishing rod is formed as a single fishing rod by connecting a plurality of rods by a swinging type or a cascade type. Various types of fishing rods are provided with various functions in accordance with the application. For example, in the rods for fishing rods and mountain stream rods, in order to make it easier to capture the fish caught on the device, a function is provided that allows the fishing rod to be quickly changed during fishing operations. Yes.
[0003]
For example, in a certain type of conventional kite, a stretched kite is separately connected to the base side end portion of the model kite. This stretcher can be connected and fixed to the main bar in either the state stored in the main bar (stored state) or the state pulled out from the front of the main bar toward the hand side (extended state). Then, during the fishing operation, the angler performs fishing by adjusting the length of the entire fishing rod and taking out the extending rod depending on the situation (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Specifically, in the conventional fishing rod with adjustable length of the fishing rod as described above, in the stored state, the inner peripheral surface of the heel side of the heel and the heel side of the extended heel It has a structure that fits with the peripheral surface.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Utility Model Registration No. 3022411 (FIGS. 2 and 3)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, in this type of fishing rod, during the fishing operation (especially in the river in the case of a rod), the stretched material is put into and out of the main rod depending on the situation. And dust, pebbles, water, etc. are likely to adhere to the base side of the stretched ridge. For this reason, a sufficient fitting force cannot be secured during operation, or conversely, sticking or the like tends to occur. Furthermore, if it is used repeatedly, the fitting force tends to decrease.
[0006]
The subject of this invention is providing the fishing rod which can change the length of the whole fishing rod between a main rod and an extending rod, and can maintain sufficient fitting force of the said rods.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fishing rod according to the first aspect of the present invention is a fishing rod that is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of rod-shaped rods, and is connected to the main rod and the main rod side of the main rod so as to freely enter and exit the main rod. It is provided with an extension rod that can be fixed to the main bar in either the stored state housed inside or the extended state pulled out to the base side of the main bar.
[0008]
The main shaft is a pipe-shaped member that is detachably connected to the base side of the main body portion and is inserted from the base side end portion of the main shaft, and the tubular main body portion that is tapered as a whole. It has a butt plug having a reverse taper portion on its inner peripheral surface.
In the main shaft, a portion where the diameter does not change is formed on the inner peripheral surface near the center in the axial direction of the main body.
On the other hand, the extension rod has an insertion portion formed with a fitting male portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end portion having a diameter larger than that of the other portion where the diameter does not change, and a base portion of the insertion portion. And a grip portion connected to the side. And
In the retracted state, the extension rod can be inserted into the base rod from the base side, the portion of the inner peripheral surface in the vicinity of the center in the axial direction of the main body portion where the diameter does not change, and the fitting male portion of the extension rod Can be fitted,
In the extended state, the bottom plug can be fitted to the fitting male part.
[0009]
The fishing rod can be connected and fixed to the main rod regardless of whether it is stored in the main rod (stored state) or pulled out from the main rod to the hand side (extended state). During fishing, draw the extended rod from the main rod to the hand side to be in the extended state, or push the extended rod into the main rod to be in the stowed state, and adjust the length of the whole fishing rod according to the situation And do fishing. Specifically, in each state, the base rod and the stretched rod are connected and fixed in the following manner.
[0010]
First, when in the stowed state, the extended rod is inserted into the main rod from the rod side, and the fitting male part at the end side of the extended rod is the inner peripheral surface near the center in the axial direction of the main body of the main rod. Fit into. On the other hand, in the stretched state, when the stretched cocoon is pulled out from the inside of the heel to the heel side, the fitting male part of the end side of the stretched heel reaches the heel side end of the heel and is in the shape of a pipe. Fits on the inner peripheral surface of the butt plug.
[0011]
In this way, in the retracted state, the mating male part of the elongated rod is fitted on the inner peripheral surface near the center of the shaft in the axial direction, and also in the elongated state, Fit the mating male part. Therefore, dust and water are difficult to adhere to the fitting portion, and the fitting force is less likely to be reduced or fixed.
The fishing rod of the invention 2 is the fishing rod of the invention 1, and the butt plug has a reverse taper portion whose diameter decreases toward the base side on the inner peripheral surface. Moreover, the fitting male part of the insertion part of the extending hook has a part where the diameter does not change and a reverse taper part which is continuous with the base side and the diameter becomes smaller toward the base side. Then, in the stored state, the constant portion of the diameter of the part and Hamagoyu portion unchanged in diameter of the body portion of the base rod are possible fitted, the In the stretching condition, the butt plug The reverse taper portion and the reverse taper portion of the fitting male portion can be fitted.
[0012]
In this fishing rod, the fitting state according to each state is produced by making the fitting part different in what is called a stowed state and a stretched state. Moreover, even if the detachment is repeated, the degree of deterioration of the mutual fitting portion is reduced.
Here, the portion where the diameter does not change is a portion where the diameter does not change within a certain range in the axial direction or a portion where the diameter changes only very subtly. The reverse taper portion means a taper that decreases in diameter toward the hand side.
[0013]
The fishing rod of the invention 3 is the fishing rod of the invention 1 or 2, and the bottom plug of the main rod has a female thread portion on the inner peripheral surface of the rod side end portion. Moreover, the extending | stretching rod has the external thread part which can be screwed to the internal thread part of the collar part side edge part outer peripheral surface of an insertion part.
In this fishing rod, when the mating male part of the extended rod is fitted in the portion where the diameter of the original rod does not change, and the male rod and the elongated rod are to be completely fixed, the male screw portion is used as the female screw portion. Screw it on.
[0014]
The fishing rod of the invention 4 is the fishing rod of the invention 3, wherein the extended rod has a coating layer on the outer peripheral surface of the base portion of the insertion portion, and the coating layer is temporarily attached to the inner peripheral surface of the bottom plug of the main rod. To do.
In this fishing rod, when the insertion portion of the insertion rod is inserted from the flange side end portion of the base rod, first, the coating layer is temporarily fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the bottom plug. Thereafter, if necessary, the internal thread portion and the external thread portion are screwed together to obtain a final stop state. During fishing, the temporarily stopped state and the fully stopped state are properly used according to the situation. Further, in the fully-fastened state, the portion to be fitted becomes two points, so that rattling is unlikely to occur.
[0015]
The fishing rod of the invention 4 is the fishing rod of the invention 2 or 3, wherein the male screw portion and the female screw portion are multi-threaded screws.
In this fishing rod, in particular, a multi-threaded screw is used for the male screw portion and the female screw portion, and the male screw portion and the female screw portion can be screwed together by slightly rotating the main rod and the extending rod. . Moreover, when fishing rods are completely stored after fishing, the rod bodies can be sufficiently fixed with the multi-threaded screws, so that the extended rod does not inadvertently jump out of the main rod.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The fishing rod adopting the first embodiment of the present invention is a fishing rod used for fishing rods and the like, and as shown in FIG. It has 竿 2. In addition, a plurality of rod bodies (a middle rod, a tip rod, etc.) are also connected to the tip side of the base rod 1 (not shown). Each of these cases is formed by firing a prepreg material obtained by impregnating a reinforcing resin such as carbon fiber with a synthetic resin.
[0017]
Each housing on the tip side from the main rod 1 is connected in a so-called swing-out form, and can be inserted into and removed from the housing on the head side sequentially from the head-side housing. The outer peripheral surface of the heel-side end of each of the pods located on the tip side can be fixed to each other by being fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the stylus side adjacent to the heel side. A fishing line locking tool is arranged at the end of the tip end of the tip end located on the end side. In addition, the main rod 1 and the extended rod 2 located on the side of the flange can be connected and fixed to each other regardless of the extended state or the stored state, as will be described later. .
[0018]
(About Genroku 1)
The main shaft 1 is a cylindrical body that is tapered so that the diameter of the tip is smaller toward the tip side as a whole. However, the inner peripheral surface near the center in the axial direction is provided with a portion where the diameter does not change partially (see FIG. 2: X range). That is, the heel 1 is tapered such that the inner diameter is gradually increased from the tip side toward the heel side (see range A). In some of them, the inner diameter does not change partially (X range). And in the part which continues to the base side of X range, a steep taper part is formed so that it may correspond to the taper of A range again (B range). The part where the diameter does not change is fitted in the end side end portion of the extending rod 2 to be described later in the stored state (see FIG. 2).
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3, a butt ring 3 and a butt plug 4 are detachably attached to a heel side end portion of the ledge 1.
The bottom ring 3 is a cylindrical member made of metal (aluminum alloy), and the inner peripheral surface of the heel side end portion is formed with a thread groove to be a first female screw portion. A part of the outer peripheral surface of the heel side end of the heel 1 is cut and recessed from the rim side edge, and the butt ring 3 covers the recessed part so that the butt ring 3 covers the recessed part. It is attached to the part where the tip of the head is recessed. At this time, the outer diameter of the buttocks ring 3 is preferably set so as to match the outer diameter of the main shaft 1.
[0020]
The bottom plug 4 is a cylindrical member made of hard synthetic resin. The tip side is an insertion portion whose outer diameter is reduced by one step, and the heel side end portion is a head portion that is increased by one step so that the outer diameter matches the outer diameter of the above-described buttocks ring 3. . The insertion portion is a portion that is inserted into the interior of the base rod 1 from the base side. And an outer peripheral surface is a surface where a diameter does not change, and an inner peripheral surface is comprised from the reverse taper part which becomes smaller diameter as the base side, and the part which does not change the diameter which continues to the base side. The reverse taper portion of the inner peripheral surface of the bottom plug 4 is fitted to the end portion on the tip side of the extending rod 2 to be described later in the extended state, and the portion where the diameter does not change is fitted to the extending rod in the inserted state (FIG. 3). reference). Further, in the vicinity of the level difference between the insertion portion and the head portion at the base end portion, a thread groove that is screwed into the first female screw portion of the above-described buttocks ring 3 is formed to form a first male screw portion. In addition, on the inner peripheral surface (inner periphery of the head portion) of the base end portion of the butt plug 4, the inner diameter is increased by one step to form a screw groove to form a second female screw portion. The thread groove of the second female thread portion will be described later.
[0021]
In this way, the bottom plug 4 is detachably attached to the main shaft 1 via the bottom ring 3 by screwing the first male thread portion to the first female thread portion of the bottom ring 3.
(About stretched ridge 2)
As shown in FIG. 4, the extending rod 2 is an insertion portion 6 that is inserted into the inside from the base side of the base rod 1 and a large-diameter pipe-like member that is connected to the base side of the insertion portion 6. It consists of a grip part 7.
[0022]
The insertion portion 6 is an outer diameter cylindrical body that can be inserted into the main shaft 1. The insertion portion 6 has a reverse taper that does not change in diameter or has a smaller diameter toward the base side. However, the outer peripheral surface of the end on the tip side is a part where the outer diameter does not change in a certain range in the axial direction and the diameter is larger than the other part (this part is painted), and its base side And a reverse taper portion having a diameter smaller toward the base side. This is the fitting male portion 6a (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The outer diameter of the fitting male portion 6a is such that the portion where the diameter does not change matches the portion X where the diameter of the main shaft 1 does not change, and the reverse taper portion matches the inner diameter of the reverse taper of the bottom plug 4.
[0023]
The insertion portion 6 includes a rubber cover 8 disposed at the tip side end portion and a screw fitting 9 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the heel side end portion. A paint layer 10 is formed on the peripheral surface adjacent to the tip side of the screw fitting 9.
The rubber cover 8 is a cylindrical member formed of a well-known elastic rubber and having a hollow passing through in the axial direction. A part of the outer peripheral surface of the heel side is shaved, and this is inserted into the end of the tip of the insertion portion 6 and fixed with an adhesive or the like. The inner diameter of the rubber cover 8 on the tip side is tapered so as to increase in diameter toward the end portion on the tip side. In addition, a “split” is also formed in the axial direction from the end on the tip side. The rubber cover 8 is used to smoothly guide the inner hook or the like into the insertion portion when the inner hook or the like connected in a swinging manner to the tip side of the original hammer 1 is accommodated in the main fence 1.
[0024]
The screw fitting 9 is a ring-shaped member that is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the base end portion of the insertion portion 6 (adjacent to the tip side of the grip portion 7). The insertion portion 6 is attached by a known method such as adhesion or screwing. Multiple thread grooves are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the screw fitting 9. The thread width and the number of threads of the multi-threaded screw can be arbitrarily set. For example, the number of threads is preferably about 4 to 6. Furthermore, the lead and the screw width of the screw fitting 9 can be set in various ranges, but are set so that the rotation angle for screwing is about 50 to 150 degrees, more preferably about 70 to 115 degrees. Is preferred. The screw metal fitting 9 is screwed into the second female screw portion described above, but it is preferable from the viewpoint of operability to set a predetermined rotation angle. That is, by using a multi-thread screw, the rotation angle for screwing can be reduced while maintaining the required strength. In the case of a normal screw (single thread), it is necessary to rotate up to 360 degrees until they are engaged.
[0025]
The paint layer 10 is formed, for example, by applying urethane paint to the peripheral surface on the tip side of the screw fitting 9 of the insertion portion 6. The coating layer 10 may be applied and formed so as to have an outer diameter that does not have “rattle” that roughly matches the inner diameter of the portion of the bottom plug 4 where the diameter does not change.
The grip portion 7 is a pipe-shaped member having a diameter larger than that of the insertion portion 6 and a diameter that matches the outer peripheral surface of the main shaft 1. Although it may be composed of a fiber reinforced resin or the like, similar to the main fence 1 or the insertion portion 6, it may be composed of a metal material or the like separately. The grip part 7 is connected to the base side end of the insertion part 6 by a technique such as adhesion in a state where the insertion part 6 is inserted from the tip side. The grip portion 7 may be in a state in which the insertion portion 6 is completely inserted, or may be in a state in which the insertion portion 6 is partially inserted in the end portion on the tip side of the grip portion 7.
[0026]
(Regarding the connection and fixing of the former fence 1 and the extended fence 2)
The fishing rod extension rod 2 is stored in the main rod 1 (stored state: FIGS. 2 and 5) or pulled out from the main rod 1 to the hand side (extended state: FIG. 3). However, it can be connected and fixed to the main fence 1. During fishing, the extended rod 2 is pulled out from the main rod 1 to the extended state, or the extended rod 2 is pushed into the main rod 1 to be in the stowed state. Adjust the length for fishing.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, in the housed state, the extension rod 2 is inserted from the base side into the base rod 1, and the fitting male portion at the end of the tip side of the insertion portion 6 of the extension rod 2 6a reaches a portion X where the diameter does not change in the taper taper, and the fitting male portion 6a is fitted to the portion X where the diameter does not change.
In such a storage state, both a temporarily fixed state and a fully fixed state are possible. That is, when the fitting male portion 6 a is fitted to the portion X whose diameter does not change, the paint layer 10 at the base side end portion of the insertion portion 6 also comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the bottom plug 4. Even in this state, the main rod 1 and the storage rod 2 are sufficiently connected and fixed to each other (temporarily fixed state). However, in order to more completely connect and fix the main rod 1 and the extended rod 2, the main rod 1 and the extended rod 2 are rotated in the circumferential direction so that the second female screw portion of the bottom plug 4 and the screw fitting are rotated. 9 can also be screwed together (full stop state). In such a fixed state, since the two parts are fitted to each other, the degree of rattling is reduced. Further, when the fishing rod is completely finished after the fishing, the extended rod 2 does not inadvertently jump out of the main rod 1.
[0028]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, in the stretched state, when the stretched rod 2 is pulled out from the base rod 1 to the base side, the fitting male part at the tip side end portion of the insertion portion 6 of the stretched rod 2 6a reaches the base side end of the base rod 1 and is fitted to the reverse taper portion of the inner peripheral surface of the pipe-shaped bottom plug 4.
As described above, in this fishing rod, in the housed state, the fitting male portion 6a of the extending rod 2 is fitted on the inner peripheral surface near the center in the axial direction of the main rod 1, and also in the extended state, The fitting male part 6a of the extension rod 2 is fitted inside the base side. Therefore, even when the fishing rod is used in a river or the like, even if the extended rod 2 is taken in and out of the main rod 1, dust and water are difficult to adhere to each other, and the fitting force is reduced and fixed. Hard to occur.
[0029]
[Other Embodiments]
Instead of the above-described embodiment, the following modifications can be proposed.
(A) As shown in FIG. 6, in the main shaft 1, a portion where the diameter of the inner peripheral surface in the vicinity of the center in the axial direction does not change is formed from another member. That is, the base rod 1 is formed as a tapered and tapered cylindrical body, and the base rod 1 itself is not formed with a portion whose diameter does not change. Instead of this, a pipe-shaped metal or synthetic resin member 20 in which a part having a predetermined diameter that does not change is provided on the inner peripheral surface is disposed. This member is inserted from the base side of the base rod 1 and fixed with an adhesive or the like at a predetermined position.
(B) As shown in FIG. 7, in this extending rod 2, the fitting male part 2 is not formed in the extending rod 2 itself. A rubber cover 30 connected to the tip side of the stretcher 2 is used as a fitting male part. That is, the outer peripheral surface of the rubber cover 30 connected to the tip side of the extending rod 2 is set to have a larger diameter than the tip side of the extending rod 2 and is extended to the tip side. Then, the outer peripheral surface of the rubber cover 30 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the main shaft 1 or the like.
